I created one account by using One click registration option. I didn’t fill up my personal profile even No phone number and email was added in my account. Then I made deposit of 149000 bdt taka from our local agent. That agent was also a fraud as he notice to 1xbet security department as that transaction wasn’t made by him. For this, 1xbet company freeze my account and money. I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com. Security Department asked for my documents and selfie with my documents. I submitted everything they asked for.

How 1xbet identify me that I am fraud, they just listened their liar agent only. I am their customer. 1xbet need to value their customers.
