I am using this account more than 2years. past 2 years I losed huge amounts that time they never blocked my account. now I am winning some small amount and gave widthraw request they blocked my gaming account immediately although I am playing genuinely. Today I gave widthraw request they declined my widthraw request and mentioned share documents to security department, as they requested I shared the details accordingly. Then, this 1xbet security department asked me to send photos of both sides of my national identity card, which was done, then they asked me lots of questions, I answered correctly. they confirmed to me that my request will be processed. So I waited. After a few minutes, I received the email telling me that my account will be blocked. Suddenly, I try to connect to my 1xbet account, no more access. 1xbet is really a scam business. Despite sending the national identity card to the 1xbet security department, my account has always been blocked. I am still waiting for my game account to be unlocked because this account has + 2lakh

Please kindly help me. it's my hard work and spended more time in this. please Look into this matter and solve it soon.
