Hi American Swiss
I am very unhappy with the service render to me at the American Swiss Brance at City Mall Klerksdorp Northwest.
The reason for this is as such:
I bought 2 x Tempo watches from American Swiss at Checkers Hyper Klerksdorp that have a ,,,,,, Guarantee on both of them. After a while within the guarantee period the one watch went faulty by stop working and I had to take it back to where I bought it from, unfortunately they did now have stock on hand to replace the watch ,therefore I had to get approval from the reginal manager to get it replaced by America Swiss at City mall Klerksdorp. By taking the faulty watch to city mall they exchange the watch on instruction from the Northwest reginal managers instruction. The faulty watch were taken back and a watch from there stock were given to me.
At the end of the month when my statement was send to me I realised that American Swiss City Mall took the faulty watch back but charge me for the new replacement watch. When I went to City Mall to question this issue we found that due to the fact the faulty watch was bought on my account that was fully paid up they credit me on the rewards card but bill me for the replacement watch on my account card.
They blame it on head office and promised to get it rectified , but 1 month later it has not been rectified and the account now has accumulated some interest.
This mistake were created by America Swiss staff at City Mall Klerksdorp , that took them a few minute to make but to rectify the mistake now took them longer than a month already and still there is no change to my account .
This is totally unexpectable and if this is how the American Swiss customers is been treated ,then I feel sorry to inform you that I will not pay for this mistake made by the American Swiss staff and feel very strongly to close the account as a result of not trusting the American Swiss establishment.
I hope this will get the needed attention that it deserved !

Desired outcome: To rectify the double charge to my account.
I'm disappointed with the service rendered at American Swiss Cosmopolitan Mall Zambia. The sales lady refused to cancel my layby of a ring and that I must wait for the expiry for her to cancel, of which again she can't refund anything above K5,000 stating that it's South Africa that has to give me my money and it takes two weeks.
How inconveniencing is that, like really I have to wait for South Africa to get my money back as if I made payment in South Africa.
I'd appreciate that my money is refunded as as possible.
