I am a member of BJ and i spent countless house going back and forth multiple times because they could not get the prescription correct on two pairs of glasses back in May of 2023, I made multiple calls and emails to the corporate office with no response. They just ignored me.
Finally, they got the prescription correct partially after 15 visits and replacing the lese 5 times. They tried to blame me for the issues. when I took the glasses to my doctor that prescribed them.
4month late the glasses that were transitions spider webbed and i could see out of them..Any optical department would replace them as defective, but they wanted to charge me and claimed that it is my fault claiming heat damage.
This is ridiculous and I fight to the bitter and file a lawsuit if they do not refund or replace lenses.
Additionally, the optician Georgette tried to force me to take the defective glasses and followed me as I was leaving and threw the glasses in my cart. I return them m to the optical and thy are still there. Member number [protected]
