Terrible company to deal with, dishonest or incompetent... Not sure which one.
I purchased two nuts and two bolts. I was not happy paying the $12 shipping for a package weighing less than one pound. The company did not put tape on the package, the package opened up in the mail and parts were lost. Rather than the company replacing the missing parts, they claimed that the parts were on back order with no eta. I went on their website which allowed me to order the missing parts but I would have to pay an additional $10 shipping to have them shipped. I asked if they could give me a free shipping code or discount to reorder the new parts... They refused.
Recommendation: Go somewhere else...anywhere.

3/22/22 I placed an order for $1700 worth of parts. I was quoted $41.15 shipping. I got an email a few days later stating that 2 of the 3 items on my order was not available anymore, and I confirmed the order update. The remaining item was $95.12 and I was still charged the original $41.15 shipping. I have sent several emails about this but no response, and getting a reply out of them is as useful as, well, nothing. The prices are great for parts, but if you ever have to modify or cancel items on your order then beware of the shipping. They will just not respond and keep the shipping charge as-is, even if most of the original order was cancelled. Shady business practices at best.

The customer service at Nissanpartsdeal.com is horrendous. I ordered an external mirror for an older Nissan Titan. I didn't end up needing the mirror as a local mechanic was able to repair my vehicle with it's original parts. Nissanpartsdeal would not let me return an unused and unopened part because it had "electrical components." ITS A COUPLE WIRES! There is no heat, no lane assist, just a simple mirror housing for a mid-2000's Titan.
It was still in it's original packaging. I hadn't even taken it out of the box it was shipped in. I tried to explain all this to customer service but simply got a very curt reply "no, it has electrical components."
When they "apologize for any inconveniences" and suggest I reach out to support via email, live chat or by phone... I have... several times.

DO NOT ORDER from this site. I ordered a Antenna/pole for my 2016 Kia Soul and the part shipped did not fit. To process a refund, I followed the required return policy which required me to pay postage and sent the part back in the original packaging. I received a response that they "Denied Refund " because I returned an aftermarket part. This is proof that they are selling aftermarket parts because I replaced the exact part they shipped to me. I sent them a message regarding my concern and requesting they recheck and process my refund, but I am now more concerned about the ethical practice of this company to rip people off than I am about the refund. My suggestion is if you need a part order through Amazon or your local Kia parts store. This way you will get your refund if the part does not fit. Not some far-fetched explanation that you returned an "aftermarket" part that they shipped to you.

Ordered Wind visors for my Hyundai and couldn't find anyone that could place them on my vehicle and guarantee their work. I returned the visors untouched and in the original packaging. The actual product was not touched or plastic opened. They refunded me but charged me $18.44 restocking fee. I submitted a request for the stocking fee back and never heard from them. Called in a 4 days later and was told that because I didn't order a replacement part I am automatically charged the restocking fee. THE PACKAGE WASN'T OPENED! They can now resell it with no problems! Pretty much took my money for nothing. Never buying any parts from them ever again and will be going on social media to blast them. By the looks of their Complaintsboard.com reputation I'm not the only unhappy customer. They have a history of robbing people. Shameful.

It is not for my camera-equipped car - it's the wrong part. At the time of my ordering the part, I tried to confirm the part is for my car. However, the picture of the ordered part is so tiny there is insufficient detail to determine if it is for a camera fitted vehicle. Regardless, the webpage states it fits my car. HyundaiPartsDeal.com would not refund the part (over 100 bucks landed) because it is electrical. I did not try to install the part as a visual inspection verified it was the wrong part. Ended up buying the correct, genuine Hyundai part, from CNS Motors on eBay. CNS Motors specifically stated the part has "W Rear Camera Hole" and 'W/O Rear Camera Hole". The CNS Return policy does not have an exclusion for electrical parts. And, the part was 41% cheaper.

I've made numerous attempts to do business with NissanPartsDeal.com and have had very mixed experiences. However, the last purchase will be my last based off these two experiences. (1) After accepting payment, they reached out to me to let me know I needed to pay additional money as the price of the parts increased. While I found this to be highly unethical I went ahead and paid the additional money to complete my order. Of note, this situation is listed in their "Sales Policy." They were quick to reference this policy when I responded to their request for additional payment. (2) The contents of my order were shipped without any packing to secure the contents - parts were placed into a large USPS plate rare box without packing (foam, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) The seller rubber banded four spark plug boxes together and sealed it in the box with the filters. Upon arrival the spark plugs were loose inside the box. Currently, they are not offering a return or exchange because there is not "visible damage."

A few years back I ordered a cylinder head seal kit, when it arrived I checked all the parts in the kit and it had a iring that was not the one for my car so I got a hold of customer service and they made me fill up an RMA take pictures of everything in the kit so I did and sent them . Next thing I know another complete kit arrived without me having to sent back the first one but it had the same wrong oring. I thought about calling them and it was wrong again and stuff like that but I instead just bought the oring individually Wich was only a couple of bucks. I realized the it was a sistem mistake and all kit like that we're going to come the same so why bother arguing and getting mad about it when I had the solution in my hand and I have a complete kit just in case I need it again. Other than that great prices, great inventory, fast shipping and great customer service experience.

Complete fraud and false advertising! I purchased an item on their website (flasher relay) with the price as advertised. I paid for the item, received a receipt and confirmation for having paid for the item. The very next day, they sent me an email stating that the item price was incorrect, and I have to pay an additional $27. I called them and spoke to them and they said that the prices on their website do not reflect the actual prices! WTF! Really! They said that due to the OEM raising their price, they now have to collect additional money from me. Uhhhh, NOT A CHANCE! I work for a manufacturer, and if we stated a sale price on our website for an item, and the customer pays for it; we have to standby that price and eat whatever cost increase occurs because, at the end of the day, it is the manufacturer's responsibility to post the correct sale price. The customer should not have to pay that increase. This company lures you in on a cheaper sale price for the item, and then does a bait and switch after they got you signed up. I canceled my order and am attempting to collect my money.

Autoparts prime is affiliated with a bunch of online parts stores. I dealt with Nissanpartsdeal.com. My issue is I order a couple parts, did arrive and they was the wrong part in a bag label with the right parts number on the bag it was in. I reached out to them, saying it was wrong. I first got a response, same part but a newer parts number, then interchangeable, to the policy that states if under $8 no returns, that does not include shipping. I couldn't use the part they had sent. I ordered from another online store, same part number and the correct part. I showed parts via email pictures of their part and the other company. To verify to them, wrong part in bag. Last response sent turns into, again policy under $8 cannot be returned. So, a mess up on their end wrong part and still can't return it? Pretty shady. Stuck with a part that cannot be used with my application. Customer service and repeat customers are not their priority to fix the problem. Don't recommend them, order something you might not get the right part and your stuck with it. I should have read reviews before hand, before ordering.

Ordered 2 of the same part. I received 2 parts; 1 correct part and 1 incorrect part. Called, sent pictures of the 2 parts including tags. On the 4th day after providing all the requested information and pictures, I got an RMA for the 1 incorrect part. Called to get a timeliness on getting the replacement part. I was told that I would receive the replacement early the next week. Instead, I received an email the next day instructing me to ship the part back and had to wait for them to review the part prior to shipping a replacement. I called to get approval to return both parts. I was told I could return both. Mailed them back the same day. They received the parts on 6/8. On 6/16, I called to get status as it had been longer than 5 days which is on their website. During this call I ask if I would be charged a restocking fee and was told no. On 6/22, I received an email about my refund in which they charged a restocking fee. All I've received is wrong information and it took 14 days for them to send an invoice where they are charging me a restocking fee. In total, its been a month since I ordered until I received an email invoice of the refund, almost half of that waiting for the refund. Terrible service!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a wheelhouse for my veloster and I recvd it on a Friday. I had to wait for my friend to come back from out of town to install it. And the next Sunday he came over, he asked me how long ago I had recvd the part, I told him, last Friday why? And he said , cus it's broken. I was in disbelief, he showed me the crack and it was in fact broken. I went to my email to try to see how to return the part and I seen there was a link for the return policy, it said 5 business days, which technically it had only been 5 business days. That Monday would have been the 6th business day. I sent an RMA telling them this same story and on the website it said they were going to contact me within 24-48 hours, however I was never contacted. so I went back to the return policy link and seen that there was another link to check the status of the return, so I clicked on it only to find out that they did respond, but they didn't "contact" me. Their response was basically that my return had been rejected because it was passed *** 5 business days. That's crazy. I paid almost $90 for a part that I can't use because it's broken. They have no empathy or compassion *** their customers.

After placing the order, and before receiving it, we realized that we no longer need the wheel and would need to return it. When the package arrived, I placed the unopened box in my garage until I could get an RMA # and ship it back. I dropped it off at UPS, paid $30 to send it and contacted KiaPartsNow.com to provide them with the tracking #. They told me that there was a restocking fee of $80. I pleaded with them to remove the fee as the box was unopened. All they needed to do was put it back on the shelf. I then received an email from them stating that they were denying my refund because the wheel was damaged...had a deep scratch in the finish..WHAT! As I stated above, I never opened the package. They shipped the wheel back to me and essentially said tough luck! I called the RMA department and spoke to Frank before asking to speak to the next highest up in that department. I was given to Louis who gave me some BS about how Kia maintains the highest standards of review of returned parts. I must restate that there is NO way I could've caused a scratch on that part...I NEVER opened the package! Louis told me to contact UPS to resolve the issue with them! APP, aka, KiaPartsNow.com are a bunch of thieves. Now i'm out $443.69 because of they're atrocious business practices. I beg you, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP through this company.

This has been the worst return item experience I've ever had with an online retailer, it brings me back to the days when I was afraid to order online. When I ordered the part, I used their system to enter the make/model of my vehicle and ordered a tail light. The package I received was the original infinity package that the part is sold in with a label stuck on it. The light I received was not the correct light, which was obvious the instant I opened the box. I closed the box, then went to the RMA process. They originally denied the claim because this is an "electrical part". I'm not sure why an electrical part is different from any other part. I got them to agree to the return, so I sent the packaged back (at my expense) complete with original packaging exactly as it was sent to me, never actually removed from the box. When they got the part back, they then denied my return saying that it was either installed or not in original condition, which was not true. I then got them to return the part to me, again at my expense. When I received it, it was no longer in the original packaging, and the part was a used part. It was obviously a used part as it had writing on the back where it appears to have gone through a repair process of some sort! I spoke to someone that would only identify himself as "Joe" and he was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. He says I need to contact UPS as they must have damaged it, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid! Stay Away from this dishonest (Nissan Parts Deal.com) online seller. I'm very disappointed with this bad experience. Shipping quality is very bad and sloppy. They never care about the customer, they only care about your money. (I spent my good money on a bad parts in the wrong place).
They sent me damaged parts due to improper shipping and packaging. The Cabin air filter is in a rough conditions and beat up because they packed it incorrectly in the same box with heavey brake rotors inside the box.
They sent me (damaged) 4 rotors that have random rust bites and corrosion all over with excessive paint on the mating surface. At first I thought they sent me Used or RE-Conditioned parts or counter-fit bad parts but it turned to be they just stored in a bad environment warehouse. Just be aware of this (you may get RUSTY NEW OEM PARTS from Nissan).
I contacted (Nissan Parts Deal.com) to ask about my concern with this issue and after a long week their final reply was (all the rust and corrosion on the brand new rotors is normal and it's fine although we know it shouldn't be there) but they claimed that the parts are totally fine. But if you like to return them you must pay extra Restocking fees and shipping plus the initially shipping cost that I spent. In total I must lose over $250 to get these bad parts returned.
NOT a good experience with this business.

I ordered parts for front left, right and rear left, right struts for my Lexus CT. Its now a rare car since its been discontinued. I placed the order through Auto Parts Prime, Inc. with their affiliated website LexusPartsNow.com. I was amazed at the pricing and ease of ordering the parts. After placing the order I decided to contact dealers and mechanics to prepare for install. Every place I called said they do not accept customer bought parts for various reasons. While waiting for the shipment, I decided I was going to go ahead and return the product since I couldn't do anything with them. I am not a Mechanic nor do I have an education in Auto mechanics. I didn't know what else to do but return them. I received the parts from Auto Parts Prime, Inc. via FedEx, I placed the boxes inside my house, looked over the boxes for crushing or gouges, I saw minor issues with the boxes, I didn't even open the boxes to inspect the parts inside. I did notice though that one of the boxes was pieced together and was odd, but assumed it was to fit two parts into one. On the day I decided to ship the parts I went to FedEx because of their tracking and handling capabilities. I had to stuff the RMA forms into the premade carrying holes of two of the boxes and then the slit of the pieced together box. I added tape to the holes and the slit for weather proofing and so the forms did not slip out. $49.00 later they were being shipped. Two days went by and as stated by FedEx the parts arrived and were apparently inspected by Auto Parts Prime Inc. I received an email in the morning stating they received the product, did an inspection and unfortunately could not refund my money because it was "Not purchased from our website"...HUH?! I immediately called and was transferred to their customer service department (I assume). The rep said the reason why I am not getting a refund is because the parts sent out was not the parts received...another HUH?! I asked the rep what sense does that make when I did not open the boxes and had to slip the RMAs inside the boxes? I asked him what use do I have with the parts since no auto mechanic or dealership service department in a 200 mile range was taking the parts? He said that it was because the parts they shipped were authentic Lexus parts and the parts returned were aftermarket and they have proof because they took pictures of the parts before shipping...(at that moment I knew this was a scam)...why would a "reputable" company need to take pictures of the parts prior to shipping out? I called other online part companies and they said that was very odd for them to do that. I continued, yet again, to ask the rep what sense that made and made a comment that unless I was a a sorcerer there is no way the parts got swapped out because the boxes were returned the way I received them. We continued back and forth, and finally I had enough, I asked for a manager or floor supervisor in which he replied there is nothing that can be done and restated again what he already stated about 5 times already. I asked for some kind of escalation to this in which he replied, the best escalation I can suggest is contacting your credit card company and making a dispute. I hung up and did just that! $367 for parts, plus the $49 in return shipping, just to be scammed Why send the parts in the first place, is that the best way you can cover-up the scam? 100% satisfaction guaranteed...really? For who? The company owner and its affiliations or the company owner and its affiliations? I was also offered to get the parts back as long as I pay for shipping from the company...HA! No thanks! You can keep your scam parts and scam someone else with them, as you've scammed me. Consumers, please be aware of this...I do not recommend doing any business with Auto Parts Prime Inc. or its affiliated website(s). Apparently from reading the reviews on Complaintsboard.com they have many websites geared towards the Make of the vehicle and have been scamming for a while. I would of gave no stars but unfortunately, that is not an option. Also if you insist on doing business with Auto Parts Prime, Inc and their affiliations, please document everything, take pictures of everything, review everything, and double check everything...protect yourself! Do not trust the site reviews from their affiliated websites and do research on this company!

I ordered a front license plate bracket from the website around August 27. My Order number is XXXXXX Prior to purchasing, I sent an inquiry with my VIN to make sure that I was ordering the correct part and that it included all mounting hardware. I was provided an answer telling me that it was the correct part number and did include all hardware necessary for attaching. The email is attached. I received the item on September 4 and it was only the bracket with no mounting hardware included. I reached out to the company immediately and they told me to provide photos of the part and packaging so that the issue could be resolved. This was provided on 9/8 and since then no communication from the company. Since I ordered based upon information provided by their staff, they should either provide the proper parts or give me an RMA, pay for return shipping and give me a full refund. Thank you.

I have made several calls to the company, which will not provide proof of shipment. I requested to cancel the order, but they keep insisting it was shipped. The part did not work, so the following Monday, I contacted them to tell them. They first tried to list my call as a "wrong Part." but I corrected them. It was defective. They first denied the return, then approved it. I shipped it back and they have had it for over a week now. I get an email now saying that they only want to give me credit. Mainly because of the cost. ($800.00). The part didn't work however, their return and refund policy was met, and it was approved for a return (in writing). So, they are simply stealing my money. First stop is you guys. Next stop is the California AG.

Later, it was listed as 'Rescheduled to Next Delivery Day'. On February 11th, the order was marked as 'Return to Sender Processed'. Customer service was unable to assist and advised contacting the merchant. I did so on the 14th and was told an agent would follow up via email within 24-48 hours. By 2/22/22, without any update, I called and spoke to their RMA team. They refused to resend the order without additional charges, including a restocking fee and no refund for the initial shipping cost. Despite the delivery issue not being my fault, they expected me to file the claim, resulting in a very disappointing customer service experience.

I ordered a part (engine oil dipstick) that was confirmed against the VIN of the car needing the part, but the part I received is the wrong part. I provided photographs showing the new dipstick is ~4" shorter than the original one. The company did issue an RMA, but is refusing to send a prepaid shipping label. As this is clearly their error, I should not be expected to pay for the return trip.
I purchased two replacement visors for my Hyundai Veloster. One of the visors was the correct color, but the other was not. So, I attempted to return the visor per the return policy. After receiving a number of excuses for why the part could not be accepted, I finally had a customer service representative provide me with an RMA. So, I sent the product back and it was signed for. Despite that, the company has yet to refund my money while providing the same canned, automated response. This is frustrating since it took several weeks just to get the RMA. And now, after nearly 30 additional days, I not only don't have a visor for my car but I don't have my money AND I have to spend an additional amount to get the visor from another source. This is absurd to say that least since this is a lot of aggravation for a car visor.

After many hassles received an RMA tag and returned the product via FedEX 12/20 it shows delivered to them. As the attached RMA shows it should have been credited to my account within 5 days. However it took months to get a partial refund and finally after PayPal made them they credited me 66% back. After taking 2 months to decide to refund me anything and after trying to have me drop the complaint saying false claims about PayPal I don't see how it is legal to still charge restocking fees etc. You've already violated my consumer trust and moved into the scam category when I have to work this hard to get any of my money and your only advice is to cancel the complaint rather than be honest. This business absolutely shouldn't have an A rating from the Complaintsboard.com.

I purchased two Part No.: XXXXX-XLM0B HANDLE ASSY-SLIDE DOOR OUTSIDE,RH. The package was delivered on Friday 3/11 at 2:00 PM. I had left town on Friday 3/11 at 12:00 PM for spring break with my family. When I returned to the office on 3/21 I opened the box which only had one part in it. I immediately contacted them and asked about an RMA the lady I spoke to indicated it was no problem and she would submit an RMA request. It was denied because I was past the 5 business days in their policy. I understand policy's need to be in place but there should be someone who will listen and can make an exception for unusual circumstances. I spoke to *** in the RMA department and he said only a manager can help with this, he could not transfer me so I had to call back for a manager and he was very rude and said they cant help!

When I checked back with NissanPartsOnline.com, they claimed it was not their fault, but they could ship the other springs expedited and get them to me in several days. I explained to them the urgent nature of the order and that late the following week was too late. I explained I needed a full refund for everything as I would need to get the parts locally at full price now and I would need them to send me a return label. I have been dealing with them for over a week to return the product now and have met continual resistance. Further, a full refund I doubt I will ever see.

I ordered items from nissanpartsdeal.com 11/23. They said it was shipped via 2 day fedex. Fedex said only label was printed, but item was never given to fedex for shipment. The shipping box was punctured and smashed because the heavy distributor was moving around due to insufficient packing material. I ordered 2 parts ( taillight assembly and wire harness). On *** USPS delivered the order ( CUXXXXXXX ) in a USPS mailing box 7"*7"*6" in size. The light assembly part ordered is nearly 4xs the size of the box delivered so I assumed part 2 of the shipment was on its way. After contact customer service on the date of delivery I was referred to the RMA department who then passed the buck to the "dealership" who supposedly fulfills and ships the order. Contacted them to find out they will not honor paid for order Was on their website about 2 1/2 weeks ago picked out the parts I needed place the order paid the order and the shipping. Got an email confirming my order. Got another email later saying my order was in delivery status. Then had no other communications from them until I contacted them on their chat application. When I had them check on the order I was told that they were not going to ship the order because the shipping costs are too high. I find this hard to understand because I paid for shipping in the order and almost every website can find out the cost of shipping for the parts based on weight at the time of the order with whoever they're shipping it with B that UPS FedEx or any other shipping company. In essence they attempted to just hang onto my money and earn interest off of it rather than immediately refunding my order.

The representative I spoke to at the subject business, continuously insist that I will need to provide images to verify that I have not received the product. In fact, several parts from the order are already installed on my vehicle. When I informed the representative that I couldn't provide images, he stated that they can no longer assist me with my request of a replacement or a refund. This is the exact situation that occurred with another order that I placed with this subject business (order # CLXXXXXX total price $212.71) but, in that instance the resolution was sending me the missing part after the dealer confirmed mistake.

I was looking for windshield wiper arm replacements. I entered my vin # & matched both front wiper arms for my vehicle. Placed my order. Had to wait for my windshield replacement appointment to get them installed. Shop said they didn't fit/ they were the wrong parts. So I contacted NPD. They said because I discarded the plastic slip covers that they came in, they could no longer return them (part numbers are engraved on wiper arms). They tried to tell me that I didn't enter my vin # (even though it shows it on my receipt that came in the box, and shows the part numbers) & that even if I did, and had the plastic slip covers, they wouldn't take them back if they were open. I offered to send the picture of my receipt that clearly has the vin # on it and they refused. So basically, I ordered what their website said "matched" my vin #, they sent the incorrect parts, and now refuse to return it because of not having a plastic cover and opening said plastic to find out they were the wrong parts. They stated to me on the phone that they are Complaintsboard.com accredited and they are not.

The vendor inaccurately described a spare tire kit I purchased. Their website displayed an image of a spare tire and jack, but the description was vague. They delivered a wheel without the tire and a jack. Their website had conflicting information for the same part number, showing one version with the tire and another without. Upon raising the issue, they claimed it was my responsibility to verify the OEM part number. They also refused to waive the restocking fee for a return, leaving me with a useless part and the additional cost of purchasing the tire separately. What I received was not what I expected based on my order.

I purchased a transmission online for my Kia Spectra through KiaPartsNow.com. The order included a purchase price for the transmission, a refundable core deposit contingent on the return of my undamaged old transmission, shipping & handling fees, and tax, amounting to a grand total. The transmission arrived 7-10 days later from Kirby Kia of Ventura, CA. A transmission shop installed it for me. I had instructed them to keep all the packaging for the core return. Despite my request, they destroyed the box to extract the transmission. I assumed I could simply use a different box for the return, but the company is denying my core return due to the lack of the original packaging, which supposedly had a special sticker necessary for processing the refund. The pallet it came on bore no labels. I've explained that the situation was beyond my control, but they still refuse to refund my core deposit. Consequently, I've disputed the core charges with my credit card company while I seek a resolution. My goal is to return the core and reclaim my core deposit.

On March 6, 2022 I placed an parts order for a replacement trunk latch with HyundaiPartsOnline.com for my wife's 2016 Hyundai Elantra manufactured in Alabama.Total paid - $108.91.I first tried to identify the part by using the website's VIN part locator but it was inoperable (still is, see attached webshot capture) and the website then prompted me to input car year, model, place of manufacture which generated part no. *** (see attached screenshot). When the part arrived I took it to my independent garage mechanic who opened the package and noted it was the wrong part due to the shape and thickness of the replacement part and the original part and verified it would not work (see attached photo of part disparity).I contacted Hyundaipartsonline.com to request an RMA be issued to return the part and be issued credit. Please see attached email correspondence and pictures.I sent the requested pictures and was denied an RMA to return the part. The company stated it was an electrical part and the package was opened so it could not be returned.I contended the company's website had a non-operable VIN Parts Locator and when I was prompted to input the vehicle information the website identified the wrong part.While both the original part and the replacement part have similar starting part numbers (H 81230), the second segment of the part numbers are different (H 81230 3X010 original part) and (***) replacement part). Please see accompanying documentation of photos and website screenshots. I later obtained the correct part (H 81230 3X010) from Principle Hyundai located in Boerne, Texas who examined the part sent by Hyundaipartsonline.com and they verified the part that was sent would not work with our vehicle.

I am requesting a full refund of the total cost I paid to KiaPartsNow.com for a Sales Order. The amount of $727.97 including shipping was for a headlight lamp assembly ordered on December 13. I provided my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure the correct part was selected. The order arrived on December 21, and the next day I took my 2014 Kia Cadenza to Jones Junction Kia dealership in Fallston, Maryland for installation. The service mechanic informed me that the lamp assembly (Part No. 921013R530) was incorrect for my car's high intensity discharge (HID) headlights. The part was never removed from its original packaging, so I sought to return it for a refund and reorder the correct part (Part No. 921013R730) as advised by the dealership. I immediately emailed KiaPartsNow.com with an RMA request and attached images of the part and packaging. On Christmas Eve, I was notified that my return was denied as the part was 'non-returnable' due to it being an electrical component. I had trusted that my VIN would ensure the correct part selection, but the dealership confirmed it was wrong. I am now seeking a full refund for the purchase and shipping of this incorrect part.

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE! I ordered two Lexus F-Sport front fender emblems for my car from this website. On their website they have two emblems listed with the same picture and same description. The only difference between the two items is the price and one number in the part number. Of course I wanted them to match so I ordered two of the same part number. Upon arrival, I realized that they both are for the front right fender. So I checked the description on the packaging and sure enough it states 'FR Fender? (front right fender). So I then checked on their website to see if they distinguished the difference there to see if this was my error. That's when I realized that there was no difference in the item description until the items are paid for and are sent to you in an invoice. The description of the items do not change even when added to the cart before checkout. There is no way to distinguish right and left side unless you have previously ordered that particular part. I then filed for a return. Upon approval, they sent me a list of requirements that my returned item must meet for me to receive a refund; mind you, these requirements are not listed on their website under 'Return Policy'. Again, it is only after you purchase an item that you find out all of these things. They also stated that I would be responsible for my shipping costs and charged a restocking fee. After chatting online with an employee, I was told that my restocking fee would be waved when my product was returned and they would provide me a shipping label since the error was not mine. My items did meet requirements for a refund but I did not receive it until two weeks later and after I contacted them twice about it. Once, I asked where my refund was and was told that because of the Covid-19 outbreak that things are moving slowly. So I waited another few days and checked my Fed-Ex tracking number and they received my item 05/31 and it's 06/14 and I still have not received a refund. After contacting them a second time and telling them that the items were received over two weeks ago, I was issued a refund the next day. They charged me a restocking fee of $8.84 and did not refunded any of the shipping I paid originally. My refund should have been $55.70 (product, no restocking fee, partial shipping) and I was only refunded $35.38. I called the next day and spoke to a representative that told me they could definitely refund me the restocking fee and partial shipping and it would be refunded to my account no later than three business days. The refund shows up the next day, 06/16, and it is only the $8.84 (restocking fee) and no partial shipping. So I called again today and talked to ***. I explained to *** my situation and he stated that there was nothing he could do about discounting the shipping because it was against policy. So I asked 'Well I need to order the left fender emblem so would you be able to wave the shipping for that part because it makes no sense for me to pay shipping on a product I do not have'? And again he tells me that there is nothing he can do; that it is against policy. I told him that the restocking fee is supposed to be charged per policy and that was waved so why can't the shipping be waved? He stated 'They waved the restocking fee as a courtesy because they noted that you were a difficult customer.? I stated that the girl I spoke with yesterday told me I could have a partial refund for my shipping and since it was a recorded line he could listen to her telling me that and he said no that he wasn't able to do that and that the only thing I could do was talk to an employee (that would forward me to him since he is their supervisor) or file a dispute with my bank. He then tells me that he is going to 'terminate the call because I have just been repeating the same thing to you for five minutes.? This is not customer service. To tell someone that you have listed them as a 'difficult customer? and that's why you issued me a refund; not because your website is deceitful and lacks important information. I did everything I was supposed to do as a consumer and was treated so disrespectfully. This is unacceptable. All I wanted was to pay for what I got. I have only one emblem so it makes no sense for me to pay shipping for two. I have to have another emblem so why couldn't the shipping be waved for that one since I'm buying another one and you already have my money for shipping the original one I no longer have? I just want this to be made right. I can't even post a review on their website since I applied for a refund and they only post their five star reviews. I will never order anything else from this company ever again and I plan to make it very known how they do business and treat their customers. BUYER BEWARE!
