Dec 27 2022 I placed an order online for a recliner $365.62 When the email was sent and gave a shipping date of Feb 15 2023 I contacted them and cancelled my order. They sent me an email stating they would cancel my order and my refund would take 7-10 business days. I sent another message in January and they replied sorry for the delay in your refund. To date I have not received my refund or recliner. When you contact them by phone now it says go to our website or click here which send you to it. Now when you go on their website it says down for maintenance.
