1xBet Deposit Issue

So on 5th December 2022 at about 6:53 pm, I deposited 3928 tk with bkash. As this is my first deposit and they said they don't charge anything for deposits i wrote 4000 tk (Adding the cashout charge) in the request section. So generally they rejected. So realizing the mistake I emailed them at 7:51 pm 5th December 2022. Its been 3 days they did not solve my problem. I requested a call back from them, An agent called me and kinda yelled at me. Instead solving the problem or being any kind of sorry, he shouted and informed me not to email the issue again. It will be solved when it is solved. I also knocked them at least 11 times in their Chat. They replied 1 time which is a robotic answer to email them. Just tired of it. What will i do with the money after the world cup. After I joined video conference. Then 1xbet ask several questions on website. I submitted all of these answers. Then they ask to send same questions answer to send 1xbet via post. I already did. They received and they asked to join again video conference. I passed successfully. They ask for no addiction gambling certificate I uploaded. Now they are not saying anything. It's more than 7 months my account blocked. 20 days ago 1xbet I spoke with them last.I didn't receive any result. Now When I email them they do not reply with me. On the 1st of December 2022 I did a withdrawal of 43000frs in four shifts of 5000frs 5000frs 30000frs and 3000frs respectively. The last transaction 3000frs was credited into my account and till date 40000frs is still pending I have not received it.

1xBet Complaint about the disregard of your support team

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been over two months since I sent an email to [protected]@1xbet-team.com requesting to turn off Two Factor Authentication for my account. During this long period of time, I received only 4 replies from them. First, they requested my account ID number, photos of both sides of my NID, including a selfie of me holding my NID, and the last three deposit proofs. I provided them with all requested files. They then requested information about the agent from whom I had made my deposit, which I provided.

After receiving all these documents and making me wait for this long period of time, about two weeks ago, they again requested another document, which is the registration form of the sim card I used for my account. Although it was very difficult for me to access, I attained it from the customer care center and provided it to them. after receiving the form, they replied that there was no match between the information in the form and that in my NID. Yes, there is no match between them because the sim card I used for my account was registered with my cousin's NID. I have several sim cards, some of them are registered with my NID and the others are with the NIDs of my family members. They requested the registration form of the sim that was used for my account, so I provided it. They did not ask for the registration form of a sim card that was registered with my NID. I then replied my explanation to them. But my emails are not getting delivered to them now. Every time I send an email to them, I receive a 'delivery incomplete' message. It happened once before. as I kept trying to contact them, they replied after many days. they take at least 5 to 7 days to reply.

I have a big amount of money in my account and I desperately need it. Please understand my situation. You can imagine how disappointing it has been for me to keep requesting them for over 2 months to fix my issue, and have it still unfixed. I request you humbly, please disable 2FA and grant me access to my account.
