My son bought a new MOBICELL tablet from the store on the 23rd Dec 2019. On the 26th December 2019 my granddaughter pkayd a game on in sitting on the couch. She showed me that the tabled do have a black mark on the screen. When I took the phone a crack appears on the inside of the screen. My son toom it back to the stoir and the guy did not even listen to him. Jyst told him they can't do anything about it. And when my son asks him about the 7 day guarantee he told my son that means nothing. I, m very disappointed. And going to take this to the media.
