Walking into this location Sandra RUDELY says " WE CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES!". As we were walking around she's tells us "HURRY UP" and as we are paying she's staring at me and yells "WHAT!?". As I processed to ask for her name she does not reply and I had to ask the other worker who was closing with her. I was in complete shock and I felt very disgusted in her actions. I couldn't even finish looking without being terrorized and stared down.

I do t want to see any political flags whole I'm trying to get a new tank of gas. You've lost my patronage, forever.

I put gas in my brand truck at Arco on Temescal Canyon Rd and the Fuel was bad. I was stuck on the road for six hours. It cost me 800 dollars so the Toyota dealer could drain the bad fuel from tank and flush the lines. I gave a sample to the manager. The seem to be ignoring my problem, on the next day there was yellow tape around all the gas pumps. I dont want to the this to court, but it looks like it my only help.
Desired outcome: I want my 800 dollars back plus the 41 I paid for gas

I will never use an ARCO or BP service provider again. The lack of effective customer service you provide is maddening.
In April I visited an ARCO AM/PM. I was double charged for a single transaction.
I placed a trouble ticket using the 800 # provided on my receipt.
I was placed in contact with the store manager who did a through investigation to determine I had indeed been charged twice. She basically said it was my own fault. The best she could do was give me a store credit. This was not helpful resolution - as this is a store I don't use frequently. It's 900 miles from my home. She said she would get back to me regarding a direct refund. She never got back to me. It's been more than 2 weeks.
The multiple customer service 800 #'s provided on-line all direct me to the 800 # on my receipt. The agent was not helpful. He has no knowledge of this particular store and cannot help me with direct refunds.
How can I get refund if I was clearly double charged?

I too have been overcharged and even though I cought it the cashier said he can't fix the price or even tell me his bosses name. He did not provide me with a receipt. It was the ampm on Mccall Blvd in sun city ca.on Nov.9 2022 at 7:06pm. His name was Michael should all be on camera.
If not resolved you will lose a customer. Even though its a small amount its principle, we work to hard for our money to be token advantage of.

Hello I bought Gas at pump # 2 in December. It was bad fuel and my new truck died. I was stuck for 6 hours on the road . my truck was towed to the Toyota dealer and it cost me $803.00 to flush the lines and drain the tank almost damaged the engine. I also paid around $43.00 for the bad fuel and $ 61.00 dollars at Chevron to clean out the bad fuel -super unleaded . I have been calling Arco and they are ignoring my request for a refund. This was not my fault.

I was really low on gas with my 10 year old son. My cars info told me I had 10 miles until I was on empty and I still had to go 13 miles after that to get home in concord. I stopped at Arco in Richmond Parkway at about 6:30 yesterday 04/27/2021.
I put every penny I had which was $5.11 Into my tank. When I started my car up it still said I had 10 miles till empty. I have a 2009 Lexus rx350 and the gas info function is super accurate. So I put over a gallon of your gas in and did not get a single mile added for your gas I put in.
Next time I will choose to go to chevron or to run out before I will use arco again.
I believe you are scamming people everyday with your gas hustle and I plan on letting 7 on your side know about this.

On 04/05/21 about 3:00pm I pulled into my local ARCO at Rancho Bernardo RD & Bernardo Center Drive in San Diego, CA 92128. In front of me at the first pump was a car not pumping gas, just parked there. The driver was talking to another woman who was leaning into the passenger side window and they were just talking. I pulled in behind the car and asked if they were leaving so I could move up. They both got extremely angry and agitated and told me to pull around them. I asked why they were parked talking when many cars were waiting. They were insulting and then both left the car parked there, and went into the building. My brother went inside to pay for our gas, but the cashier said "My boss said we can't serve you because you disrespected our boss." So those 2 women both worked at this station! I'm 82 and disabled. I have a 2020 Toyota Tacoma which I filled up with unleaded gas at an Arco gas station. It was not gas or properly mixed gas, my Truck died as soon as the old gas ran out. It cost me $900.00 dollars to take off the tank and flush the lines, and put new gas not at Arco. The chemical at pump #2 damaged my gas lines on the outside plus I was stuck for 6 hours on the road waiting for a tow truck. I have not heard back from Arco yet only twice they contacted me. I just like to complain the rudeness/disrespect, arrogance of one of your employee, Ms. Eliza (cashier) against me. This happen Jan. 6, 2021 12:50 AM.
As I entered ARCO (Santa Monica / Vermont) convenient store immediately she call my attention of no mask, no selling.(her voice there's anger I could feel the way she talks) I said I'm sorry. I forgot about it. And let me a buy a mask from the store. I knew your selling Facial mask. After, giving the mask immediately she tell me the cost with stoic look and a stern voice. $ 1.80!
I told her upon checkout I'll pay for everything. She shove a cup for Coffee and told me the price for the large cup $ 4.++ something? Every time I pass by the Cashier counter with item in my hand she would tell me the amount and the total. I don't. know why she keeps on doing that. The rudeness, dis-respectfulness to your customer.
Your office should suspend this young lady for her arrogance and rudeness to your customer. I hope a one week suspension would suffice, this kind of behavior to your customer should not be tolerated by the management. I'll be sure be checking on her and your office action on this matter. Thanks.

Visited Arco on Sherman way and balboa, Van Nuys, CA. Approached cashier since I have been a customer for 15yrs even though I know management has changed. I asked him if he can turned on air pum for the window and wanted me to approach the window. He said by law we can't. On June 19, 2020 at approximately 1:06 AM, I stopped at the ARCO station in Tucson, AZ, at I-10 and Speedway Blvd to get gas. I gave the attendant (richard) ten dollars for some gas.
