WoodSprings Suites Woodspring suits

I checked in July 17 it is July 26 as of today I tried to pay several times because I extended my stay a few days and they first told me there had to be a physical card presented in front of them they wouldn’t use Apple Pay. I lost my car and it’s on my phone therefore I have no physical credit card my daughter has stopped in over three times and no one was behind the desk I called the service I just heard the phone ringing she waited 30 minutes the first time 25 minutes the second time 30 minutes the third time and no one was to be found the maids are rude the place is dirty when I checked in they won’t change out my towels I have the manager beating on my door wanting a payment and now he’s saying that there is Apple Pay it stinks so bad in the hallways and in the elevator and nobody is ever around that works here I never can find them . Yes service is terrible Also upstairs of my room every night all I hear is people jumping or sniffing chairs it’s ridiculous and out my window I hear base people yelling they’re all out there smoking pot hanging out ridiculous the dumpster is overflowing people just throw their trash

WoodSprings Suites The overall experience

I have been staying at this hotel several different times for months at a time on separate occasions. This last time it’s been about 3 months . On Sunday July 24 at around 10pm while taken my keys to my life feel under the elevator while trying to use the broken cart that is located near the front desk . I was informed on this day for someone to come out and help me retrieve my keys would be 2000 an hour the next day they told me we can get them out here but it will be 400 an hour . As if I’m not already paying almost 2000 a month to stay at your establishment. I’m very disappointed I’ve been here for months and this is the outcome I’ve lost wages and sleep dealing with this incident .

Sunday PM Checked In - notified front desk the room floor was covered in pet dander (dog hair) and smelled like musk/smoke. WoodSprings Suites Excessive & illegitimate guest billing

My name is Robert DeAngelo, and I was a guest at the Woodspring Suites located at 2310 W. Detroit Blvd., Pensacola, Fl., from 06/01/22 - 07/06/22. (Folio# 66573, Conf#66607, CRS# CE86743857.) I am writing this complaint over billings on my credit card for LEAVING TRASH BY THE TRASH CAN $28.13 (The trash can was full), a LATE FEE of $15 (They had my CC on file), and a DAILY LINEN CHARGE of $1.97 (29 times). (This is entirely wrong! My linens were only changed one time during my entire stay.) I questioned these charges at the desk and the clerk said that there was nothing she could do about it.

Desired outcome: I am requesting a full refund of these ridiculous charges ($100.26) to be posted on my credit card ending in MC1092.

WoodSprings Suites Cleanliness and overcrowding

This is my third week paying to stay here and the first two weeks were ok with only minor issues such as doors not working in side entrance and everyone putting a rock to prop it open a week ago 3 bus fills of Mexicans came and now I’m having to deal with garbage everywhere, people blocking stairs and hallway laying in them, harassment, not staying another week here to live with this crap, they are tearing up your building

Desired outcome: Pay attention to how many people are in one rom, enforce people to pick up after their dogs because there is dog poop everywhere, stop allowing prostitution

WoodSprings Suites False accusations and forced out of room

Wood springs on Interquest Pwk kick my wife and I out on 7/1/22 because she basically didn’t like us. She accused that our dogs were barking and carrying on but the problem is I was awake at 3:30 am and was walking my dogs outside at 4:00am till 4:30. Then said she was knocking on our door at 7:00 we were in the room at 7:15 and kick out by 8:15. She was talking on the phone complaining to someone about us I figured the police because she was giving our description to the party on the and said she was going to refund our money. But when I asked for a receipt that we had checked out she told me I was not registered and to vacate the property. We expect a full refund.

WoodSprings Suites Housekeeper and her boyfriend for free

She stay at the hotel for free with her boyfriend this been going on for about a year r longer she's not on call so why do she stay there for free ! this is seven days a week 247 I no this is against woodspring policy and if the manager is kin I thought family wasn't aloud to work for the same company they all got different last name but is kin Someone need to put out the cousin and fire the sister and mantance and the manager because whats going on make this company look bad I guess corporate don't know this but I hope they get to the bottom of the family runs the hotel and get paid for free do nothing ps it three woodspring so this family should be easy to find

They did not clean rooms rode and unperfessional i stayed for a week and i only stayed the whole week because i already payed and i was told i could not get my miney back they did not provide clean towls or tissue they

WoodSprings Suites Disrespectful Rude GM

I arrived at the property at about 1p on 6/5/2022 there was a clerk at the counter I asked was she Lisa, and she said no then she asked for my information to check me in, then she informs me that my reservation was found and that it was $484, I mentioned that I spoke with Lisa and she quoted me $360 since I would be there longer than 28 days. There was a guy there who chimed in and said that my reservation was only for 7 days and that that was the rate, and if I didn't want to pay it I could find another property, which I never refused to pay I was only asking and trying to explain that I was going to be here in town working for a while and yes if I could get the discounted rate that was quoted that would have worked better. The GM whose name was Christian Darlo was very rude for no reason at all wanting me to get out of character I never got loud or disrespected him I had just driven 18hrs I had no fight in me, he told me to go somewhere else, I stayed in the car 3 1/2 more hrs trying to reach your office and find another place. this is not something that I expected to have to come and deal with coming to go to work, I just lost a loved one, and I am dealing with a lot of stress to come to be treated in such a way, I demand to speak with a live person regarding this matter, I have been trying to reach the corporate office as well as the regional manager, I think this is very unacceptable and if I don't get anyone I will go public with this, I think your GM should have more respect on how they treat people, I am old enough to be his mother.

Desired outcome: Reservation was canceled for no reason after I drove 18hrs. I choose this hotel because it's 11min to the job location and it was in my budget when the clerk quoted me the $360 that cause the discrepancy.

WoodSprings Suites Room without everything

I pay for 2 nights at the woodsprings Riverside_Norco, the second night I arrived late to sleep and the room was without towels, bed sheets, etc.

The second night rate was almost double, I went to the main lobby and after an hour of waiting they hand me some sheets and towels.

I need my money back for the second night, I pay for room not an empty room.

WoodSprings Suites Bathroom door and sink

Bathroom door doesn’t lock I stayed look inside bathroom 2 hours for someone to come help water stuck in the sink and they don’t want to come and fix it , they don’t care about customers they just tape the door with tape so you have to use bathroom with door unlocked also possibly tape get scratched and door look again while im inside they don’t want to refund me or replace me with another room

WoodSprings Suites Hotel room

My husband and I checked in late (1130pm) on 4/26/22 to check out on 4/28/22. Upon arrival to the room, cockroaches came out from behind the headboards and under the microwave. As it was late and we were in town for a funeral the next morning, we had to sleep with the lights on! The next morning, after the funeral we checked out and requested a refund for the other night. We have since been given the run around! DO NOT stay at the Omaha, NE location! Absolutely disgusting place!

We had an issue with the hotel on International Drive in Orlando. I was required to turn in my bill from the other hotel we booked in order to receive a partial refund. This has been going of since 3/19/22... Tracheal was rude so I booked a room some where else. She charged my card for 263.76 for four night which I went stayed someone else bc of the roaches and dirty carpet, clogged tub. She told me that it will take 2-3 business day its been 3 weeks n still no refund. Called today n choice and she said I don't get a refund and I didn't renew my contract

WoodSprings Suites Richland Washington Woodspring Suite property

I am a Hospice travel Nurse and was recently located in Richland Washington. I usually stay at extended stay hotels when I am on an assignment so I chose Woodspring suites here. The hotel itself was perfect. The type of people staying there made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They were asking for rides and cigarettes constantly. They all hung out at the front and outside. I could not go to my truck without being approached. I since learned that they have a contract with the state and are taking in all sorts of people. Very sketchy. The police were there on numerous occasions, people talking to themselves, etc, etc.

I was originally scheduled to stay there for 13 weeks but had to find other arrangements 3 weeks in. I am not out over $150.00 per week and not kitchen for the remainder of my assignment as there are no other options in the area I am working. Very discouraged with the overall management of that property. I am not sure I will stay with Woodspring again which is a shame because the hotel was beautiful and perfect for what I need when travelling.

Desired outcome: I wish I could get a refund on my stay but I know that is probably not possible. I just want you to be aware of what is going on there.Tank youPatricia [protected]@gmail.com
