Wish order just placed on 11/30/2018

I was trying to place an order, then it said shipping was 79 dollars or something and I didnt give my payment, it just used past information and said it processed my order. This is a RIP off, I was not allowed to review my order before it said thank you! Please fix this immediately! How can a company add too much shipping and use a past credit card without asking for name, and charge information? Please correct this!

Wish christmas decors

I proceed with the order as it was mentuoned that it will be delivered by nov 30 though i find it a long time already. When i checked today, it states that it will be delivered again by dec 6. It is so disappointing to let your customers expect on a certain date and yet will not receive. U should deliver it earlier than the expected date of delivery to avoid disappointment. This will be the first and last purchase from you and will definitely discourage friends to purchase anything from your irresponsible company.

Wish ipad pro 9.7 keyboard

First of all when ordered the IPad Pro 9.7 I thought I was getting a Tablet not the Keyboard I received. Second I paid $19 for early shipping, Nov 19th only to received my package days later than expected Nov 22nd. I tried up and down to get in contact with Wish, leaving emails and the whole bit so I could return the item in exchange for something else. I grew tired of their automated responses to my request for a simple exchange or refund. Finally giving up on such a hopeless situation I gave the Keyboard to my sister as a gift. Then I took a page from their play book and made my own wishes come true by disappearing. I canceled my account!

Wish billing

I have ordered tons of stuff through you guys over the years. My order history only shows 1 item way back in 2015.
I usually log in through Facebook.
I dont know what's going on but I did order that stuff. I need it for Christmas.
You guys debited my account twice then put the money back.
I have 2 email accounts

Wish payment issue and order deletion

I am a previous customer. I placed an order on Cyber Monday using a different credit card. I get confirmation of my order, great. Then I get a notice the is an issue with my payment please submit a statement showing previous wish order. The word "previous" implies an order before this one so I find the statement, make sure my cc # is blocked out and send it. Next I receive an email stating there is still an issue, submit screenshot of statement showing previous Wish transaction, then they give me the info for the order I am trying too place...thats not a previous order its the current order. Anyway now knowing thats what is wanted I send a copy of the APPROVED transaction on my cc statement. Another emal stating there is still more info required arrives late last night 12;30 am EDT according to notifications on the app they now need a photo of my DL. Ok I get it its Christmas season, stop fraud yada yada. I figure I will take care of it during the day. Now when I log on I no longer have that notification AND MY ENTIRE 20 item order has been cancelled with no notice. I have emailed their support dept and am awaiting a response. This is no way to do business!

I'm having the Same problem! I have idems in the cart. Tried PayPal, My Credit card, and bank account. I pay all my bills. Why can't I get my order? I still want my order. Where can I get them idems.

Wish I can’t use my card it say visit wish.com/payment issue

I was not able to use my card when I want to check out of my cart it says I should go to www.wish .com/payment issue to resolve my payment
I don't know this is happening for the first this is happening pls help me resolve this as soon as possible and this is not the first time I have been using my debit card to pay. Until recently I tried another debit card on my wish app and since then I have not been able to use mine

I have requested for goods and paid for them already, however the delivery date changes and
some iteams it is gone 3 months since i have ordered and still do not get an answer if i am going to get my goods or not. I am sandra carey and i want to know if i am going to recevie my goods or not.
The tracking states the goods arrive destination beging of october this iteam was reaching south africa. I still have not recevied it.

Wish order was canceled by wish

I placed an order on November 23 on November 26 WISH canceled my order and issued me a refund for no apparent reason it was a $120 order and had Christmas presents included in this order. I no longer have access to the email colvin.[protected]@yahoo.com I was trying to add my new email address and also add my new debit card. I called my bank they said that there shouldn't be any issues processing the payment. My new email is [protected]@Gmail.com
Please help me understand why my order was canceled and I can't place a new one either.

I've had a Account with wish for at least 5 years now. I placed a order with my new bank card. Two days later Wish cancels my order I called my bank there's not a issue on my end. I got a message from Wish to contact Customer Support that's impossible I've tried numerous times. I open a new account with a new email thinking that would help no they are want a picture of my bank statement with past purchase from Wish. This is a new account I haven't ordered anything from Wish since I opened this account. I do know what to do know!

Wish will not refund items I ordered when they send the wrong size and I even have pictures to prove it

I have ordered lots of different clothes from robes, leggings, bathing suit‘s, PJ's & the list goes on. yet almost every Is either damaged (holes or rips in fabric) Or the wrong size. I can't even contact W/ app cause my account isn't in good standing. Why would I buy more stuff when you will not fix your previous mistakes. I order xxs yet get S!

i ordered several items and returned the ones I didnot want within 2 weeks and used their mailing label. i have emailed them several times to get a 120.00 refund and they have way to many excuses and my emails go on and on. They told me that i was not within the guidelines of returning my stuff, it had to be within 30 days yet I did it within 2 weeks. i will never order from them again... i didnot get any wish cash or refund. they are fraudulent with bad customer service.

Wish quad core 7 inch tablet ac33

Today, I ordered a Quad Core 7 inch tablet for my granddaughter. When I used the promo code rbdnvbn, I was told that I could used the code because it was not from Wish mobile app. So I cancelled the order to download the app and as I am downloading the app, I receive a message from Wish that my order was processed. I never got the submit button, but they processed my order without my permission.

Horrible liars, gave me a 95% off first order code, what a laugh, when I tried it it said 15% than when I stopped the order they tried to give me a replacement object worth about 5% of the original for slightly more money! enjoy

Wish checkout process

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my 2nd time purchasing anything so I can not supply this and I have yet to get my bank statement. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (This is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.
First time user, not a good start but I have heard positive things about this site and will put this down to tech issues. Could some one from wish please contact me @ [protected]@yahoo.com

i have been ordering off wish for almost a year now and only had one wrong thing delivered it was a free gift from wish so i did not care but having wish cancel and refund a big order $ 600 + just before christmas really messes up my plans with no way of talking to a human person is just bad business i'm really going to think hard about placing another order with them again

Wish refund went to wish cash instead back into my account

I placed an order on Nov. 27 2018 and before I had a chance to change the payment method the payment went through on my debit card overdrawing my checking account. I cancelled the order, but instead of giving me a refund to my account it gave me wish cash I do not want wish cash I want a full refund to my checking account. This order has overdrawn my account .

The above invoice was charged to my PayPal account on November 12, 2018 in the amount of $46.85. Transaction ID 91184907LF438035N.
I have not received this order and need to know when it will be shipped.
I have made numerous orders from Wish before and this is the first time I have had to write a letter of complaint. In addition, upon trying to submit this complaint the popup advises my complaint is too short and may not be answered. What kind of nonsense and business practice is that? Please do not force me to go to the better business bureau, the attorney general office and disputing this charge with PayPal.
Sure hope this is long enough to get your attention now.
Please advise asap.

Wish all clothing

NONE of their clothing fits. All, without exception, are two to three sizes TOO SMALL. Also, the quality is very poor. Let's see... poor quality...never fitting...low price. What good is low price if the clothing is worthless?!?!
Also, they REFUSE to accept returns.
This company is practicing fraud!

I gave them a number of tries, foolishly, I suppose. Thinking that I could return their clothing, none of which fit. They REFUSED to honor my return requests, even though they purport to have an easy return policy. Their low prices & attractive ads sucked me in. But, their clothing was far too small. The quality was horrible. And, I was not allowed to return their horrible merchandise. Very fraudulent.

Wish jacket

I ordered a jacket accidently on the 2nd November and cancelled within two hours of ordering told them ir was a mistake and still have not received the refund I am due they keep saying the same thing and I haven't received my refund I will not be ordering again I have rung my bank and it clearly states the money being taken but not been put back in and I'm not happy at all I will not be recommending wish to anyone I want my refund and the fact that its 17.85 is beyond the point I would like MY money back

Wish refunds

Wish.com is the worst, most unprofessional shopping website that I have ever tried to use. They refuse to refund my $79.00, of items I never received. AVOID at all costs. I complained to better business bureau. I tried to order a blow up chair, and watches. Never received anything. They don't offer phone support. When I try to email, all they respond with, is "Sorry you are not satisfied", but they never refund. Stay away from them.

Wish account

WISH.COM HAS FRAUDSTERS. My account was hacked and somebody attempted to purchase a laptop and other items for $152.00 USD with my credit card on November 16, 2018 . I tried contacting wish but they never responded. Fortunately my visa credit card didn't have so much of money however because the payment failed they then attempted on several occasions to charge the money to my credit card again on November 23, 2018 .
