Sofa purchased in April 2022

Purchased a sofa in April 2022, within a few months, the fabric started to deteriorate and pill, and one section seemed to be breaking down. Filed a claim and they sent our a guy with a sweater shaver who spent 2 hours shaving the sofa, which only served to further deteriorate the fabric. They said they'd replace the one section, but closed the case and refuse to talk to us. Since then, the section in question has cracked and it appears there are no springs in it, per the video attached. We are very disappointed in the quality of both the furniture and the customer service. The only answer is s full refund at this point, there should be no reason why a couch that is less than a year old should be in this shape.

We DO NOT want this sofa, there is no way a new section is going to add any life to the faulty workmanship and poor quality and we want a full refund.
Desired outcome: Full refund is the only acceptable option.

We owned 15 rentals in Albany,Ga. We have purchased several things from you,so yesterday I purchased a refrigerator,to be delivered today.i told the store manger 5 times which house it was to be delivered to.Well as you can guess he had it delivered to the wrong address.delivery people called from that house and brought to the correct one.I paid 109.99 for delivery they said that Omaar said they could not take it out of the box and plug up.I told them to get Omar on the phone,He was extremely rude and hostile,I told him it was a young boy that had sold it to me and s aid it would be plugged up,he did tell me that because I aske him that.He then went off hte chain saying he was not a boy and that I was not going to call him names,he went on and on VERY rude and ugly,and that I could just sent it back.The poor delivery guys said they go through this with him telling the customer one thing and denying it when they get to thev home.I paid the guys an extra $10,to take it out of the box.My rec.reads that Kelsey sold it to me but it was not it was Omar.Order #mm09qm6rd.It is not about the $10 it is about your custmer service from you store manger Omar.We have four house that will be ready for appliance next week,and WE has intended on purchasing from there,however with Omar as your store manger we will be going back to Lowes.Omar is terribefor your buisiness or at least I will never do buisiness with you all again if I have to deal with him.

In March of 22, I purchased the above items & got the 5 year protection plan, I have tried numerous times on line & by phone to handle this, the furniture is damaged & needs repaired, I can get no help, today at Pensacola store on Davis hwy in Florida I was rudely hung up on with no answer or name of who could help me! GE Stacking Washer/ Dryer
Misrepresented a USED item as new and refuses to accept the return. We purchased a stacking washer/ dryer from American Freight in Portage, IN on August 30. We were assured it was a new item that they sell floor models which might have slight blemishes, but which are new products and come with all the warranties that a new product would. They loaded it into my van, but when I got home I discovered it had leaked water from the washer and the vent was full of lint. The closer we inspected it, the more obvious it was that the machine was used. There was even a manual in the dryer which had a hand-written INSTALLATION date on it.

Damaged Couch
I purchased a groovy navy from American Freight 17627 Virginia Ave, Hagerstown, MD. The order was delivered on July 26, 2022. The delivery crew did not unpack the couch and I unboxed it shortly after just to find the couch was damaged. I immediately called the store and I was told they will have another couch delivered the next day or the day after. I called the following day on July 27, 2022 to confirm what the plan was and the person I spoke to said I should call the next day the person working that day would be able to help me. I have called everyday since then and each time they offer me no substantial explanation or help. The last time I called the store the person I spoke to said they are short staffed and he can't help me if I want to escalate I should call the area manager. I called the customer service number, they said they would reach out to the store on my behalf but haven't heard back. I need this couch picked up and get my refund but I have hit walls on all ends. I really need help to have this matter resolved. T

I have purchased a refrigerator in december 2020 and i startedhaving problems with it March 2022 , luckily i had a master protection agreement so I failed services with them . now it is been 5 times that they sent out a technician more than 3 months out of my time and lot lot of hassle and the fridge is not working . they wont replace it and they won't pay for my rental that they said they would provide

3100 Mickey Pewter Sofa& Loveseat
I purchased this love seat and sofa on January 21st 2022. It was delivered to me at the end of February 2022. The seams from the love seat had stuffings coming out.The deliver man took a photo so American Freight #00085# could replace it. Is 07/01/2022and I still haven't got the replacement yet.By my surprise we paid$1,245.42 and the cost was $549.99.
Desired outcome: The point they ripping their customers off really bad. They got to make money but $1,245.42 for the set,insurance,taxes,&delivery wasn't free. They do not tell the customers that it's warrant for the 1st year for replacement.
Contract had warranties added /need taken off
Have been waiting for days to have the warranty that was added later to my appliances. She also said it would be 4 weeks before 156.00 would be taken out and the next week 257.00 started being taken out. That was a lie So I told them to pick up dishwasher and take off all the warranties /give me my total and I need an extension on my purchase to own time frame since I have been being put off for over a week now.

We have had issues with couch set since we bought them. I bought the extended warranty and sat on hold for an hour in a half so far because the warranty website could not find me. The motion recliner broke and dumped my son on his head, the Knoxville motion sofa you cannot even put down while sitting and do not want to lay all the way back without having to force.
Desired outcome: I paid for the extended warranty because said if this happened they would be replaced but you cant even get a hold of anyone.
Yes,I been waiting on the replacement of my loveseat same the end of February 2022. And this is July1,2022. I when on the myf...to look up my insurance and I couldn't even file a claim...That when I learnt my set was only $549.00 but the charge me over 1,200 for the set, insurance,ect...Just found out that their a warrant for the 1st year replacement.

Purchased 2 of these beds and they are the worse bed I have purchased. Won't even support my 7-year old's weight. Both bed rails on both beds are warped. I just want my money back so I can actually purchase something that my kids can sleep on. This is a rip off company and the furniture is cheap. Tried to do a claim and they say it will take 60 days to process which my kids don't have a bed to sleep on in the meantime. The beds are made of really cheap SOS board that doesn't support anything. Bed looks amazing but there is some kind of foam in the bed rails and isn't made well at all. This bed should be pulled from manufacture asap.

My couch is completely damaged after five months of purchase. I do have five years warranty plan on it. I have been calling customer service back to back and haven't been able to talk to any of them. I ordered a stove, refrigerator and stove from american freight. I received an e mail that they would contact me in 24 hours, they never did. I called after several weeks and the next day I received a message if I did not call them to set up delivery they would cancel my order and refund my money. This is the one and only message I received. I set up a day with customer service and that day I had my phone with me. I never heard from the delivery guys and they never left a message. The women at the store left me a message, when I called several hours later I told her why did the delivery guys not leave me if they were calling me. Her message stated I would have to pay to have my items delivered so I was in no hurry to call her back. When I did speak with her it was like she was reading a script and did not care what I had to say. # 1 I did not get my call within 24 hours # 2 I had to call the store. # 3 she claims she called me and no she did not # 4 why did the delivery guys not leave me a message, it was a 4 hour window and I wasted my time
