I want this raising as a complaint, I have been chasing this for 1 month now with no resolution and I am sick of this poor customer service. As a business you should be ashamed with the way you operate.
I have sent x2 emails previously with no response back in early December! I have then had to contact your Instagram page to try and get hold of someone there to which the responses have been slow with no confirmation as to when I will receive a refund.
I have resent an email today along with images so I suggest you find my emails to see the images.
Evri left an order outside at 6.45pm on Sunday the 3rd Dec I was away and not home, I live on a busy street and there would of been plenty of people of people to leave the parcel with but no it was left on my door step and when I got home it was gone! It baffles me that you think its acceptable to work with couriers who leave parcels on doorsteps during December a month notorious for theft! I have checked with Neighbours and none have the parcel.
I want a refund providing this week or I will be taking this further through the ombudsman. I don't see why i should be out of pocket for items I haven't received and had to buy another outfit for works Christmas do's since there did not arrive!
Sort this out ASAP I have been more than patient on this matter.
