I had deposited 500 rs in 1xbet account on 28 March 2022 and till date amount is not updated in 1xbet. I have mailed them, I have had a chat with them but no response no solution so far. Pls do the needful

My problem is I want to remove my google authentication so I called them then they told me to upload the registered documents so I upload it then I treid them they told me you have to raise a request to merge my contact no. With other account which I usually used then I have to wait for 1 hr so after 1 hr I called them they said you have to wait for 1 hr and yet no reply from them, after 24-30 hrs they said you have to wait for 1 hr (1-1) hr wot is this how much 1 hr they take. I have tried them a lot after 20-30 mins call was connected and after that no resolving of the issue and they disconnected the call, what is this behaviour of your customer support.
