1xBet Sold not credited 5 days ago

I have made a second fund deposit to my account, after sending via CIH bank to SRV 1xbet, the application refrehsed, so the Motif code was changed,

I still havent received any sold yet, even that I have contacted the support via email more than 6 times

I made two more deposits and receive nothing yet

is there any way to solve this problem, because this is not professional at all

I’m having the same problem. And did use the same bank CIH. I did read other reviews on the web and found out that they did this to other clients as well. This is definitely a fraudulent company that uses people’s money for other purposes. Please let me know if you’re problem has been solved.

I transfered money or deposit and it went through or by my wallets. Transfer was successed and i downloaded information.

The broker i trasnfered is Reyaj Alam Miya and information [protected].

It successed he received the amount. Depoait amount through IME PAY.

And the main points of this complain or report is ,i was sent a message that my

IME PAY transfer money is successed, but the deposit amount is not transfered into the points or deposits in 1xbet.

So, i would like to know that what has been to my deposit. 4 days has passed away and i didnt receive any deposit amount in my 1xbet account. Please sir/maam i would like to know as fast as my report reply.

1xBet Deposit not credited to my account

Up On the 17th of December I made a deposit via a bank transfer and as I’m writing this I still haven’t received my money. The worst part is their customer service. After countless emails with proof of transfer and everything and live chat attempts, all you get is silence or some generic response. I did contact my bank and they confirmed that 1xBet did receive my money, also my very first deposit was credited to my account almost instantly which leads me to think that 1xBet is deliberately keeping my money. If this isn’t the behavior of a fraudulent company I don’t know what is.

Ps: I lost several betting opportunities because of this, and now all I want is to get my money back so I can delete mu account. Worst experience with a “business” ever!

After contacting their Facebook page just like 1xBet suggested in the comment above, this was their response (screenshot below). See? They will keep giving you these answers meanwhile your money is stolen. STAY AWAY from these thieves people.

PS: after contacting my bank for a second time, they said the money was received by 1xBet on the exact day I made the deposit and at the same moment. So there you have it, if you use their website you WILL get scammed sooner or later.

That’s absolutely a despicable lie. I did contact my bank as I said, and they confirm that you had received the money instantly, so there’s definitely no problem on my end. Just a quick search of the different reviews on your website m, one would figure out that you’ve been doing this to countless other clients and getting away with it. This is criminal in my opinion!

Ps: stop asking me to contact your customer support already and give me my money back. I sent you countless emails and messages with proof and haven’t done anything!

1xBet Unwanted payment and your rude staff

Dear Concern,

This is to let you know that I had used my Visa card to add 200 QAR to my profile to use and now I see another transaction of 500 QAR which was added to my profile through my card. The second transaction of 500 QAR was not done by me and I have already informed my bank about the same. Due to this unwanted transaction I would like to block my card and before that I would request you to kindly allow me to withdraw the balance amount of 672 QAR to my account.

I would want the same to happen at the earliest as it would help me to go ahead and block my card before any other unwanted transactions happen through it.

And the same thing I told to your staff over the call and they were so rude as [censored] and they started telling me my responsibilities rather than helping me out and doing there own job

And I have been me mailing your guys from so long and there is no response.

I will [censored] now your CEO Evgenii over social media platform. Its enough now

Dear sir

Previously the instructions given by 1xbet I Passed successfully. I successfully passed Skype video conference too twice. After that, 1xbet asked me to upload any one of birth certificate, electricity bill and driving license. Then I uploaded my birth certificate and electricity bill & mental capacity certificate & gambling addiction certificate & license to practice medicine from the doctor who issued the certificate & apostilled document confirming my identity. All of instructions passed successfully.

But 1xbet didn’t release my fund. Why i cannot get my money. I strongly claim to release my fund.

Iam really sad, I received a reply from the security department asking me to withdraw my money, I want to withdraw my money by the means they asked me ' SKRILL ' I make the withdrawal and I am automatically refused. I told the support and they tell me that I won't get my money, while in the email they say that I can withdraw... they dictate themselves.

I made a deposit with my master card then after betting i won and i tried to withdraw funds and they always reject withdraw, i called them and sent emails to [protected]@1xbet-team.com and they asked me to send my passport colored photo copy with jpg format not scanned, i sent them the documents and till now they dont allow me to withdraw funds.

Do ask for my national ID that your security staff asked to send them a photo ?

Or you want me to send you my 1xbet account number or my Skrill number ?

If you asked me about my national ID i show you that your security service sent email that want me to send a photo for my passport and id and i sent already.

Finally im sure that your staff just asked many things just for loosing time.

Your security service sent me email after i sent them my passport photo, They asked me to provide them photo of my passport again but this time they want it against the light (place a source of day light !

I will attached their email .

After i sent what they want, Again they ask screenshot of my skrill E-wallet account and deposits, I sent them the screenshots, They replied me (You should send us all requested screenshots made using the PC, unfortunately, screenshots from mobile devices are not accepted for verification), what you think now about your security service ?!

I tried to withdraw funds by my master credit card and 1xbet rejact it many times, Your customer service called me and asked me to try another withdraw way by E-wallet, i did it skrill but its rejected, they called me later and said send email to security-en@1xbet-team.com i sent them emails and they asked me to send a colored passport photo copy with jpg format and i sent it to them and nothing solved till now all my withdraw funds rejected.

Please solve that problem.

1xBet My account was frozen and the money was withdrawn

I am using this account more than 1 year.

I losed huge amounts that time they never blocked my account. now I am winning some small amount and gave widthraw request they blocked my gaming account immediately although I am playing genuinely. Today I gave widthraw request they declined my widthraw request and mentioned share documents to security department, as they requested I shared the details accordingly. Then, this 1xbet security department asked me to send photos of both sides of my national identity card, which was done, then they asked me lots of questions, I answered correctly. they confirmed to me that my request will be processed. So I waited. After a few minutes, I received the email telling me that my account will be blocked. Suddenly, I try to connect to my 1xbet account, no more access. 1xbet is really a scam business. Despite sending the national identity card to the 1xbet security department, my account has always been blocked. I am still waiting for my game account to be unlocked because this account has + $142130.26.

Please kindly help me. it's my hard work and spended more time in this. please Look into this matter and solve it soon.

Sir, as mentioned, I am accused of having created many accounts in the company but I have an argument that I do not have other accounts in the company 1xbet, I have one account. On my phone I play with other accounts with a friend and his credentials are available. Also, if the company 1xbet cheats me and does not allow my success, it is clear that it is a thieving company, but I never believed that it cheated me and I believed in an honest company that takes care of its customers. 1xBet 1xbet big scam, it doesn't answer me anymore! They took my money

I won on 1XBET and when I want to withdraw I am blocked, supposedly I have to contact the security service.

I contacted them and they asked me for my ID, which I provided. Then, I was asked to send the bank cards used during the deposit and their statement, I provided them.

Then I was told "You have to wait 180 days for us to solve your problem".

They blocked my 1xbet account and my funds and they don't want to answer my emails anymore... I can't wait 6 months, I have clinic fees to pay
