My account has been blocked for the past 3 and a half months due to the incompetence of one of your store managers and their staff members. I sent in an installment amount of R520 with my daughter to be paid. A staff member entered the payment for an amount of R5200, after being told by my daughter of the error they then stated that the payment was processed and there is nothing they can do. Later on in the day the same employee went to my daughters place of work as they work in the same building and took her back to the store and proceeded to take another payment of R520 without any funds they then blocked my account without my knowledge. I have been trying to get this issue resolved from the 8 of October 2023 with no results. I have been to the store numerous times as well as called into the contact center in which some of the agents were extremely rude. I need this situation to be resolved within this month January 2024 or there will not be any more payments into my account. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and at this point I am willing to take this situation a lot further as I am the one being inconvenienced due the lack of professionalism by your staff members.
Claimed loss: I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience as its costing me time and money for something that is not an error on my part.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some professionalism regarding this situation and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
