Good evening,
I honestly cannot even believe that I have to send this email to you.
Today, I went to get has or my car at BJs in Southington, CT. The line was longer that I've ever seen it. I got in line and waited an extremely long time for my turn. Typically, those gas pumps always pump slow, but this was extreme. People were getting very anxious because it was taking so long and the line kept getting longer and longer. A woman 2 cars ahead of me was filling her tank. All of the sudden, gas began to spill out onto the pavement. Another customer ran over and pulled the nozzle out of her car. She was a bit shaken. Then she drove off. Next, the girl in front of me pulled up. We looked at each other and decided that I would go to let the person in the booth know that we should have some speedy-dri, or something else put on there because it was a large spot. She told me that this has been happening all day!
Next, it was my turn. I decided to hold the nozzle while I filled up my tank. Well, the same thing happened to me. Our poured the gas! This is innappropriate to say the least. Someone could have been really hurt today..
Desired outcome: This can never happen again. If anyone from the Fire Department was there, I am sure that all of those pumps would have been shut down.I would like a response back asap.
