I was asked to send a bank statement of a purchase and I buy from you guys constantly. Over 2000.00 for Christmas this year! I have 2 accounts cuz my phone had to be cold rebooted therefore a new email address... I don't like sending personal information about my bank statements and I do all my transactions online. I will discontinue shopping with wish. I love it but this is ridiculous. I understand that one customer doesn't affect your profit in anyway but I have seriously spent over 3000.00 dollars in the past 6 months. I don't understand why you would do this to a good customer

I ordered multiple of products in one purchase and i didn't receive the most of them although it is stated that they are received. I complained to wish and they didn't respond.
I have tried several times to refund the product but the are telling me to wait longer and i have already waited too long.

I ordered $84.00 worth of items from Wish and I wish I had not. I received one wig at 1 week intervals ( I had ordered 2 wigs) and when I received them, they were not the items that I purchased online. I ordered a rug for $30.00 and another item that I have not received yet. They are as fraudulent as they can be. I will have my lawyer to contact them . I never noticed that there is no number to call or person to notify. That was a red flag. I am monitoring my account closely because I don't think this is a legitimate business. Warning all users to delete the Wish from your phone. I have not received all my order yet. I will report to better business bureau and trade commission.

I bougth a mobile phone from wish but i received different phone from the order page, in the order page it shows the phone is curve look nice whit dual camera woking but when i check it its not curve single camera working, finger print id is fake and when i complian to wish and send them pictures as a proof and i ask them to send me return label so i can return the item and claim my refund but they told me that i need to pay the postage, i told them its your fault becasue you send me wrong item why should I pay. I placed a piece of jewelry in my shopping cart along with other items on the www.wish.com, website. I did not submit the order for processing. I did, however, submit my credit card information for a "subscription" to wish in the amount of $.50 cents (an unusual amount) but I did not think much of it; the first mistake. I received an email that this order was processed much to my surprise. I tried to cancel but they said that the order was already processed and out for delivery, but according to what I read, it would not be delivered until after Christmas and was not really out for delivery; I was confused at that, but moreover, more confused at the fact that I had not executed the order in the first place because I would have done so for the entire order which I did not. There are still three more items in the cart which I tried to remove so that this incident would not repeat but I was not permitted to do so for some reason. I am very upset about this as I cannot incur more charges from this site. I went to the website to get support to speak to a representative, but I was in a Catch 22 situation with a message that kept repeating, did I want to cancel the order, but oops, I couldn't because it was out for delivery...but it really isn't? How can this be!? 5 month to receive what I bought and very little information as to where my order is. Not impressed. I feel robbed. Placed my order in July and I've STILL not received it. There's also no one to talk to as everything is automated. Escalating it to wish support only gives you an option of a refund and only in wish money. So you have to buy something else on wish.com which will probably only take another year to arrive. Who do I contact to find out where my stuff is!

There is no suitable way to talk directly and handle the issues, and things are always in bad quality and incomplete.

Many of us know wish, site where you can make online purchases: personally I discourage you in the most total way.
I placed an order regularly paid by credit card: after a few days wish informs me that my order could not be processed and my account was blocked because they needed some data. They ask me (I quote textual words) ' a copy of a document where you see only my full name and the photo and copy of the credit card with the first 12 numbers obscured '. I write to the help desk service and ask how they could identify me without personal data and with a credit card with all the data obscured. No reply. I get annoyed and I ask for a refund of the amount paid and on november 9th they tell me that they have made the repayment. To date (13 days later) I have not received anything yet. No seriousness.

I want to withdraw the amount placed in my wish wallet. I ordered a few things that did not arrive. Instead of giving me a refund, that money was automatically placed in my wish wallet. I purchased other items worth that amount that did not arrive, yet again. Now the money has gone back to my wallet and I know your terms state that the money cannot be withdrawn but firstly, I did not willingly add the money to the wallet and everytime I use that credit to purchase something, it never arrives. You guys are just making me run in loops and this is not right. It's been 5 months since this whole charade and now I want my money back in my account and not my wallet.

Horrendous experience and no refund! I don't want a refund any longer. I want a class action lawsuit to shut them down from scamming thousands upon thousands of people.
I paid express shipping...products came months later and were impossible to track despite their supposed "tracking" system which never really tells you where your product is.
Jeans arrived first way too tight despite the fact I ordered sizes up to make sure they fit. They were horrible quality, smelled like chemicals and all four button holes to close the jeans were completely sewn shut!
Well at least they were "sort of" what I ordered. The gray camouflage fur winter coat I ordered arrived as a completely different jacket. I'm a small but ordered a large to be sure. The coat that came was black (not gray camouflage) with a small hood (pic showed a huge hood), the material was thin and not warm, nothing to close the jacket. There was one string to tie it on one side, none on the other, and the worst...the sleeves came just past my elbow all tho rest of the coat was plenty big! The pic showed the sleeves past the models wrist onto her hand. Customer service was NON existent. Only way was thru their chat. When they finally responded via email where you click on a web link, I could read the response once to never open again since they "closed" the case refusing refund as they had contacted the seller and I got my product!

I placed an order on Wish.com immediately after sending the order I realized an item I had LOOKED at was also on the order. I sent a message requesting the item be removed from my order. I received an email saying my request had been received. Then the total amount was charged to bank account and when the 2 items FINALLY arrived they were NOT what I had ordered. They were not even the same size.
