Reporting a stolen card and open a new one.. They gave me paper to sign about insurance I refused and the assistant advised me it is just to receive docs otherwise she can not follow to the next step.
Few days later I received an sms regarding insurance ackpol3473468
Thanking me for accepting.. I went back to the store and she was on the phone and scanned my id and said everything is done and its cancelled.
I spoke to zandile in customer service and its not cancelled my credit dissapeared and insurance is on my account.
On top of that I asked if can pay my account for december in advanced they said yes but today receive a bill due the 30th december.
What are you teaching your people.
They have to take insurance before they could really be assisted with anything else. I am not paying insurance! And if this affect my credit rating I sure hope that ackermans can do something about it. I will take this to the ombudsman if thats what it takes.
