I spoke with your customer service today to tell them that I received my bills to pay however, I never received my items. I wrote to the company two weeks ago and asked where my items were and nobody returned my call. I was told that I have to call FedEx find out where my package went and then file a police report for these items. I’m very upset with the company because I’ve been dealing with women decades. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to do all this work as your customer and I have been a loyal customer for all these years. I pay my bill the day it comes in. My bill is due November 20 of this year. I’m going to pay it even though I never received my items I’m really very upset. I don’t expect anybody to call me because it seems to be what your company does. Again I’m going to pay the bill so I don’t receive any penalties. But at this time, I would like to cancel my account. I don’t plan on buying from the company anymore.
