the employee at store # 21401 500a cirby way, roseville, ca 95661
I've been to this store several times, and the employee that works afternoons-evenings (T#02 OP10 TRN9156), has always been rude. First I asked him if he would check my lottery ticket; he grabs it from my hand, then tries to put it in the machine but could not; then he hands it back to me telling me "no win".
I told him I checked numbers on line and it states $5.00. He replied again,
"no win". Okay I said. Then I asked him for an electronic cigarette, the Mark Ten . He said abruptly, "we are out". I said, do you have any e cigarettes? He replied, "we are all out". I said, "I see one right there behind you". He said
"ok", laughing. He threw the e cigarette toward me at the counter, and said,
$12.90. I gave him a $20.00, and he threw the $7.10 on the counter. I asked for a bag, and he threw a bag down. He was rude, disrespectful, and I almost felt abused. My husband took the lottery ticket back and received his $5.00.
Maybe this employee dislikes women, his job, or both. Everytime I go there, and he's working, he behaves the same toward me. Please look into this as I would very much appreciate it. Thank you very much.
your cashier needs an attitude adjustment, on how to treat her customers
You store in lancaster, ca... On the corner of j and challenger
7-eleven - 844 e ave j - lancaster, ca -. You employee was so rude that customer's out side was talking about her saying she had a very bad attitude as if she was prejudice or something... If she don't like the race of people that come into her store she should ask to be transfer to a different location to where her preferred race of people are, but by her being here in the united states she's going to have a problem with that being the the united states has a big diverse race of people... She needs to be retrain on how to treat people no matter what race they are or change the type of work she does... Because it a bad look for 7/11... And if she having personal problems leave them at home don't take it out on other people... Cause she don't have to be the only person having a bad day! Thank you julian... 711 peach mango juice
This happened today April 18 2017 at the 7-11 located in Pomona ca on towne and foothill. I purchased a juice from (peach mango)there and I drank the whole bottle to realize that it has been expired since march 29 2017 . About an hour later I started vomiting and had a massive headache. This is not the first time I have received expired products from a 711 store. They need to check there merchandise. i am going to pursue legal action against the company for pain and suffering . i had to leave work early with no pay so i lost money for that as well. i will never return to any 711 location . they are very unprofessional and the workers must not care for customers .

complaining about a store owner at 151ne north miami area
I went in for an interview and he gave me a position. So I started the next day I worked a 8 hour shift. Once that shift was over I had another opportunity handed to me somewhere better so I took upon that offer. I specifically made a call to the 7/11 owner and told him I will turn down that offer he gave me because I found another position else where. I said to please still send out my check for the 8 hours I did on Tuesday April 4th 2017( 10-6am ). I've called numerous times and send out a text message. He has ignored me and said he will not give me a check. Therefore am here reporting it now. And I will like to get my check that I work for that day.
customer service at erina service station
Whilst paying for goods at the Erina service station at 2:30pm today, myself and my friend were served in a vile manner by a man wearing the name badge 'Anz'.
After smiling and placing our goods on the counter, we got out change to pay (the total was around 9 dollars so it made sense to pay cash over card). There was no queue and it took us a maximum of 15 seconds to get our change ready. However, Anz interjected to say, 'Give me money now ' in an aggressive tone. My friend replied with, 'Sorry, I will pay with card but that was very rude.' He took the card payment and told us to 'get out' again in a very aggressive manner'". As two females we felt very vulnerable but luckily the incident occurred during the day and another male customer entered at this point. I believe his entrance at this time was most fortunate as Anz's behaviour would have then had a witness had he continued to intimidate us. We left the shop immediately but we're both shaken.
Neither myself or my friend conducted ourselves in any way which could have warranted such a frankly intimidating encounter with one of your employees. We have used this service station very frequently up to now as being shift workers, it's 24hr opening and location are highly convenient to us. Unfortunately neither of us shall return to the station unless we are in some way reassured that this will not happen again. Furthermore, many family and friends use this station but we will be advising them not to in future for their own safety.

language and attitude
I went to store 27508 on Goldenrod in Orlando for coffee and a candy bar at 2.56pm on 4/10/2017. While in the store the cashier was talking to another employee behind the counter and I heard her say very loudly ' I don't give a F##k." I then went to pay and she didn't say anything, didn't look up was just texting on her phone the entire tine while serving me. She only paused to hand me my receipt.
customer service
I went into the Revere store on Squire road last night. I was helped by an amazing employee Erin, she asked if I needed anything else and gave me the total with a huge smile. However, the other employee Meghan, was sitting on a milk crate and was watching a movie super loud. That's both unsafe and rude. This is not the first time with this employee. I am a regular at that store and I know the store is closing but I feel disrespected by this employee.
Tuesday when I came to the store, Meghan was not wearing the uniform, she did not greet me when I came in. She didn't say anything when I was at the counter. She was rude when she was saying my total. And rolled her eyes when I asked her to void one of the items.
cashier is lazy and not providing service
On Sunday April 9, 2017 around 8:50pm, my husband & I went into 7-11 at Custer & Hedgcoxe Road to grab some snacks. The cashier told us that his shift was ending in 2 minutes & could not help us. I looked at my watch & it was 6 minutes to 9, but we decided to be patient & waited for the next shift to help us check out. Nobody came. At the same time, another person walked in & this cashier who supposedly doing his closing, helped this guy instead. I don't know what the problem is, but this cashier is showing total unprofessionalism.I go to this store many times & this is the first time we were being treated like this. Please take this into your consideration.

We had a friend give us 4 vouchers for a hotdog and 4 drinks . My daughter and son had prepared their hotdog and drinks and went to the counter to redeem give the voucher. We were told it's only 1 coupon per person and this cashier said you can't get the hotdogs and threw it away in the trash can. My daughter and son said "how can people waste food ?" They were sad and cried about it. I would of just taken the food voucher since kids were present as I explained to the cashier . But they did not listen and said "next in line please". clerk
I went to the 7-11 on Venoy in Westland Michigan. I poured a large coffee went to the counter all I had was a $20. The clerk very rudely said nope can't take a $20 don't have change for that. I looked I had nothing else. So she took the coffee. I went out to the car my daughter asked what happened, she went in and asked for managers name she said she is the assistant manager and will not take $20 for a $2, sale.
That is the last time we will go there that was very disappointing. Not only did she lose a sale but wasted 1/2 pot of coffee.

To whom this concerns I want my info to be anonymous as far as my name or email.. I have a complaint with shinobu brock she does illegal things she pays people under the table and dont pay taxes for it, she has taken money from other people payroll to cover her books ex. If I left the job "quit" she took money from another persons payroll because it was money left on my payroll where I was in the negative so because I owed on my payroll she took from that female I was having a relationship with which is illegal. She doesnt pay time in a half if your waiting for someone to come in say they are a hour or two late she will not pay you for it. Ive seen her pick up food off the floor and wipe it off b because she so cheap and dont want to waste money and still serve it to customers.. Shes a thief her kids smoke weed and her husband in the back of the store I know they have plenty of complaints I dont know why this lady is still in business in this nice community she keeps people in her store that does illegal things in she knows it, its a guy that comes on the overnight shift and sleeps and be drunk and high, people showed her pictures of him and hes still working there something needs to be done
lack of customer service
This morning I went in to get gas before work and had to pre-pay with cash. I waited in line with 7 other customers all trying to pay while the three cashiers (an older lady and two younger guys with dark hair) had their backs to customers holding personal conversations.
When the customers were finally able to get the attention of the staff, they were met with rolled eyes, not a single greeting or "thank you" and surly attitudes. How dare we interrupt their personal conversations to make them actually work!
While I was outside pumping gas, I could still see them through the window when another customer walked up to the counter to make a purchase, and all three cashiers scattered out from behind the desk to go do something else. The poor guy looked baffled and I'm surprised he didn't just walk away.
Desired resolution: Re-train these employees on the fact that they are at work to do their job, not stand around chatting with each other and ignoring customers who are just trying to buy gas or a drink before work or school. Or, hire employees with a strong work ethic who understand that they are paid to work when customers are present.

service
I purchased a phone charger at this location on 03/18/17. The sales associate was not sure if the charger was compatible for my phone. I asked the sales associate stated I could return it if it did not work. The next morning (03/19/17) at 7:00am I returned to the same location to return the charger since it did not work with my phone. A different sales associate said he could not help me because he was a part time employee and did not know how to do a return. I stated to the worker I did not live in town, and was heading out to get on the road. The sales associate said I needed to come back at 8:30am when the Asst Manager gets in. I asked the sales associate to call the manager and he just kept stating he was sorry. This was terrible service and I was very displeased. I just wanted my money to go back to card because I had bought a item I could not use.
food/cleanliness
Iam complaining because on several occasions i have bought food from 7 eleven at night and iam very dissatisfied with the quality of food. When the food is freshly made it tastes good and they have good prices, however the 711 near me keeps their food WAY to long and you end up getting very dry, hard and bad tasting food, so hard in fact i have almost chipped a tooth. Tonight i baught a wedge and wing combo and it was terrible...i took pictures thats i can show. I dont know how they get away with selling this food! The floors are often very dirty with garbage and the store itself smells very bad, they dont tend to mop to often. After tonight i will never purchase anything from there again!
racists employee
Today i went into the 7 eleven on long beach blvd and 10th st in long beach ca. I walked in, got a drink then walk to the counter. The lady employee did not acknowledge that i was there. A older latino male ealked up to the counter and handed the lady a $20 and told her he wanted a scratcher and she rung him up. I told her i didnt appreciate it and walked out without buying anything. I will not return to that store again
manager conduct
Today at 2:00 I was in 711 and the assistant manager justin was yelling across the store to his employee to hurry up in the bathroom because he had customers. When she got up there to front of the store he continued to yell at the young girl in her face. The cashier ringing me up apologized but everyone in the store was shocked and felt bad for the girl. I have never seen anyone in this store act like this before. He continued fussing at her while she was ringing up her customers. She didn't have a name tag but had brown hair.
portland tx
I have had issues with the Portland tx location and the DM, Manager, Assistant Managers have done nothing but allow there employee to harass me, and create more issues.
They have continued to say they are going to a resolve issue and have done nothing but created more issues purposely and intentionally. then after calling numerous times to try and resolve issues he is saying that Ive been harassing his employees.
meanwhile he and his managers have created the issues, when they directed him to ignore me when I came into the store. What a great way in teaching your employees the right way in dealing with a situation. So if they screw up and are yelling in the middle of your store and a client complains, its fine to treat him like ### continuously every time they return.
Instead of readjusting his behavior, they have permitted their managers to continuously treat em like ###, and harass me in your store. One of your night managers while returning for a second trip told me in your store, "that if you think I like serving you, HEll No." meanwhile I never once disrespected him once in 4 years, but apparently calling up corporate office was all he needed to treat me like ###.
You actual store manager Michell has continued on multiple occasions defended and made excuses for her employee, walking away from me and telling me that I have to wait for the other associate .
I've contact the DM on multiple occasions while issues where accruing and he doenst give a ###, instead he is the one who directed his employee to ignore me when I walked in creating further issues.
meanwhile this entire incident started because he was being rude with another client who was sleeping in her car, and walked into your store stating how he just kicked that homeless ### off the property, and extended his hand to give me a bump. I refused and called him an ### for what he did, and nothing about what he did should be encouraging at all, and he will never receive it from me. After I was told to mind my business yet again for a second time, first being your manager. If they required me to mind my business then they should have never involved me in it to start with. I will not and never will ever condone any ### running around harassing homeless people, and then feeling proud of it. This is not the way 711 is suppose to be running its business and not the way I ever remembered them doing business after giving you my business for over 25 years.
This incident did not just acquire once, it happened twice! TWICE! and both times he was left to his devices, making a muck out of your company name and feeling encourage to continue to keep harassing the assumed homeless person. Meanwhile your manager telling his clients to mind their business, who the Fck does he think he is where he can ask something like that? ... none the less expect it to happen?
The voracity, rudeness, and lost of fundamental human principle. When the hell did 711 become so lost were is was found ok, to disrespect homeless people?
Turned out the young lady was not homeless, and was staying in her car because she could only afford the schooling here in the area, and not a hotel. Felt comfortable in staying in your lot, because of it being opened 24 and had good cameras. She has a home she owns and was only here to better her schooling. With the help of my group she passed her exams, and was offered a higher paying job by 3 local welding companies making 35-45$ an hour.
So explain to me what happens now? Do you continue to tell her she needs to take her "black homeless ### off your property"? Does the employee be told yet again because he disrespected her that its OK to ignore her?
Please tell me why even after so many months later Im still being treated like ###? the DM is creating issues, and has never had any intentions on resolving issues 100%.
I use to be so proud of 711s but guess now it can afford to say Fck You, and go shop someone else to the very clients who have supported you for some many years.
