On July 14, 2022, I purchased a recliner. Twice, the ship out date was extended. When I learned the ship out date would be in the end of October, I cancelled the item, which was within their cancellation policy, as the item was still pending fulfillment from the manufacturer. Their refund policy stated within 7-14 business days, a refund would be issued. On 9/22/22 the order was cancelled. It’s now 10/20/22, I have tried several times to call only to be on hold 1-2 hrs each time, get all the way to caller 1-3 in cue, and they disconnect before o can speak to anyone. I have all the written communication- see attached.
