I am a regular bettor on 1xbet. Althrough I am a regular bettor but my living expense depends on from other sources. My financial support comes from my salary and I maintain a strict policy to not use excess of my fund for betting. From the date of creation of my account to till now I have maintained this. But on July 6th 2024 my account has been Disabled/banned without any reason or I havent received any warning for closure of my account. I then contacted with Customer support and there I was told to contact with "[protected]@1xbet-team.com" with supporting documents. My Issue No: #[protected]
On this issue I was told to unblock my account I must send a medical certificate that states I dont have gambling addiction from a Psychiatrist!
THIS IS WRONG. WHY I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY MEDICAL DOCUMENTS? AM I ADDICTED?
I need to know from where 1xbet found I have gambling addiction? Did I asked for closing my account or Did I made some unusal activities on 1xbet that made this closing or did someone complained against my account? I need to know.
In Bangladesh no psychiatrist will give the medical certificate with a stamp for gambling addiction legally unless they have court order. Do I need to go to the court mentioning your company needs Gambling certificate to unblock my account?
I want 1xbet will investigate this how my account got banned/blocked and after investigation 1xbet will unblock my ID as it was before.
