They are announcing fake winner to scam people to play.

When i play TV bet program

In jackpot announcement my last 5 number of id is show winner.

But amount show in mobile app and web is total different.

When i contact them,

They didn't provide me full data and just said i'm not a winner

24 houurs gone but my deposit amount is not received ... Why are you not give me my reply i am still waiting for my money... Please tell me what is this ... Now i will decide for a FIR

today 17/4/2022 1:00 am i requested to withdraw to my bank debit card but after approval the amount came back to 1xbet as " operator error " so I need to change the wallet for deposit and withdrawal.

I deposited 300 5days ago and its not credited till now.

Contacted support via email and chat but no response, I attached every detail to them but not resolved.

Its a bad experience with 1xbet.

All is fraud.. High level advertisement hai with big players and in India they have no any customer support. Deposit within 1 minute but withdrawal you have to wait 72 hrs and it's also totally fake not received.

When I drop emails continuosly they change my email id and my account pwd also. I shocked they can do anything with your account.

I touched with the support team via email and call but they are useless.

Complaint me jo mail aata h that u reply via useless responder.

All option open hai for deposit, lekin withdrawal nahi kar sakte. 7th APR ka withdrawal hai 10 hai no response.

Jab mere account me mera email or password change ho gaya without my knowledge then u can understand ye fraud hai ki kya hai.

On april 6 around 5 pm india. I deposited 300 inspite of 350 minimum deposit. And applied for my deposit to my account it got rejected but now the deposit id or account has been changed by one try and can't ask my money back from them so i sended another 50 as 350 rupees is minimum deposit and i send the transaction id and stated my situation to the account holder id (gpay) [protected]@axis and texted him in gpay.
