I bought a hisense phone and a month later the phone started giving me problem . On the 12th of December 2019 I took it back to the store in roodepoort van wyk street . The store manager Henry undertook that my phone will be repaired and in 3 weeks I'll receive an sms that I can come collect my phone . I have to date not received my phone . I went last week 25 February to enquire and it appears nothing is being done about this as the store manager Henry promised that I will receive my phone next week and I still haven't.
Two things either I get a new phone or my money back !
If I do not receive a call to resolve this matter within 7 days I will escalate this matter.
How useless can one be ..that manager should get fired !
