I've been a club card member since 2013. I've recently become disabled and don't drive. I always order from the Nottingham store for pickup without any problems except for this Order #[protected]. I placed the order on 8/28/2023 and submitted it as usual. I got the confirmation the next day to pick up the order in Capitol Heights, MD, which is close to Washinton,DC. I called and complained, and was told that I had to pick the order up in capitol heights within 24 hours or the order was going to be cancelled. I wanted to know why it went to capitol heights when I shop in Baltimore, Nottingham and I was told that the computer switches to the store that has all the items I want, which is unacceptable. If I am shopping online with the Baltimore location my items should be delivered to the Baltimore location. I spoke with Maribes, who told me to order the items again and I told her I don't have money to waste. Everything is expensive now and people are having a hard enough time trying to survive with the inflation, without having to wait for cancellations before they can get food items. I'm rethinking my membership because this is the only way I can order my foods items and if it is unreliable, I have to shop somewhere else. There should be a way that if something happens like this you can switch the order to the correct location. My computer is still set to shop in Nottingham, so it wasn't my error.
Desired outcome: I would like to have confidence again with the store that I shop that when I order items and I'm going to get what I order and pickup orders are sent to the correct location.
