I bought the tablet last week of August 2023 and was very excited until it only worked for less than 15days. It just went off just like that then I took it back to the store where they said they'll book it for repair. They did book it and then called me to give me feedback that my tablet was gonna be replaced instead of being repaired but I was concerned because the whole process took about a month, however to my surprise when I was called to collect it the box was still the same and everything else in it.
I took it back home only for it to stop working on the 3rd day, it Just went off again and when I went back to the store they said they'll book it for repair so that means I'll wait another month only to have the same problem again. I don't want anything to do with that Company gadgets anymore, I did not even use the tablet for a month and I believe that I deserve my refund back. Kindly attend to my complaint because I'm very disappointed as a customer to your store and I regret the day I entered your store to buy that tablet.
