Hi i would like to make a complaint. You all just make a deduction on my bank account on the 4th of dec 2016 and 6th dec 2016 when i didnt even purchase anything. I would like you to refund back my money. I have the statement with me if you wish to see it. I am just browsing through the product but i didnt even purchase anything and yet you all deduct my money in my bank account. Im looking forward to your reply. Thank you
quality of products/items never received
I have placed orders in October that I still have not recieved. One item I recieved was the wrong size and the material was that of a cheap Halloween costume. Another I never recieved because the address was incorrect (although the address on the order is correct). Another I have yet to recieve. I just want a refund at this point. I have attempted to get a refund on the incorrect sized item and included a picture in the request. I recieved an email back asking for a picture but I already sent it. This place is a scam!

I was looking for some products and checked my bank to see that wish had already charged me 26.65 when I hadn't purchased anything! There was nothing in the purchase history and I no longer had any money to buy the product I wanted. I am very angry with this scammy service and would like a refund or at least a product after being charged money for nothing! I would like a response and an apology!

My problem is that in February of this year I purchased a IRULU Walknbook from your Geek website. A week or so ago it failed to boot up correctly and inspite of all my best efforts I could not repair the machine.
I started a notification of faulty goods thread with the Geek website only to be told that you had a 30 day returns policy. Whilst I accept this where the goods sold are not as advertised on the website, I pointed out that electrical goods should still carry a warranty /guarantee. Each time I pointed this out, your staff simply reiterated the 30 day rule.
I contacted IRULU who, to be fair offered technical support to try to resolve the problem. In the final instance they could not fix the tablet and asked me to return to the merchant who would provide a replacement. The relevant E Mail trail with IRULU is below this communication (your staff will have details of the notifications exchanged).
I tried this but have received no reply. I have been using Geek regularly for the past 12 months and apart from one instance have been thoroughly pleased with the goods provided (the 1 problem I had was concerning an item that was so inexpensive that I didn't bother pursuing it). The IRULU tablet was reasonably expensive and more importantly was a present for my daughter, so I am anxious to resolve this matter quickly to restore calm to the family home!

I had placed a order by mistake.. The order number is 58430817365e84b6c1a9738.. I tried cancelling order straight away.. When I tried cancelling it said something with account please provide photo id and card proof which I sent off 5 days ago. I have had no response nor any refund! This is disgraceful! How can you not respond even after 5 days?! I would not reccomend wish app to anyone! Absouletly disgraceful! You are meant to support customers and help them not con and scam them and take their money and not refund for a mistake! I would like a refund asap!

I have ordered several items from Wish.com hoping i would get them by Christmas in which i have received several items and they were not what i ordered except for the antique lighting. WISH has charged me 486.60 from 11-4-16 to 11-28-16 with two charges the same and on same day which was on 11-21-16 for the amount of 49.85 twice charged Please return all my money except for the lighting please it's funny that a $1.00 item turns into 137.75, 32.70, 17.10, 27.90, 10.20, 49.85, 49.85, 17.10, 58.90 and 85.25. Please resolve this ASAP and do not send any others that were placed.

They have charged me for items I have not received so I contested part of the amount they charged me. I somehow got thru to them answering their question of my identity. They now told me if I would lift the amount in hold I could get back into my account.

ordering problem
I have ordered from Wish in the past without a problem. I placed an order 12/1 in the AM and the order went through. Later in the PM, I placed another order from them & I get this message box saying there was fraud detection & they are refunding my order. I went on my Wish account today 12/5, and there was an item ordered that I did not order. I have tried to contact them, and you CAN'T! They ask for a photo ID and a photo of the credit card you used in the transaction. WT...
extra charges
I noticed on my purchases that when you sell something you say it is for $1.00 then you apply a discount if you hurry up and buy something within a few seconds which I have done. After doing so, the price is doubled due to shipping and handling, which I can understand. After reviewing my checking account on the two times I have been on your site, you have charged me an additional $17.38 and $15.58. I did not buy anything for that much money from you due to the fact that I knew I did not have that much money in my checking account. So in saying that, on both of those occasions, there were overdraft fees placed on my account. I can afford to buy a few small things from you with the price doubling to cover the shipping and handling but where are these other fees coming from? What are they for? I would like to have my money back on these two. If you do not give me my money back, not that it matters to you, I will no longer buy from your company and I will place a notice on Facebook about my incident with your company.

I refuse to send wish in anything of my personal information . It's risky and I've already had many issues of ordering and not recieved my items. Everything was fine and all of. Sudden tonight they want personal information from me . Absolutely not so now it won't let me do no activity on there unless I send in this personal confidential information that my bank refuse to let me even release.
