Dears,

I have a complain about shop manager of bershka store citystars (dghesh) as he talk in a very agresiva way and with very bad attitude as i buy a jacket bad the quality of the item is very bad and i return it and took another item of the same product as i think that this issue in my item only but now after 12 days only the isssue is repeated the shop manager says (انا غلطان انى رجعتهولك قبل كده) in a very loud voice in front of all the customers and says why you come to buy from us and when i want to talk to another manager he says no one is bigger than him i have a question now please i buy a jacket from a big brand or from the street and i want any one to contact me soon as possible as if this case doesn't solve within 24 hours maximum i will call the egyption customer care and i will make a complain in the social media if no one contact me at [protected] or [protected]
