Yesterday I visited one of your stores Dunn's in olievenhout plaza to purchase and make a laybye. First thing there was a Chino for men I wanted to buy n some tees n when I got to the tills a guy named Bafana started ringing my items without greeting me,then I told him that the Chino price tag is less R279 then what he rung on the system,he just rudely told me that I can see the poster saying it R299. Then he didn't change the price n I was forced to pay the price!
Next thing he said I can't do a laybye without my original I'd,I explained that it's not the first time I do a laybye but he refused. He told me I can even call customer service and he left me on the counter for couple of minutes then came back n he told me that I need to leave cos he wants to cash up as the store is closed and he doesn't want to lose his job and he can't take a risk . But funny thing is that one of the staff member went to Shoprite while the store was closed and come back after some minutes then they opened the door for him n that's means that is not part of risk
I was surprised cos he talked about risk yet small things like that are not taken into consideration. Even mopping the floor while we were shopping
Desired outcome: I need refund of the difference and good customer service regardless of the location of the store.
