On 12/21/19 at 12:27 pm I ordered 5 sets of Firefly Bunch Lights 2M (79 inch) long at 9.99 for each strand from Stylish New Deals. When I finally received them I discovered they were single strands of lights and not 79 inches long. The order number is 14200 and the total is $47.41. This is not what I ordered. I have sent several emails to the company at "info@stylishnewdeals.com". I have not received any reply to this date. They certainly took my money quickly...on the same day! Ideally I would like the actual product I ordered which, unfortunately, doesn't have a product number. If that is a problem I would like a refund for the $47.41. My transaction ID through PayPal is 2SG02481GX265802C. I am very disappointed with this company as several of these sets were to be Christmas and Birthday presents. I ordered 2 pet beds. I paid 34.93 which an and associates collected and received. My name is kaye arnold. This was purchased november 27. I thought I ordered in plenty of time for christmas.

They advertise a small polishing machine on the different web sites for 19.95 . I bought 1 and didn't receive the polishing machine but got worthless sanding belts. Bought thru PayPal and PayPal sides with seller. So I guess this company can give you whatever they want and it's ok as long as there shipping showS delivered . Beware this seller only scamming people. Buy American

I ordered on Dec 10th and had not received anything confirming my order. I have tried multiple times to reach them via email but no response. Today i got a tracking number but as i try to track..it is showing no request for oder which means nothing has shipped which means ive been scammed. This was a christmas gift and was hoping i would get it by Christmas! I would like a refund asap.

When u come across the picture on thete website it says polishing machine 19.99$ when its clicked on the belts for the polishing machine. They did it like that to mis-lead people into thinking the machine was 20.00$ i contacted them b4 they shipped it to me to inform them the belts r useless to me & they denied me a refund & r sending me the belts i have no use for knowing that. They r greedy american [censored]s that r playing a role in destroying our country along with the politicians. They obviously don't care about there customers or return business bcus in small words they told me so sad to bad. i just wanted a refund i submitted a screenshot of the add that mis-lead me into the purchase.

Need help? Never received my two EarPods I ordered I received 1 pair then they had a special for two more pairs at a discount never received those

This product is not working, We followed the instructions and when we plug the cord into the computer Nothing happens. Please advise, I called the phone number on tech support and they told me you had pirated this program and they could not help me. I purchased an Optimizer Voyager Tri Light from you in early October. My payment was processed on 10/17 via paypal. I Have not received the product . The company has not provided any info or updates and has not supplied tracking info. Please contact me immediately with information about when my product will arrive and about how I can track it. I would like my product shipped now and to have you contact me about it.

On 14/09/2019 I ordered and paid for 1 retro cotton patch button summer blouse, x/l green and 1 dandelion patch cotton summer blouse x/l pink.
I paid via PayPal and received confirmation of payment from them, (PayPal Transaction ID 0SR992706L575941Y) but to date I have heard nothing from AN & Associates. I request information regarding delivery of my purchases. If no answer received in 7 days I will refer the matter to PayPal.

The order of comply pants that I ordered is not what I got. I got some other kind of pants that don't even come close to what I ordered I don't want them and I want my money refunded to go back on my credit card. Shirts arrived - took almost 3 weeks. Pictures appeared to be generously draped, looked soft, longer and very cute. I used their sizing chart and ordered larger than I normaly wear. Shirts arrived. Fabric was scratchy, shirts were too small, shoulders fit very oddly. I contacted them, they offered replacement, etc. I declined and requested a return and refund. They finally agreed. They said I would have to pay for return. Did so. Sent via USPS to the return address on the label. They first denied they received the return. After pressure they agreed they got them and spent the next month saying the refund needed 1-3 days of research before refund would be issued. Contacted PayPal and they were no help at all in that the company address and email I used were not in their system. I suggested they needed to vet the vendors they use. Finally my wonderful credit card reversed the charge. This company uses a wide variety of names and adddresses. Horrible service although very "nicely" worded customer service who obfuscate their duplicity.

Place the order on September 7, 2019 collect the money immediately on September 9, 2019 never got any message about the product after a month of order. Send multiple messages finally received a message back the product got lost, they don't want to cancel order, received emails back of fort. Finally contact my credit card to recoup my money. Very abused and harassed by this company.

Bought 2 comfy shirts from them in my usual size (large). Took 3 weeks to get them and they came from Korea. Did not even come close to fitting. So small I couldn't even get them on.

They allowed a return and gave me a US address to send the return to. 3 weeks later they issued me a credit to use on other merchandize. This time I ordered a different shirt, in size 2XL, since the previous ones marked "L" were at least two sizes too small. 3 weeks later I receive my 2XL shirt and it is just as small as the first two. These shirts wouldn't fit a a midget!

These people are just scammers, using some sort of drop-ship scheme to peddle shoddy goods.

On 8/26/2019 I tried to cancel the order to comfy shirts, order no. 61162, no response. This week I recieved 2 shirts. Both shirts were small, I couldn't wear a small even though I cancelled the order. I tried to contact comfy shirt 6 more times and I even called the number in NY. Still no response. I want to return the shirts and have my Pay Pal account credited. Trans ID 22TO8779SE5150630. The shirts that I recieved were #BC61382 and #BC61365 both small in size.
I contacted Pay Pal and they assigned a case

I ordered two bags from this company, in two different colors on 8/26/19. Recieved the bags on 9/11. I only wanted one bag and planned on returning the one I didn't want. HOWEVER, have emailed the company FOUR times and all they keep offering is to send a replacement. NEVER order from these people! You can't find a way to contact them, no phone number. Funny, the website says 'Easy Returns'...

From Face Book I Ordered on September 6, 2019, a comfy dress for $38+. I paid by PayPal thinking it would not have money pulled from my account until dress shipped. Hower, Money was pulled from PayPal but I have yet to receive notification of shipment. I have tried to call three different phone numbers but none of them work. I have tried to email company but to no avail. When I get back on facebook I am going to make sure and repeat over and over not to order from this company. Did not know this was shipped from China, which is my fault for not checking it out. Bad Business.
