I ordered lunch today through the curbside order in Kansas City Kansas Applebees off rainbow Boulevard. The heat index is 104 today and I was in my car for 15 minutes before I decided to go inside to see what was going on. Nobody came to the curbside order counter so after a few minutes I decided to go to the bar. I did get stopped on my way to the bar and asked if I had to go order. She went to go get my food but when she came back it was missing the onions, ketchup, lettuce, and my drink. She went back to fix the order when another employee told me I needed to go standby the bar so the woman wouldn't have to walk to the back of the store. When she came back out with my food I still do not have my drink. She was surprised I even got a drink.
unauthorized / fraudulent credit card charge
On 6-2-18 I and a family member, visited the Applebees located at 2060 E. Osceola Pkwy., Kissimmee, Fl. After 20 mins. of wait time at the table, Danielle, our waitress came and took our order. After an additional 35 mins of waiting my order arrived, but incomplete (missing mushrooms). I advised another waitress as to the incomplete order. She took the dish back to the kitchen and stated that I wanted a completely different order and implied I wanted a steak. My immediate waitress returned asking was I now wanting steak instead... I said no just that the mushrooms were missing... At this point I had virtually lost my appetite. Meanwhile my family member had received her order while I just sat at the table. After an additional 17 mins wait, a stocky assistant manager, Heather appeared at my table carrying a dish in the palm of her right hand, leveled at her neck. I looked at her as she appeared to gasp for air and sweated profusely about her entire face and probably onto the dish she carried. This scene totally killed any residual of an appetite there may have been left . I told her I did not want it and to bring me the check. Danielle brought me the check and as I reviewed it I noticed that I had been charged for a table game which I had not played / purchased. I brought it to Danielle's attention to which she indicated that she would have it corrected and I gave her my credit card. She returned to the table and advised that her manager stated that due to the excessive time wait, the incomplete order, the miss communication and wrongful billing of the game, that the balance of the check would be waived. I was given a receipt which indicated that the balance of the check was void...
On June 12th 2018 I reviewed my bank account and what do I see... the "supposed voided" amount had been charged against my account 10 days after the incident... Quite sneaky and so untruthful. I called the restaurant and spoke with Elvis, one of the managers on multiple occasions. He indicated he would look into the matter and get back to me. We have spoken five times and finally advised me that corporate had approved a refund of my money. Here we are 40 days since the incident and I am still waiting for the refund...

The Manager James is very Non professional, will ban you if you ask a logical question, and call cops on you as well, a African American Marine Veteran, upon being told I was banned, I asked Mr James who his GM was and etc and he informed me, that I was wasting my TIME. Only in USA You can put ur life on the line and still receive this type of Acts.

We came in as a party of 7 and then waited 20 minutes to be seated and we placed our order and we had to send our drinks back a total of 6 blue long island ices tea and a Hennessey colada and it was straight water . The lady that made our drinks had an attitude when we sent them back and then the manager came out and he did not care and the waitress was rude the food was nasty and drinks were nasty poor customer service ruined the bday party we had . I work at Applebees, today me and another coworker were eating after our shift, and our new manager came up to us and told us that we needed to leave, We were doing nothing wrong, we were waiting for a bill so we could pay it, and she just randomly came up to us and said that we needed to leave for no reason. restaurant cleanliness
Spartanburg S.C. East Main Street location. In reference to our last 6 or 7 visits, the restaurant, especially the tables are dirty and looks like they haven't been cleaned at all. We visited 7/6/18 at approx. 6:00pm. We had to ask to have table cleaned and waitress brought out what looked like a diaper wipe and wiped over the table twice and left. Table was still dirty and sticky. Can you not afford towels and cleaner to get the tables cleaned each time a guest leaves? Do you guys wonder why you are losing customers? 1> The price of two people eating here is north of $30 each time we go. 2> the cleanliness of this restaurant is deplorable. The other restaurant you have on the west side of Spartanburg isn't much better either. We are on the verge of leaving for good!
a terrible meal
I went to your Tinton Falls N.J. location last night. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bacon Wrap. I was wondering why it was taking so long. Maybe because of the other two meals that were ordered. When I received it, I was very hungry. First I discovered a long blonde hair in my french fries. I was so hungry, I let it slide. When I started eating my wrap, the chicken was not close to hot. The cheese was also cold and not even melted. I only ate half to not be hungry and left the rest. I did not say anything to not embarrass the people I was with. I just want to let you know. I don't think I will be coming back.

I originally had an issue with the restaurant service provided during a visit with my children, but that has now extended to corporate as well. I have been calling and calling trying to speak with someone in regards to the issue with service and no one is professional enough to return phone calls. It has been almost one month and I have still yet to have this problem remedied. This is very unfortunate because my kids and I usually enjoy dining at the restaurant, but after this experience we won't be. I'm still in disbelief at how no one has the decency to return calls but they promote they want your feedback.

I was at the Applebee's in west Gallup new mexico on 6-21. It was the worst service I've ever had. The food all came out wrong and the server didn't offer to get it fixed. The manager came to our table later that evening and just made excuses for everyone. She also didn't offer to fix it either. They gave me a 10% discount Wich I didn't want her to do. I saved $1.08 on my bill. Seems like she should have kept that money because that establishment seems to really need it. I will never step foot in any Applebee's ever again.

My wife and I were at Applebee's in Yucca Valley California we ordered our dinner we ordered appetizers and we ordered rent that was Long Island Iced Teas who was served first in the amount of 2. When are appetizers arrived we were served a caesar salad that was very dry and very much lacking dressing we requested more dressing and upon the return of the dressing arrived the other appetizer boneless chicken wings cutting the first piece a vane appeared with blood which excreted Upon Our plate Upon Our plate yes. This happened in front of the server and my wife immediately says oh no and refuse this plate in which I tried to downplay the situation but it was so bad it had enough impact to just turn your stomach and the waitress just wanted to downplay the whole situation immediately. We immediately went to the hostess and let them know that and explain the situation in which management arrived an excuse the hostess. Pulled us aside very embarrassing to us as if we were doing something wrong. We explained the situation and once you are excused are so for my dinner and pay for what we had consumed which was a cost of $4 and further embarrassment the manager refused to take my PayPal MasterCard insisted I had to pay in cash. I want to know why you don't take PayPal Mastercards and I want to know why this man has a job with your corporation or franchise there's my wife and I keep all this aside like we were, criminals or something really disturbs me that a person can take a situation of Bloody Chicken and turn it around as if the customer was the wrong. This is just my poster when wait until you hear from my wife the manager was rude he was considerably embarrassing us and it is to my feeling that without an apology I'm going to take this and post it wherever the news I'm going to go to the newspapers I'm going to let people know about how nasty that man treated us and it surely shows why I wouldn't trust anything he ran let alone a chicken that just serve me a piece of Bloody Chicken uncooked and waitress just wanted to go microwave it.

Customer service at the bar. Bartender always never acknowledges me when I come in for a Drink at the bar. I finally put my foot down to the restaurant manager, Darcy who did take care of me but conversed with the Bartender and as I watched laughed at my concerns from a distance. This is not funny and I don't appreciate disrespect service. I've spent plenty of money eating and drinking here in the past and even had my parties here. It's disgusting to be disrespected especially when I tip very well to the servers. It's sickening to get laughed at from a distance.

I have always enjoyed going to Applebee's to grab something to eat after I get off work with a few of my coworkers. After getting off of a long shift at work nothing seems better then a few laughs, alcohol, and Good food. Although I don't think I will come back for a while because the server was very rude and didn't seem very willing to serve us when we would ask for something as simple as a drink or sauces! As well I turned 21 about a week and a half ago and when I asked for alcohol he told me I wasn't allowed to get more then 3 shots. When I asked why he told me that is not allowed. I work in the food business and have never once heard of such a thing. I feel as though he was very disrespectful and I didn't feel welcome. From the point of view of a fellow food worker his attitude would not be exceptable, we were always taught to treat customers with warmth making them feel welcome.

My fiancé and I visited the Applebees located in Springfield Oregon on 6/20/2018 at 5:15pm.
We were seated and after 30 min of us watching the employees talk to each other in several different groups, we decided to take some pics. Of what was actually going on so that we could show others the terrible service you get at Applebees.
It would seem that the employees are oblivious to social cues as well because the blank stares and the pictures we were taking did not seem to register with any of the 10-12 employees talking in little groups. It was not like we were in a corner somewhere that we could be missed. In fact we were seated up front by the kiosk where you first walk in. This is clearly shown in the many pics I took while waiting there.
I cannot tell you the taste of the food, or the quality of anything because we were never even offered a glass of water. What I can say though is that if your looking for a job where you can stand around and talk while getting paid this would definitely be a good one. Even the manager was fraternizing with employees. I've got pics of this as well.
I'm hoping to hear back from someone regarding the lack of service we experienced. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then I've got at least 10, 000 words to post to the internet regarding Applebees failure to service customers.

We stopped for a quick lunch ended up Paying $32 plus $4 tip $36 no Drinks we drink Water with lemon.

Twice now we have went to this restiarant. The first time they set us and then forgot us. We sat there for over 30 minutes trying to get someone to help us to no one did. We left without eating.
The next time was fathers day at 6:00 pm. They seated us, took our food order and then the food never came. At 7:15 we got some of our food but because we had a meeting to be to at 7:30 we had to take to go boxes and leave making us late. We asked about our food and was told it was still up. This makes me believe that the management there must have something against us personnaly but I am not sure why. We have never done anything wrong there. We usually go out as a family but no more at your restaurant as this is unacceptable

My family went to applebee's On Father's Day night. We arrived at 6:00 pm. We then ordered our food. We did not get our food brought out until 7:15. We had a meeting to go to at 7:30 so we had them box our food. When we did get it, it was cold and wrong. Of course we did not know that until after we left. The manager finally came to see us at the end and apologized and took some money off our bill. This is the second time this has happened and we will not go back with this kind of service. You need to figure out what the problem is as we are not the only ones this has happened to. I am telling everyone I see about it. Maybe they are just prejudice against us and do not want us in there. If that is the case then say something so neither of us waste our time

My family and I planned a dinner at local applebee s store. Upon our arrival there was a group of the same size party had finished there meal .we were greeted by an attendant and my wife and asked for seating for twelve.It took approximately 20 minutes to get seated .Afterward it took my family approximately 45 more minutes to get a waitress to the table to get drinks. It took another 20 to get a waitress to come and take out order.One of my son's never got his order the whole time we were there.never got our drinks refreshed at any time.when my second son started to complain about the service the lady who told us she was the manager came out after we kept requesting a manager she began to tell me that one of her waitresses said we were rude to them.The waitresses came out table only to bring the drinks and food.after getting the worst food I ever got at that restaurant in the many years my wife and I costed this same place.To make a long story short my present there might not make a difference in your yearly gross profit.But I will never visit not will i recommend any of my friends and family to patronize applebee s there again.

I've ever been to in my entire life. Not only was I overcharged we didn't eat any of the food because it was horrible it was possible the worst food you can get and all we got was appetizers and they were terrible. My wife got the mozzarella sticks which she ate 1 and my wacton tacos were awful. I couldn't even finish one. When we get the bill she didn't do the three for $ 14 appetizer meal saying we got 8 mozzarella sticks. First of all we didn't want 8 mozzarella sticks and they were terrible and she only ate 2 anyway. The waitress was such a word that I do not want to say. Please have more consideration to the customer and better quality of food. I'm extremely disappointed it was possibly the worst $32 I ever spent in my entire life.

My mother's birthday was yesterday so I decided to gather the family at Applebee's for a family dinner. This is mine and hers favorite place to eat. Always great service and great food along with friendly workers. This night was nothing what we had expected. We all ordered our food along with a couple appetizers. One of the appetizers were wrong, we told the waitress and she said that it's what we had told her and she guessed she could get it figured out. She was completely rude. After that small incident out drinks never got refilled, we had to keep asking her for more drinks. A few of us never got our sides with our entrees as well. It seemed as if every time we had asked her for something even a few boxes that it was such a bother to do. This was my mother's birthday dinner and I paid for 5 people's dinners, that's not the issue. My issue is this was supposed to be a fun time and relaxing time to spend with one another but the waitress just wasn't having it . This is the first time I've ever dealt with something like this. I'm here at least once or twice a week. Please get this figured out. Thank you

On two separate occasions, I went to the Applebees on Pleasant Hill Rd. in Duluth, Ga. and both there was no hostess to take my name or to seat me. On the first occasion, I was with 3 other people and we never did see the hostess. After 10 or 15 minutes, we were about to leave when we were finally seated by a waiter.
The second time I went there I was alone. When I entered, i noticed several people waiting for th e hostess to show up. They said they had been waiting for some time. Since i didn't want to experience what i did the last time, i left and went somewhere else.
The excuse of being very busy could not apply in this case, because there was not a large crowd and several empty tables.
I have been to many restaurants in Allanta and elsewhere, but this is the first time I felt TOTALLY ignored by the people who are supposed to offering service.
My hope is this problem will be corrected, or there may be a significant loss of business in the future. I most definitely would not recommend this place...
