I would like the meter please. I think it's over 3 months now! Don't you think I should have it by now? Maybe just maybe this would be a case for a fraud dept. I don't care where the products are coming from an Wish is responsible to take care or the orders received for their customers not shipping or the manufacturer. It's you folks. If you do not respond to this and send me the Multi Meter I will report it as a fraud! Your choice and if I don't hear from you within a few days, that's exactly what I will do! Sorry I have to go to this length but I don't have a lot of money. That's why I use Wish. No response from Wish means no more orders from me. Thanks in advance, John
in app giveaway
Everytime I try to do the giveaway. Sometimes I win and sometimes I do t but that's not what I'm complaining about. What I am complaining about is the in app giveaway notification. I really want to know if there is any way to disable the in app giveaway notification. When you do a giveaway you literally have seconds to claim an item before everyone else claims them. So the only way to get an item is to constantly switch from a tab and back to giveaway nonstop constantly to refresh the page, and the in app notification automatically makes you lose because it takes about 2 to 3 seconds for you to exit the notification and get back to the giveaway. Which by then the giveaway is over, everytime. The in app notification is a deatth sentence for the giveaway. I want to know desperately if there is a way to disable it or if people complain about it enough hopefully wish will update the app and get rid of it!

I ordered this item in October, I was told it would be to me on November 3rd then got a message saying the 10. It is the 16th and I don't have my item. I don't care about any"Flags" yall speak of, if I pay for a specific item...that's what I expect and that's not what yall did. I'm not gonna wait any longer so get my item to me now or put my money back into my account!
lose order history on wish app
I ordered a shirt of the shop Chen Tidal current clothing on 12th Sep 2018 with order number 5b9787c452c46d6ba79d61b3. And it has not delivered to me. My phone had problem so i had to reinstall wish apps and i lost all order histories. I wrote a lot complaints to wish but they did not help me solve the problem. I think if they have the system they should see my order there and cancel it and pay money back to me. But why they have not done it.

russian hackers will use your cc info
Someone got into my Wish account and attempted to order nearly $100 worth of items using my card, they tried shipping it to Russia (I don't live in Russia).
If you check out the news as well as various reviews online, I was not their only victim.
Something needs to be done about website security.
I would rather spend a few dollars more on eBay for safety reasons.

unauthorized credit
Someone charged 231.00 for a phone which is pending on my account. I cancelled my credit card this morning. It was being shipped somewheere I never heard of. I am not safe with my credit card on wish anymore. Please donot ship this item. I have contacted my bank and have deactivated my acct. I am very disappointed in wish for not viewing the shipping information before trying to use my card

I ordered alot of items back in sept. I never recieved most of them. Ive been going around and around with wish. They just give me the same old [censored]. Also I never recieved any refunds from them or the 64.00 they took out of my account... I sent them every bank state ment. It done me no good at all. So now I have contacted the attorney general... I try to order things but it won't accept my card. I've also tried payment thru pay pal and that's not accepted either. There is nothing wrong with my card. So, I would like to know what I can do to complete my order? I have about 14 items in my cart to purchase. I've been buying products from Wish for years and would like to continue to do so. Nov 4th 2018, got 3 notifications of purchases made that were not me. Moments later my account was suspended with 3 purchases totaling over $600. Tried to log on to cancel with no success. Notified wish of the problem and waited 3 days without a response. Notified my credit card company that has been dealing with other complaints regarding wish and told me that wish.com will be issuing an email explaining of some sort of security breach. Later that day 2 of the 3 purchases were refunded but one was not...was refunded as wish cash ie store credit. With my account frozen and numerous attempts to fix with direction from wish support with no success and never an email explaining that happened regarding the so called breach. Now the real fishy part. I've emailed wish support several times and kept getting the same generic response back. Sent screenshots of everything explaining the outstanding wish cash credit showing the credit still on my account with the same response. Tracked down the number and called. The number is unreachable, directing to to contact via email. Tried to login online instead of the app but says it doesn't recognize the email. Just sending me in circles without giving answers on the issue at hand. Now yesterday I look on the app and the wish cash that has been there since the 4th is now gone so someone is keeping tabs on accounts in a very negative way.
I think now it's clear that someone in the management team if not the founder, CEO is in on exploiting thousands out of their money. In this day in age with a registered company, share holders etc does this happen? It's not over for me. My next step is contacting my country's online fraud complaints board and the BBB along with a borage of social media recommendations to close your accounts and delete all information and contact the appropriate authorities.
Let's not let this happen to anyone else. Spread the word and take the proper measures
opal “sterling silver” ring
I recently bought a opal ring, marked as sterling silver. It was fine for 2 weeks then the silver started to come off on the back of ring and the prongs, exposing a copper color metal. And to make it even worse, my ring finger and between my 2 fingers broke out in a terrible rash. Itchy and painful. Suffering over a week now. Hydrocortisone is not working. Will have to go to the Dr. Fake sterling silver for sure. Stay away from jewelry on WISH
multiple warm weather items that never arrived
I have several items ordered last January that are still "in processing." Most due in March 2018. The customer service number provided is UNABLE to be reach each and every time you call. They direct you to the online service which is a complete waste of time. If you email there support email, it automatically sends you back to their website for the vicious circle to begin. They have master being able to not respond to your complaints with an endless loop. I'm sure they are counting on people to give up from the frustration it causes.

please assist as i have requested a reversal due to goods not received to date and upon informing support that i have closed the credit card where the purchase was made from, was informed that they cannot reverse to a different account, why do i need to struggle and its not my fault that i have not received the goods purchased.

I keep receiving the same generic email no matter what my question or complaint is
All I want is a simple refund for items I purchased but never received. I even screenshot that there is no option for refund on the screen prompts when asking where is my package!
I'm so [censored]ing angry that I keep getting the exact same response or no response.
It shouldn't be this difficult to talk to an actual customer support agent!
I used to reccomend wish to everyone because it had great service and easy refunds for items not received.

I had purchased 4 small items from wish then I had someone purchased an iPhone 6 on my account which was no one in my household ordered so wish made the decision to give me a refund in wish cash. that same person ordered something else with that refund and then the hacked into my account and changed my email now I dont have access to anything not the refund not the tracking information for the items i did order and now I have only emails back and forth and no action from them at all
