Food poisoning
Last night I got a to go order from the location in Conway SC and hours after eating the classic roast beef sandwich I began to feel very ill. Showing signs of food poisoning. Next day (today) after being up all night with vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and severe stomach cramps, and still feeling very nauseous and in pain...Safe to say I will not be a returning customer. Need to do a health inspection at this location!
Desired outcome: Fix the problem so this doesn't happen to anyone else!
Drive thru service
I ordered 2 meal options with on the screen contained sandwich, fries and a drink I was charged for 1 meal option and a single sandwich and a drink When I received my food, I told the person at the window I was missing a fry, and she looked at my order on the screen and stated You only paid for 1 fry; I will have to charge you for the second fry. unauthorized card charges
On 11/15/21, numerous charges appeared on my bank card that resulted in over $500 dollars of online charges to random clothing stores (Hollister, Shein). Used bank card on Nov. 11, 2021 (Wells Fargo ending card 3524). Currently, my bank is investigating the charges and have closed services for the card and I am having to adjust all recurring payments for my bills. Rationally, I would not have suspected Arby's directly given I visited other locations, however, this similar event happened last year around the same time before the holiday season and in that specific case, I had only visited Arby's in the few days before charges appeared in bank statements at the exact same location. In that event, there were numerous online charges to department stores that were not authorized and a new card had to be issued. These reoccurring events are becoming a noticed theme that supports intent for a thorough investigations by U.S. Department of Business Regulations and U.S. Department of Finances for fraud. Please acknowledge that I also have colleagues who work in the Fraud department for the City of Miami Police who will be receiving my report for Fraud investigations. My hope is that you will internally find the person(s) involved and do what is necessary to ensure that your business is legally at par and consequences to those guilty for this unlawful behavior is justly handled appropriately. Please note that this letter will also be provided to the manager at the store. I have concerns that these incidences are related to someone who has access to the card numbers or receipts after the have been received, possibly a manager, someone who may have been there for over a year.

Wrong food
On 11/13/2021 at 5:12pm, drive up, Order #305, Store #5304. I received the wrong food. No time to turn around as I was 10 miles towards home. Second time in 2 weeks. I am a retired old man, that used coupons. They always make me feel I'm doing something wrong but that doesn't matter to me. I don't know what this sandwich was but I liked/ordered your Beef and chdr... That is what I ordered and it in the trash + I got a real coke not Diet! What is happening with your store in West Branch Mi.!

I stopped by Arby's on my way home from shopping on Sat. 11/6. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches. I didn't check the order before driving home, in fact, I placed the food in the refrigerator when I got home planning to eat it later. That was a bad mistake on my part, but I didn't realize the employees were so poorly trained that they couldn't even get a simple order right. Instead of two crispy chicken sandwiches, I got some bits of God knows what covered in what looks like barbecue sauce, and some sort of roast beef sandwich that looks like it has swiss cheese and bacon on it. That is not what I ordered, not what I wanted, and not what I paid for. I would have returned it immediately but I had to rely on someone else for transportation and they had already left. The girl at the window didn't see fit to give me my receipt with my order, but the food is still in the Arby's boxes and bag.
Desired outcome: I should get some sort of a coupon or gift card that would at least cover the price of two crispy chicken sandwiches.

Today November 1 around 430 I went through the drive-through at Arby's in Trussville. Order the smokehouse sandwich with no mayo and no cheese. It took them a while to give me the meal because they stated that the fries were cooking. When I got home building to the sandwich I saw that it had cheese on it. It did not have any barbecue sauce on it. I called the manager and stated first that I do not have a receipt because I was not given one. I then told him The issue. He began to question what I was saying. I told him I wasn't calling to get a free meal. I was calling to make them aware that they were giving out the wrong food through the window. I told him that $9.23 is not why I called. I called because I got the wrong order. I will never go back there again.
Desired outcome: No desire for any Outcome.
My opinion is the young guy that answered the phone was the one that made the sandwich. There were three people in there the lady at the window. The young lady walking around. The yummy that was making the food. Or somebody else in there I don’t know but I repeated myself several times.
Food
Ordered a chicken salad got to my truck and only had lettuce and chicken. The chicken was so old couldn't eat it.. waited over 15 minutes to get my food . Horrible

Been going to Arby's for over 40 years and I have never, ever gotten a beef and cheddar this nasty, I couldn't believe it, so I took another bite, and s#!t was nasty and salty who but's salt on a beef and cheddar Arby's on Salem Ave Dayton Ohio eat at your own risk. I'll never stop there again...not that one.
Waited in line for 10 min just to find out they were closed
They said that they don't have enough people to work! So rude that they had no one to tell all the people waiting in line!

A super Classic sandwich
I have been eating and enjoying Arby's foods for more than 40 years and I had the worst sandwich that I have ever eaten at Arby's Friday October the 8th. I ate the sandwich even though I felt that I should have returned it. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food at Arby's before, but I have not been able to put this to rest. I don't expect anything, just wanted to vent my feelings. The restaurant is locate in Mt. Pleasant, SC
Desired outcome: Check on the quality and freshness of the food served. Roast beef should not have been served
Rudeness
So I went through the Watkins Glen drive thru with the individuals I care for. Behind us was a full size truck that's it. I had 4 individuals. So I order. Their is no sign stating more than 2 orders please come inside. Mind you. I was literally yell at in front of the individuals I support. Saying next time. Only 2 orders per your vehicle I replied. I can't bring them in as per covid and the agency. She said well we told you this before. Nope it wasn't myself it was another employee. I feel. We were being outcasted because the disabilities. This is not ok. I asked for corporates number they refused to give it. Say. Have a nice day. The ladies. Heard every rotten word from her mouth. On 10/14/21 around 440 pm. This is rotten customer service. As I am contacting. The head of the agency. For discriminating.

The sandwiches were NASTY. Hardly any meat and about tbsp. of cheese, bacon, 1 piece, about !"x 2". When did you take subs off the menu? We were told they are discontinued. Someone else to take some responsibility
It angers and saddens me to see how the gm Jodi is treated at this Arby's. She is there everyday sometimes all day. On her days off as well. She is usually the only consistent thing about that Arby's. She is also pregnant and has two small children. During Covid, she was sometimes the only one I have seen there! Working 70 hours, sometimes with no help. It's a shame to see such a hardworking employer treated so horrible
