Hello,
On the date of 9/06/2023 at 8:58 a.m., I tried getting gas at your establishment (Location: 1360 W Blane St, Riverside, California, 92507) where I tried my initial method of payment payment. As the pump got to less than 0.4 gallons - around 0.37 gallons - the pump had stopped where I then proceeded to try and get it to work (it didn't). After, I had tried a different method of payment and got around 3 gallons of gas which was purchased a few moments later. When I got to work, I checked my bank statements and realized that both my accounts were drained. My initial account was charged -$14.01 for the less than 0.4 gallons of gas that was pumped before it stopped and then another declined charge of -$175.35 which is absolutely absurd being that my car can only take around 10 gallons of gas...? I'm just very confused. And to add more, for the following 3 gallons of gas I purchased on my other card, I was charged -$32.66. I normally wouldn't reach out about little things but this was all of he money that was available in both my accounts at this time, and I am worried about what would have happened if I had more. Needless to say I am wondering if there is any way to make this right? I tried calling the phone service line but it told me that I would need to contact a person via email. This is honestly very upsetting as I constantly go to this place for gas and now I simply don't trust it. If I could get into contact with someone about this issue that would be great. Bank statements can be provided as proof. If not, I will be filling for card disputes through my personal banks on my own. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for these over-charges.
