Harassment calls fraudulent request for money
Update we call my phone constantly and then leave voicemails on my voicemail and tell me to paris st might get anywhere from the lost firms ended with write me that i would have to pay them with colleen player and tax myself to security and use my phone legal name
hear what excuse me I do know English I just happen to have to use my stupid Android that uses auto correct on the screen is so small I can barely read what I wrote pardon me..however your rudeness is unacceptable..apparently your understanding of how one behaves is somewhat corrupt and dysfunctional have a nice day..and next time you want to remark at least understand that perhaps it was a malfunction of some sort not just the ignorance of the writer..you no doubt are a troll
total harassment
This am my 93 yr old father answered the phone and some horrid guy with a accent told him hes in major trouble for something in his back taxes and a lawsuit is pending with the IRS. He gave the phone number to reach him and wanted my fathers accountant to call him. This guy harassed my father at 93 years of age, made him so upset he was shaking and i'm going full blast reporting him to agency's including attorney general of Minnesota's office.
This place needs to be shut down once and for all and hes being reported good this time.
"Julie Smith" left a message on my cell phone saying she was from the IRS and I needed to call her right away before they take action on me. The telephone number she left was [protected]. When I reversed phone lookup - it showed that phone number belonged to YMax Communications - not the IRS.
My son received a call on his cell phone stating that there was a warrant for my arrest because I owed the IRS money. When I called the number all I got was a voice recording saying YMAX Communications but nowhere to leave a message.
[protected]. Recorded man keeps calling to tell me I owe money. Never offers company name. Threatens to call authorities. I don't owe any outstanding money that there would be a judgement against me.
Threatening Harassing phone call
This guy calls me claiming he is from the Legal Department of the Treasury Department. The phone number he called from was [protected]. When I did the reverse phone look up it said the number was from the YMAX corporation. I can barely understand him because of his strong accent. He tells me that I owe $4000 to the IRS from 2009. I asked him how come I was not notified directly by the IRS. He asked me who filed my taxes in 2009 and told me they were sending the letters to the company I used to file my taxes. But yet he didn't know who the company was. He then told me that a warrant for my arrest was being issued and the local authorities were going to come to my door. I hung up on him! I think he was hoping I would either give him my credit card information or my SS#. NOTTTTTT! I feel sorry for anyone who falls for these scams. If he calls me back I'm going to cuss them out!

mark Smith
A man with a foreign accent called my cell phone, stated he was an IRS agent, and we owed money and a warrant for my arrest would be issued if I didn't pay $3, 980. He had all my personal information and threatened to send the sheriff's Dept to my home.

Ymax communications is a consumer who is using Magic Jack as telephone service provider and most certainly not the IRS.
False Pretending to be the IRS
I received a call from Edward Siliman stating that I am going to jail because I owe the IRS back taxes for 2009 & 2010. It appears that Edward has several alias; Kimberly Jones, Edward Siliman, and Matthew . The purpose of the call is to collect / settle debt.
They want you to go out and buy a pre-paid debit card so that you can pay the debt. Also, they might ask you to wire money via Western Union. These people are taking advantages of vulnerable people and something needs to be done. I also traced the call to Ymax Communications. Why is this company still allow to do business with these people.
What can we do to stop these people, pay them back with their own medicine. I have recruited my family and friends to call the number everyday...I can tell that Edward or whoever he is getting upset.

Just received a call from a man with a thick Indian accent that claimed to be from the U.S. Treasury Dept., and was warning me about a legal action again me. He said that I must have been informed already via the '503' notification. I told him I hadn't (as I was fishing for more information from him).
He directed me to call the Inspector's Office at
[protected] and I'd get confirmation on this.
That was the same number he called me from. This is ridiculous.
This is a SCAM -- warn all your friends and neighbors about
this.
Take care!
Scam
I had a call from [protected], from Publishers Clearinhouse. Telling me to go straight to my bank to get the cash for the taxes I will owe for the money I have won. I was puzzled at how rude the caller was and how he would stay on the line with me until I got to the bank. The accent was also odd- he couldn't properly pronounce the state where i reside. I did a reverse search and showed the Ymax Oration and all of the fraud hits on google. I now have blocked the number from my phone. I am on a do not call list- this is unnerving.

I came home to a phone msg from a "steve martin" (From india, i assume)
It says: hi this message is intended to contact you. My name is steve martins. I'm calling regarding enforcement actions executed by us treasury intending. . . (?) ignoring this would be an intentional second attempt to award initial appearance before a registered judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offence. My number is [protected]. I advise you to collaborate (?) with us and to help us tohelp you.
This is wrong. Has to stop
I had same call coming from [protected] Julie Smith impersonating the IRS. I reported them to IRS at www.tigta.gov when I did a reverse look up on the phone number it came up as Ymax Oration Landline in Beltsville, MD. Scammers
harrassing phone calls to my cell
I have been receiving phone calls on my cell and they say they are from the IRS and also that I have received government grants. I am tired of receiving these calls and even when I tell them I know they are scammers they will wait awhile then start calling again. Someone needs to locate them and stop the madness

I got a phone call from [protected] today, after searching online, this phone number belongs to "Ymax Communications". The person calling me had thick accent. He said I involved in a "legal case" and threatened to arrest me if I hanged up. I asked him to send mail to my address if it is for any legal case, then he yelled "how could you say that, we already sent mail to you 3 times"... The truth is, i never get any mail regarding any pending "legal case". So I figure it must be a scam. I agree with the poster - Someone have to stop this madness.
IRS Impersonation/SCAM
These individuals are calling with a "time sensitive" message. They are with the Internal Revenue Service saying that we must call them to avoid legal action against us. I was alerted by our attorney of the scam so called them back. A man with a heavy Indian accent answered "Internal Revenue Service". I told them I was reporting them as a scam and they hung up on me. They called again today and I told the woman I knew this was a scam, and again with a heavy Indian accent went into this unintelligible rant about religion and prayer and hung up. I see from the long list of complaints that this is a ring located all over the United States. I am hoping that the appropriate federal authorities are working on it.

phone scam
Just called this number back - [protected] - was told that this was John Jordan with the IRS. He wanted to speak to my husband to get the name of his attorney for his case. We have no case with the IRS, so whne I pressed and asked what this was in reference to, he hung up.

Harrasment
I got a phone call on my cell from [protected]. A mr. Brown with a very heavy accent said he was from the tax audit department of the irs. And that i have made mistakes on 2 years of my taxes. Now just a little back story. I use turbotax.com to file my taxes and they are great! He told me 7 different "allegations" that were against me. The total amount that i owed was $3, 400. The whole time he was talking the connection would break up. He told me that i had 2 options. 1) go to court and fight it. But if i lost i would have to pay $85, 000. 2) pay the $3, 400 now. If i chose option 1 i would have an officer of the law at my house in 1 hour to arrest me. At first i was very freaked out. He called me back 4 different times with 4 "different" numbers. At least that's what he said. But the same number kept showing up (#[protected]) so after i stopped crying i did a reverse number look up and found out who had been calling me. I called back one last time and got a recording "the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is not available leave a message at the beep. . . " beep. . . I left only 2 words. . . "**** off!" after about 5 min he called back. I answered one last time. He asked me why i hung up on him. I said "i know that you are a scam artist. " he started to yell. I continued "if you are who you say you are then have the police come and arrest me. " then i hung up. I was very scared at first now i am just overly angry. Thank you for letting me vent.

harrassment
This number-[protected]-Washington DC has been calling my land line for at least 3 weeks pretending they're IRS collection and if I don't call back I will be in trouble. It sounds fishy coz we don't owe IRS and when I checked on reverse phone number its a landline..but when I checked my ID caller again another number came up..I guess they know how to...

I received two calls from the above number on April 23, 2014 and two threatening messages from Ymax Comms Corp. The man had an accent so thick it was difficult to understand completely, but this much was clear-it was a scam. In both messages the man said his name was Daniel Martin and he was with the Special Investigations Division of the IRS. He said he was calling for my ex-husband and if my ex tried to ignore the calls he would be arrested and stripped of his property and assets! I called them back after the second threatening message and the man who picked up the phone said his name was Phillip, but he had the same ridiculous accent as the one who left the messages. I told him that he had the wrong number and if he continued to call my number I would...he abruptly hung up and I was unable to finish my threat. Why haven't these ### been put out of business. Pretty sure that it is a felony to impersonate an employee of the federal government and if it isn't it should be with a death penalty sentence. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE THESE ###S SERIOUSLY OR GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY. My only regret is that the little coward hung-up. I had an awesome response that would have had this slimy little slug looking over his shoulder for weeks to come. The best way to take down a cowardly thieving bully is to be a bigger bully-sad that our justice system is so overloaded with garbage that the attorney general's offices in the states and at the federal level have become useless.

I received a call today from # [protected] from RIALTO, CA. from YMAX COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION. The number was left on my mother's land line which I no longer reside at the address or affiliated with the phone number. I returned "James White" phone call. He had an accent from India. Difficult to understand. Message he had left was threatening. Stating that either myself or my attorney should return the call. In the conversation I had with "MR. WHITE" - He claims he was from the "Investigation Division of the IRS" and that I owed money and there is a WARRANT FOR MY ARREST? I am now being told I am to be arrested in 24 Hours?. I told him he was incorrect in his statements and knew the phone call was a scam and I would be placing formal complaints to the "IRS", ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE ... I was about to say FDA - when "MR.WHITE" abruptly hung up.
They totally got me for 1470.00 and was after a total of 2800.00 I can't believe I fell for it. I am very street smart, but he caught me at a time that my life was nothing but crazy. He was suppose to collect the balance on 10/31/14 and he tried calling, but I sent him to voice mail . He finally quit calling and I had left a message they were scammers and the Fed was on their trail. Noting then on 11/17/14 he started calling again, but changed his name from the October call. He said I still owed the 1400.00 and I told him no he owed me the money. He tried to explain and I cut him off and said not you need to wire my money to me in the amount of $1, 500.00, because I have already contacted the IRS, the Attorney General's and the FDA and they were hot on his happy little trail. He hung up and now the number just goes straight to voice mail. I left him a message that I was and officer and he need to return my money. My next message will be you better be looking over both shoulders at all times, because we are right behind him and his fraud, scamming low life sons of a ###. Don't fall into this trap... I consider myself very street smart and I fell and I am so mad at myself.
Fortunately I haven't had the grief I have seen here. They hung up when we answered. However the information I received is a Fort Worth location or a spoof of that number. Could this be a new location?
They are calling and leaving a voicemail telling me to call back to avoid further legal action. I have no idea who or what they represent.
Harassment
They called my phone number multiple times saying they were with usa advance cash loan and i applied for a $10, 000 cash advance and was approved. Which in itself is impossible seeing how i am on permanently disability.
Each time i reported do not call me, i didn't apply for any loan.
They continued to call me on 3 / 20 / 2014 at 6:31 pm, 6:33 pm for 1:26,
6:35 pm, and immediately call back twice when i hung at 6:35 pm
And lastly at 6:38 pm for 38 seconds and told them if they called again they would be reported to bbb for harassment.
This company is a total freaking scam! I agree cause they called me the first time and I fell for it and said i owned $250 to the electric company. Then later on we called the electric company and said we never owned anything and said to contact to police. The second time they called me a year later about the same electric bill the fraudsters had an indian accent and stuttering to say his name was mark which was wiered then i asked for his last name he closed the phone on me. I tried to call back but they wouldn't Answer ... i only tried to call back because i was angry and wanted to give them a piece of my mind😣
The called a new land line claiming my wife has an arrest warrant and will be arrested in the next three days and to have her call this number back he stumbled on his name which I thought was weird and he had an Indian accent.
Loan Scam
To get $8000 loan I was told to put $366 on a Vanilla Reload Network card. Stupidly I did, and was then told that the card was not working correctly and I needed to get another card from Green Dot for $100 in order to complete loan transfer. Not going to happen! Filed complaints with FBI, Better Business Bureau and local police.
Harassing/threatening calls
My mother began receiving threatening phone calls from a person that calls himself and immigration officer, then told my sister and mother he is an attorney. He claims my mom owes them $950.00 dollars and that if she doesn't pay, she will be put in prison and deported . She is a legal resident and a senior citizen. They call about 5 times a day this is very upsetting due to heAlth conditions my mother has.

these people call me and my family harassing us on some bogus claim, i had this issue a few years ago and had to report them to bbb, i guess im going to have to do it again, because these are the worst type of people in the world, i dont even know how they live with themselves, they are pathetic
Does not offer a report abuse email ID or any other way to report one of their mobile users doing something illegal. see:

I got same call as described from [protected]
After a busy weekend, a 3 am phone call is NOT fun. It scares you to death, and makes it difficult to go back to sleep.
It sounded like a real young woman on the phone - not a recording.
Called my cell
phone and left a message saying to contact them because they were calling from IRS and if I did not I would be sorry.
Harrassing calls and threats
Someone from this number had been calling my 81 y / o mom for a week, telling her she'd won $5 million. Then they asked her for money ($200) and we finally convinced her it was a scam. So she told them she didn't believe them anymore and didn't want the money. That's when they threatened to physically harm her, and told her they could kill her family members in another state, because we "know where they live". She was so frightened she called me and the police. They actually called six more times in less than 30 minutes while the police were there! We blocked the number, and hopefully they get the message. But to terrorize a vulnerable old person like that! Yesterday they were her "friends" who wanted to just give her some money, and today they want to hurt her for not taking it?
I keep getting a call from this guy with the name of Steve Martin from [protected] with a heavy Indian accent stating that if I don't call I will get arrested by the us treasury becasue I committed a federal criminal offense. Really? He does not stop calling and I looked up the number and it's from Y-Max Communications in New York. They need to stop the harassment.
These phone numbers [protected] and [protected] always call my home at least 5 times or more daily, no day these numbers don't call my home at any time and I find it very disturbing. At this point I find it threating to my family peace and comfort and I am beginning to consider it a monitoring calls, My safety and that of my family is at stake that is why I am reporting these number to the commission to please reprimand whosoever is behind the calling to stop in the interest of peace and safety.
We got a call on one of our cell phones from Jonathan Taylor, trying to collect for our unpaid Verizon bill. Asked for all kinds of information from my husband. I called Verizon because our bill is not due and they know nothing about this. I did a reverse look up on the phone number and it said it belonged to Tvzi Shtaiman; YMax Communications Corp landline. These people need to be shut down.
I can't understand them? I don't know what they are saying. My cellphone number is registered on the do not call registry. Please stop these calls.
Scam for money
Someone from this number called me saying i won the publishers clearing house sweepstakes for $27, 000 and they wanted me to get a money card and put $230 on it, and someone was going to come to my house tomorrow between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00. He said not to tell anyone for "my security. " he wanted me to run and get the money right away so i'd be...

Call came on my cell phone. The caller id said 911. I answered the call and was told that i was speaking with officer watson from the maryland state police. He said i was going to be arrested today becaus of illegal activity with my ssn and need to call the department of justice immediiately. When i asked for his contact info he told me to just call 911. I asked what barracks he was calling from and he suddenly couldnt hear me. He yelled out a file number and phone number he said was for the doj and i must call or be arrested and he hung up. I did a search on the telephone number and found it to be ymax communications. This must be stopped. They have somehow rigged the called id to come up 911! There has got to be a law about that!

Scamming calls
Caller with very broken English tried to tell me he worked at some place called "WebCash"---it took him 5 minutes to speak clearly enough for me to finally determine this was what he was saying. I told him I was not interested in anything and asked him to removed my number from his calling list. After a few more garbled interactions, I told him to please take my name and number from their list. He told me he would, "for $100, I will stop calling". I said I'd just report the call. He countered with the assertion I could not call the law and he could call as much as he liked. He then said I "must pay" him "$100 to stop calling". I laughed and hung up. This is a mess, though.

Harrasment call claims my arrest
Got voice mail from [protected], saying if i don't call back and resolve, i will be arrested from my mailing address, didn't say what the reason but the voice was very demanding and threatening.
Lawyer called to find out stated scam to contact local law enforcers done that. Threatening to put $668. 00 on a greendot card to avoid being arrested buy two different cards they need to be stoped asap a ray smith heavy accent called 8 - 10 times
This company called my phone saying they were with the Department of Federal Grants and said that I was chosen to receive $8, 000 for a college grant, in which I did not have to pay back. First I needed to put $190 on a green dot refill card and take it to western union with me, so that they could verify who it is. And that the money would never leave my hand. I got the card and read the number to it. (I know this was stupid). They were not supposed to take it off, It was never to leave my hand. Then they told then that they needed $200 to send the money.

These people call me every day, sometimes several times even after I have told them to stop! I am on the National No Call List. There is a language barrier so I have trouble understand them. It was a bad connection and they got angry when I told them to stop calling me. I will be reporting them.

Hello to all
My name is Victoria, I'm searching for social websites through out US, and trying to let or warn people about international scams. The incident happened to me and the experience from it was awful. My goal is to prevent that from happening to anyone.
