I'm disappointed with Ackermans, I'm never buying anything there since it seems you people don't value your customers. I bought the DSTV package that is R599 this past Friday and I called the guys on same day they said they're gonna come on Monday for installation and now it's Monday they didn't pitch. I called Ackermans where I bought the package, they just dropped the phone while I was still speaking and I tried to call again they ignored the call. I'm very disappointed with Ackermans and Dstv service.
