On March 27, 2022 I purchased a dining set consisting of a dining table, 6 barstool chairs and a furniture warranty from ACF Wholesale totaling $1443.51, order #118689. The purchase was placed on my credit card and ACF charged the purchase to my credit card right away at the time of order. As I received no word from ACF Wholesale following the purchase, I contacted them in writing on 4/01/22 asking for an estimate of when I would receive my purchase. Response from ACF on 4/1/22 stated an estimate of June 2022. On June 13, 2022 I again contacted ACF in writing as I again received no word regarding my purchase. On June 14, 2022 ACF responded in writing stating it was backordered again until at least August of 2022. On July 26, 2022 I contacted ACF in writing requesting they either provide a date of delivery or refund me in full for my purchase. I did not receive response from ACF but rather received delivery of just 4 dining chairs shipped July 30, 2022 with no other contact regarding this or explanation from ACF Wholesale. On September 16th and then October 7 respectively, I contacted ACF Wholesale in writing requesting they either provide me with the rest of my dining set in its entirety or take back the 4 chairs sent and provide me with a full refund plus the interest I had now accrued on my credit card from March 27 through October 7 for a purchase not received. I have yet to receive anything in writing nor a phone call from ACF Wholesale. It has now been close to a year and a half - I have not received the rest of my dining room set nor a refund I had requested twice in writing. Attorney General's office - totally useless in defending me as a consumer. The chairs I paid for now say they are no longer available thus I will never get my set. As such, I just want my money back that ACF fraudulently stole.
Desired outcome: Refund in full - I requested in writing for a refund twice and was ignored.
