ACF Wholesale review: Refund not being issued

On 3/19/22 I ordered a fire pit (#118016) for $795.85 which I was told would be available in 6 weeks. Checked on status a few times-finally on 8/16 I was notified that it would not be available and they would issue a refund. On 9/9 I had yet to receive my refund and called….and waited on hold over 6 hours…and told they would issue a check and to expect it in 10-14 days. Having not received it, I called back on 10/4. After another lengthy time on hold, I was told it had not been mailed yet, and a manager would be advised. I told them to email me verification that the check is indeed mailed and as of 10/18 NOTHING. I tried calling yesterday and was on hold for 4 hours 3 minutes and was next in line only to have my call dropped. This seems to be a theme-lengthy wait times only dropped when your are next in line.
