My Name is Pradeep (Ph: [protected]) and I made a booking for your FiberNet and Airtel Black service through a combo offer on 7th March 2024.
On 8th March, technician from the broadband team visit and completed the installation and informed the Aital Black team will contact me shortly. However, upon waiting till evening and yet to receive any call, i call the customer service @044-[protected] and made contact with a representative (Rep 1), later I called the same number and was connected to another representative (Rep2) call time between 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM) and this representative was not professional and was rushing through the call without hearing out my concerns completely. Finally, when asked for a supervisor, this representative did a blind transfer to Airtel Black team without and confirmation.
I have been in the customer service industry for little over 20 years and I do know how bad customer service experience can make negative impact on the organisation.
Request to kindly share the feedback to the concern Call Center and the specific agent (Rep 2).
