There was an order placed on 7/22/2019 in the amount of $49.82. It was placed with my credit card ending in 7247 . I did not do this and I would like to know who did and I want this charge put back into my acct. Please let me know what is going on. 21.5 inch gaming monitor
I ordered this item and paid 12 bucks for shipping a week ago on Wednesday. I got the item because it said it would ship Tuesday July 23rd. After I had ordered it it changed and said it would ship on the 30th. I've never had a problem with stuff on here before but this annoys me. I needed it by the 24th. I want my 12 dollars from shipping back. I want the item and I would like to keep ordering with your company but if this is going to continue to be a problem where I can't rely on the shipping date when I originally purchase an item I will need to go somewhere else. I'm not paying 12 dollars for shipping when the original date was bumped back a week when I paid for 6 day shipping. I should have been reimbursed at least half the money back when it was delayed. Like I said I'm disappointed because I needed it tomorrow the 24th and would have never ordered this item if I knew it was going to take longer.

I have not received any of the items that i ordered in June. I have gotten emails that they have been delivered, and they werent. I would like the items i ordered or a refund. Personally it seems Wish are just a massive scam company who take your money accrue interest on it for their financial gains and then use a lame excuse for not sending goods by blaming merchant/ suppliers.

I have the exact same issue, if you have no Wish Cash, make a new account, it will save you time. Or even better, just use eBay, tends to be cheaper 60% of the time and faster 100%.
no update on order and not received
I ordered my phone case on 24 June and it told me that it was going to come on 9 July. it is now the 23rd and it is still not here and also they have not given me any updates since July 5 which I think is disgraceful and they need to tell me where my item is! I do not want a refund I just want some information on where my item is! this is not a hard request! you're a big company but you can't tell me where it is. Terrible

This is my first time checking out or propally odering from wish. And they are asking me to subbmit a bank statment and an id but am just 14years old so i took a picture of my school id instead but still no ordets are bring taken. Its been two days and i have got no response. I have sent screen shots of what i was trying to order and the problems. I had put a $286 order in and they put it under review put a hold on it so they released it so they credited me they didn't. Told me to re-order so I did and I actually purchase more stuff for 400 and something dollars still a pending on my card but not communicating back whether this process is going through or not. I really like the items on their website and would like to purchase it but if there's a problem I'm gonna have to go through my fraud credit card department. I guess this is what you get for ordering over a computer in China.

I purchased a quilt from this outfit and shortly after discovered they had debuted my account twice. I notified them immediately and before the order was processed. I placed an order on wish.com on 8 July 2018. I haven't received half of the items (12 items) i ordered uptill to date (22 july 2019) I've tried contacting the customer support several times through the application which is totally automated and never replied with a solution I've received a reply that my items are still in transit and i should be patient till it arrives! Now it's over a year and i haven't received any of the missing items yet! I've sent them several emails explaining the case and stating my request that they should send me the items and follow up on their status or if they are lost they should send me other items with the same value or refund the money that i paid for those items i never received! I ordered an "ops core" helmet but you sent me a completely fake knock off counterfeit. I attempted to contact customer support through the internal app function on the same exact day I received delivery so I am well within the 30 day policy, and all I received was an automated message that a representative would contact me within 2 business days. This was over two weeks ago. I have attempted to contact your lousy "customer support" a dozen times using the same customer support menu in the app and each time I get the same stupid automated message saying I will be contacted in 2 days. It's a complete scam. I have all the proof that the item is fake and counterfeit, proof that you have refused to respond to me, proof that I attempted to initiate a return /refund on the very first day after delivery, and proof that you are a FRAUDULENT "business". I have contacted my credit card company to inform them it was fraud, and I received the credit back from them but I just hope they retract payment to Wish so it comes out of their pocket. I am also contacting the better business bureau, my lawyer for a class action lawsuit, and INTERPOL or other law enforcement authorities to investigate their fraud.
multiple product and account issues
On Monday 1 April 2019 I placed an order with Wish for several items (Order ID: 5ca197fe63a224234f8b68f0). On the 9th of June, I received an email from Wish stating that my items has been refunded in 'Wish Cash' as per my request. I made no such request. Also on the 9th of June I received an order confirmation for an item I did not purchase (Order ID: 5cfccb9c9dc31f4bc67b6f86). On the 10th of June I received a request to confirm a change of my email address, which I did not confirm. Also on the 10th of June I received an email Welcoming Anastasio to Wish. Ananstasio Homere from Thailand appears to be using my account. This is not me, nor did I create an account with this name. Nor do I know anyone with this name. I emailed wish immediately indicating that my account had been compromised and that I needed it to be closed, my details removed, and cash refunds to be provided for the items concerned. On Wednesday June 12th, Wish said they had refunded the money, however I never received it. On the 5th of July I received another email stating that I had been refunded. Again nothing was received. I have made further attempts to contact Wish, however I am no longer receiving responses.
It is my own fault that I bought from this company again. Previously I made a purchase with wish, and received only a few of the items I purchased. I never received the rest of the items, not did I receive a refund.
This company is robbing people of their money

On or about July 6, a transaction was stated to have been declined. Transaction number is 53F15586RY446273U. My account has been put on hold and the amount charged is being held as wish cash.
I am being asked to provide a bank statement showing the declined payment in order to remove the hold on the account and for me to access the wish cash. I have stated, and my bank has confirmed, that a declined transaction will not show up on a bank statement. Wish.com refuses to release the hold on my account and allow me to access my wish cash unless I provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction. This is impossible.
I have stated my case three or four times and have alway received the same request to provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction.
I ask that the hold on my account be removed and that I be refunded the amount being held as wish cash ($19.19).
A copy of the messages is provided below.

You have asked me to provide a bank statement showing the subject transaction was declined. In speaking to the issuing bank, they have confirmed that if a transaction is declined, it will not show up in the bank statement. You are asking me to provide something that does not exist.
Release the hold on my account. If you fail to do so, I will file a complaint to get my money that is in the account.
