tricking people with the warranty
Bought a ball joint for my toyota sienna, the ball joint felt about 7 months after, I was supposed to have lifetime warranty on it, I went back for the warranty, system doesn't show I bought it there, passed the page.
Now bought a set of brakes with the same lifetime warranty, went back for the warranty, same bull [censored]. The sale man gave a new one after I complain but told there is no more warranty on this one. Robbery

Had battery replaced under warranty. Battery dies before 1 month of use. I return to the battery to my local AutoZone for them to charge and test it and to inform inform me that it would be replaced under warranty should it died again. The product died again. Even reading low charge on store tester. They will not replace my battery they simply continue to make me go through the process of charging and testing. Everytime telling me to return if it occurs again. Three visits to AutoZone to return a battery under warranty that they will not replace and keep telling me policy and procedure requires charging and testing and returning.
store manager 4624
I told the store manager what I needed, he insisted he had the correct part for my car, but the year was incorrect, he challenged me and did not listen, he told me the part would fix the year he looked up and the year of my vechicle. I took the part to the mechanic and he immediately attempted to see if it would fit my year of car, it did not. When I attempted to return it the manager again told me there was a confrontation when I told him I wanted my money back. This store manager does not listen to what customers tell him, and when they tell him what their mechanic said he was blaming me the customer when I insisted I wanted my money back.
customer service and product
store in Oklahoma City, Ok--5733 S Western --phone number [protected]
Totally a frustrating experience: Purchased what I thought was a door key as a extra for my car (asked for a door key) was charged 80 dollars plus tax, are you kidding me 80 bucks? I asked about it they assured me this is what I needed so I get back into my car and head home to find out low and behold the key didn't work. I read my receipt it has a 3 month warranty if anything is wrong. receipt also allows that if the item purchased is faulty I can request a refund or replacement. So back into my car I go... the lines were terrible, but I waited and waited when I finally reach the cashier he is so dumbfounded that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, he gave me some song and dance about "I cant do anything about it, " "My manager isn't here" come back at 5am. FYI he never even looked at my receipt! I told him I was just in there a hour or so beforehand and purchased the key. He was not interested in providing customer service, their was also a man in a grey shirt (not red) assuming he was some sort of management, what they are paid for, he looked like a deer caught in headlights. All I wanted was a refund! don't print it on the receipt if your not going to honor it! I had to call another Autozone to have them call the store I just came from to get their attention! they allowed they would call the manager and now im still waiting. Not to mention I asked for my military discount and that was not on the ticket as well. I want my refund and I will prolly never use that store or autozone again, I get better customer service at Wal-mart and that's not saying a whole lot. If there is gonna be a higher up in the store he should be able to do a refund, after all he did 4 of them ahead of me. my purchase was supposed to be a door key for a ford Taurus a single key!
If there was a negative no stars that would be my vote by a landslide. Stand by what you put in print! educate your employees better in the "we take care of our customers" I was furious when he rolled up my receipt and pushed it back at me w/o even a second thought. Maybe its because I was a woman! Bet he wouldn't of treated a guy with that disrespect.
oil offer
I went to autozone in Aguadilla Puerto Rico to buy an oil offer to my jeep wrangler 2014. The oil offer was mobil one oil with the filter mobile one extended performance. The representative told me that the oil filter wasnt available in the store neither all Puerto Rico. How is can possible that if you put an offer you dont have the product available? Also, the representative gave the chance to choose another filter and the filter was for no synthetic oil. Are you kidding me? I recommend to send some oil filters first to Puerto Rico if you want to promote the offer
store #0406
Went to warranty out an alternator and refused to help me when the manager couldn't figure out how to use the alternator/starter tester. Very rude. Told Me the store down the street might have one but didn't bother to look it up or call them. Upset me so much I felt I had to contact corporate about this. I am and always have been a loyal AutoZone customer, because of they're unequaled quality of service. this experience has made me feel that corporate has turned a blind eye. Where is the district manager? The regional? Guess they make so much from this area they don't care.
key fob battery
I am extremely disappointed in AutoZone they need more trained employees I went in for something simple and left extremely upset and disappointed I went in and I asked what kind of battery my flip remote key fob needed (2007 Mazda CX-7) and he told me to hand over my key and proceeded to with full force open my key remote he tried several times until it finally came apart just for him to tell me he didn't know what to do next he handed it back over to me and it would not clip back in so now I am left with a broken key and wasn't even able to tell me what kind of battery it needed, now I I have to go out my way to purchase not just a battery but a whole full set flip remote. Never did he say he didn't know what he was doing I trusted him and all I am left with is just another problem. Even after that happened he never suggested what I should do pretty much just left me to do it on my own.
employee valencia wynne at antoine are store 4000 stealing parts for 2006 toyota
She has stolen several parts for her 2006 Toyota rav4 brakes, ignition coils and she drives her Toyota rav4 to work. I'm her X fiancee and the parts are still on her car. She should be on camera putting ignition coils in her bra on about May 5 2018 and brakes pads in her purse around the same day. I informed her store manager via text message to his personal phone
customer service.
Went into the autozone on 42nd in Odessa, TX. I had a check engine light on and I wanted them to run a quick check so I could figure out what I needed. I went into the store and waited a few minutes before I got to the counter. There was some kid in the front, blazed as hell, he didn't understand a thing I was trying to explain. He was swaying and nodding his head until I asked to speak to someone else. Finally, he goes to the back to ask the other worker to run the test and when he came back he said.
"Yeah, he said he doesn't want to go out there."
And I asked him again, "I'm sorry?"
"He doesn't want to go out and run the test."
Completely annoyed at this response I left. This was the worst visit I've ever had. The service was terrible, the workers where horrible, and I will now take my business elsewhere.
the manager michael m
A week ago my husband went in to get a part and manager Michael m was on duty got b era ugly and rude with my husband and told him to never come back, today my friend goes in to get a hose and all because he didn't know the part number he got Ryde then called the cops in which my friend got a fine for disorderly conduct for standing up for him self . I think something is really messed up when you have a manager acting that way, I also am calling the corporate office and reporting him
no tickets were left at will call.
I have tried to contact autozone a couple of times without having a response at all. I received a email saying that I won tickets to the st Jude golf in Memphis Tennessee June 5th to the 11th 2017 and upon arrival there were no tickets available for me whatsoever. I took off work and basically wasted my vacation time. If someone could please contact me and try to resolve this issue please [protected]@gmail.com

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter the next step is to contact my attorney and see what he advises.
I keep having g to go back two to three times because they order the wrong part I have no trouble at O"Rileys or napa right part first time this time I ordered a wheel bearing and the person working on my car thought he could make it work and it wasn't possible and when he took it off he damaged it now I want my money back it was almost 40 dollars and I can't afford to pay for something I can't use I'm on a fixed income if they would of ordered the right part to begin with it wouldn't of happened and also I live 12 miles from auto zone in Sonora Ca. I think about all the gas I've used going back at least twice for every part a couple of times three times thats a lot if gas I think I hope they refund my money if not I'll be giving you a call thank you Jeri Thompson
they will not order nothing
I have a hard time trying to order things for instance last week I called about a AC compressor for my 2014 Chevrolet Sonic, they gave me the price going through details as though as they have it in stock, but all of a sudden when I said I will take it, they said they will have to order it, so I said I'll come and pay for it upfront, they immediately said they could not order it and could not get one. just last year I tried to order a EGR Valve for my old S10 pickup, funny the same thing happen again when trying to order parts. but just 17 miles away in Batesville Mississippi AutoZone in Batesville was very happy to assist me with all my order needs.
customer service
I called your Green Bay west side location and was hung up on today while waiting to purchase a part for my vehicle. So I called your DePere location and was put on hold for over 18 minutes! (I have a screen shot if you don't believe me). I normally wouldn't care but 2 crappy auto zone experiences within a half hour of each other from 2 different locations is bad customer service!
didn't help me, didn't hand me my receipt and didn't bag my items.
I was looking for help for finding oil and the worker looked at me like he didn't care. After I got the items by myself, he then scanned my items. After that, he put the receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me and, didnt bag my items. At that point I felt he didn't like me as a person. So I just bagged my own items, picked up the receipt and left the store.
unauthorized credit card charges!!!
Autozone is the worst company ever when it comes to customer service. They charged my card twice for a part and said that the payment never went through, which in fact it did. I even had my bank call them to verify the charges. I did not receive the part that I purchased because they said my card was not charged. Now I have to dispute these charges with my bank while I still do not have the part I purchashed. Fyi the part is an air compressor to fix my a/c in 90 degree temps with a newborn baby on hand! Very disappointing and outraged!
inner relations.
Autozone in Portales NM has a serious employee issue. The manager on several accounts has clocked in an employee who WAS NOT AT WORK so that he wouldn't be fired. He also repeatedly told a part time red shirt she would be promoted without ever following through while working her way over the part time hours. Several employees are pulling double and triple shifts because of no shows while the manager refuses to fire the person not showing. They also have managed to prove extremely sexist toward their female employee.
brownfield, tx
This is the 2nd email I have sent, will call the. At umber when they start taking calls. Brownfield store manager is being impossible to deal with, have called district manager 3 times, he called once and i have tried him 2 other time and no answer. Refuses to give my husband a part he bought in August of 2017, a store in Lubbock verified this. She claims because his name is not on our phone number when they pull it up she cannot give it to him. Don't undestand how his name was taken off, she probably did it. Called another store in Lubbock they didnt have a problem. She needs management skills, even left word with another employee to not let him ghost ave it when she was not there, seems she needs to acquire some management skills. Please have someone call me at [protected]. Is this the corperate office if not i need to contact them, and I need an apology from her, other Auto One store employees ha bc e been nothing but helpful. Thank you my name is Julia.
they literally turned the lights off as I was walking up at 9:58!
The pulled up to the new AutoZone in our neighborhood at 9:58 all I needed was a bottle of 2-stroke oil and knew exactly what I needed and as I was walking to the door the lady looked at me lock the door and they turn the lights off and just gave me like The Cut Throat gesture and that was it wouldn't even talk to me or ask what I needed just don't feel that's the best way to treat customers in an area you just moved into
accident
I was april 24, 2018 around 2:30pm-3:15pm when I went into your store have my battery checked to see if I needed a new one... Had it tested by one of your employees and battery checked no good, so went back in to buy a new one and paid for it... Than changed my mind and had charges credited back to my card and went back out to my car and I started talking to a guy that overheard what I was explaining to your employee what the problem was with my car and he made sence of what the problem was with my car... And yes... He said that battery was old and needed a new... So I went back in to the store to purchase the battery and as I was opening the door (it was a nice sunny day and was wearing sandles) I felt something hit my foot and did not pay much attention to it at the time when I went in and purchased the battery and did the transaction and took the new battery out to my car to install it and that's when I felt something wet in my foot, so I looked down and it was all blood, I was bleeding a lot... I had cut my small toe on my right foot very bad at the bottom of your door (the door thats marked "in" that is) where the flashing is, which has deteriorated worned out into a very sharp like knife object at the bottom left edge of the door.. Very dangerous, it happened to me it can happened to someone else, and did not recieved any help from your employees.
Did not received any help what so ever from your employees
