Flowers are way overpriced and the quality is just not there.
The 99$ arrangement looked nothing like the photo and many rose petals where already turning brown. I called customer service and the could care less…
Floral delivery
I ordered a floral arrangement, Vase, and a bottle of wine to be delivered on the 14/8/21. It was not delivered. As it was the weekend, no one was available, so phoned on the Monday 16/8/21. Was told it was delivered to a Post Office and could someone pick it up from there. As the order was for a 90 year old lady ( Birthday) I said no. I reminded them that I did say that it was to be delivered to Heyfield and that I paid for delivery. They said they would refund the delivery, which I did not accept. I requested a full refund, as the flowers were still at the Post Office and not fresh anymore. They took my complaint and said someone would contact me that day. ( no one did). Phoned again next day only to get recorded message saying " please leave name phone number and short message. Very bad Customer Service!

I did not get what I ordered and when I contacted them to talk to them about it, they completely dismissed me. I ordered white flowers for an infant death, and what was sent were bright coloured flowers ... completely inappropriate. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SENT PRODUCT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered flowers 4/8 for to be delivered 6/8 and I then called at 6.30pm on the 6/8 your customer service team assured me that delivey would be before 9pm. So I not only had to ruin the surprise I then made an elderly lady wait up for a delivery that never came. I then called again at 9.30pm and was today I would be contacted by someone the following morning.
I had to call back again and was promised a redund .I arranged and paid for another gift. And then 3days late you decide to deliver flowers and refuse to refund my money.
I have been lied to, hung up on, left on hold for an extended amount of time.
My emails have been ignored.
I have the conversations of the phone calls recorded and the emails which can prove the lies and disgusting service this company has given me.

Scammers
I wanted to make a birthday present to a person in Canada. I am from Berlin, so I have a German Commerzbank credit card. Bloomex does not mention it, but for international cards they charge exactly the same price, but in US dollars (not Canadian ones)! Furthermore, those scammers have delivered WILTED flowers with a 10-day-delay and REFUSED to refund my money. Hope to get a charge back from Commerzbank.
Customer Support explained me currency policy, i am sorry i did not read it earlier. For the product issues they sent a nice arranged git basket
Terrible customer service (phone, chat, email)
On July 16th, my mom sent us flowers from Germany through a German online shop (FloraPrima-Great Service), and it was forwarded to bloomex. What a mistake! First, I called on Monday, July 20 the German Shop to figure out who the Service Provider is here in Canada and told them that the flowers still did not arrived. Second, I got a phone message from a driver from our outside intercom phone the same day - 4 days! later, that he could not deliver as the address where wrong? How does he know, when he was at our house already? We were not home at the time. Next day, I called bloomex and ask what's going on and wanted that they could deliver the flowers to my workplace. Not possible. After multiply phone calls, emails, chat etc with all involved one, I received the flowers yesterday, July 23 to my home address! And what can I say, the shipping label was to my work address?! It was the same driver who was here before and did not even read the label?! Anyways, the flowers were in a horrible condition, my mom paid over 65 Euro's ($100) for 10 pieces, 1 green leave, 1 gypsophila (bay's breath), that's it. Unfortunately, I can put pictures into this review, but I will on google. The good news is, the German Flower Shop will send my mom in Germany a nice flower as Apologie for her inconvenience. Never ever I will recommend bloomex. Sorry, but not worth it! July 23/20

They substituted my order without letting me know.
If you read their policies it does state that. BUT not when you order. I selected the beer and nuts and got beer and candy. The person I was getting them for is diabetic. Reached out and they said "Sorry, they will substitute an equal value for the order but may not be similar. Please use code xxx for a 15% off your next order" If you are not getting what is shown. What is the point of being able to select something if they are just going to substitute it with something else without letting you know?
I read the policy properly, also they resend a new fresh order for me free of charge, even if i was wrong. Tanks for your help, customer support dep
Flower delivery
Order 1750492. I phoned in an order and was PROMISED my order would go out that day at 1:00. If I couldn't get that I wouldn't have ordered. As I was guaranteed I proceeded. The flowers have not arrived 3 days later! The moment has past and I phoned and said I am not paying for these flowers. They said the have left for delivery and the receiver had to reject them. I am NOT phoning my daughter to reject them / how horrible for her when she is in a tragic time. I want a full refund AND the flowers should still go.

Beware: buggy website and bad customer service.
I had one bouquet in my cart when I clicked on 'submit order' but was charged for two. If you browse the website more than once in different windows, it saves (but doesn't show) whatever you had looked at in other sessions.
I contacted live chat support immediately and was assured that the duplicate bouquet had been cancelled and I would receive a refund for the second one.
Two bouquets were delivered, and no refund was issued. I emailed customer service with no reply, and couldn't get through by phone. I was told by a second live chat agent that "they don't issue refunds" and that a manager would contact me ASAP. The issue remains unresolved twelve days later.
I was sending condolence flowers, and it's already a stressful time with many people experiencing financial strain and furloughs. Being stung with an $88 bill for a $25 bouquet due to a buggy website, and then not getting the promised refund proves how little Bloomex cares about their customers.
I contacted Bloomex customer support and they finally refunded me duplicated order. Thanks you very much

I placed my order before 11:00 am, paid $20. for same day delivery.
at 12:00 i used the chat option to confirm the delivery for today and asked if I could upgrade the order from the standard arrangement to a deluxe arrangement.
I was told the order would arrive and the request for the upgrade was sent.
The order was for my wife's birthday which is today.
An hour before she leaves work for the day theh notified me they can't complete the order until the next day.
Not only does that miss her birthday, the order was never upgraded.
Barb from customer support gave me an in-store credit in amount of delvery fee. Will give them one more chance. Thanks Bloomex
The flowers did not arrive on my anniversary.
I called and left them a message, they did not call back. Called again two days later and was lied to by the rep. He told me they had upgraded my order, which I knew was a lie because my order had already been in transit for days. When the flowers arrived three days late, they looked terrible. The roses were all brown and the bouquet looked like crap in general. After another email they promised to make things right, but never did. Save yourself allot of headaches and do not deal with this scam business.
Customer Support resent my original order free of charge. I am rather satisfied, but I hope it won`t happen again next time
Unreliable and expensive
Ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday, paid extra for them to be delivered on Monday. They were NOT delivered. It's Tuesday and it says they're being delivered today. The person they're being sent to broke up with me yesterday. So now not only am I out because these rip off merchants charged me in USD not CAN which ended up adding over $20 to the price because I Live in Australia, I now look like a crazy person because they didn't arrive when they were supposed to. Useless help service doesn't bother replying so avoid this company like the plague.
I have sent an email to customersupport@bloomex.ca and Barbara (rep) refunded me delivery charge as a compensation.
Ordered a wine hamper to be delivered to my brother in Brisbane and nothing in the hamper that I ordered arrived. Everything was substituted.
Instead of delivering a red wine hamper, Bloomex substituted my order and delivered a sweet treat hamper. This is not what I ordered or paid for. Had I known there was no wine available for the wine hamper, I wouldn't have ordered it. I want a full refund. I sent in pics which shows that what I ordered is not m what was delivered. Good morning,
Yesterday morning, 29thJuly, I received flowers that were to have been delivered to me on the 28th. Not only were they are day late but they were crushed& bruised.
These were to be a surprise birthday gift to me from my son, Noah.
As I knew my son would be mortified I tried to make an arrangement before he saw them removing what I could of the damaged flowers but many were still bruised and quite frankly "shabby".
Unfortunately although he tried to hide it it was apparent that he was not only disappointed but embarrassed.I am sure it would not have been inexpensive as the wrapping, vase and box were quality unlike the state of the flowers themselves he is young and only a casual worker.
I do not know if he has contacted you and he is not aware that I am raising this complaint but I believe he deserves a refund at the very least. It was a significant birthday and although they were a day late it would possibly have been forgiven had the flowers been of the promised and expected quality. The experience has been a disaster.
I did make a call yesterday morning and left my details when they arrived however as I have not had a response I am sorry that you are now having to read this.

Flowers don't match picture - wrong exchange rate
Flowers and chocolate delivered did not at all match the photo. They looked poorly and battered, plus cheap other chocolate. Price was given in Australian dollars, but charged in US dollars, which is much more expensive.
When contacting Customer Service and informing them about the poor delivery the answer was that the flowers 'can't always be exactly as advertised' and that as stated somewhere in the terms 'deliveries outside of Australia or on an intern. card are charged in US Dollars'. This should have been mentioned on the web page.

Terrible flowers and service!!
I paid extra for a 6pm to 9pm delivery and they were delivered at 1pm. The flowers initially looked good but upon closer inspection there were quite a few dead and dying flowers. They arrived on Wednesday and by Friday most were dead. I was totally dissatisfied and customer service never resolved my issue so I am writing to get a chance of my issue being responded.
I've emailed representative by email she sent me customersupport@bloomex.ca . She has responded in an hour and claimed a resend for my order.

My mother ordered me flowers for my birthday and was upset they could not deliver until 2 days late.. Ok.. Not a big deal - it was the thought that counted. When my flowers got here, they were crushed and half dead. I contacted live chat and was directed to send pictures and email - we sent several - no response whatsoever!. Then yesterday a replacement box arrived. Larger bouquet - in worse condition! These were crispy, dead and damaged. The shipping label says they are coming from Calgary Alberta - I live in Vernon BC - that means these flowers were arranged, packaged and put on a hot truck - driven 8 hours away to another province and then delivered dead on arrival. Both bouquets were garbage and dead... My mother is devastated that she saved up for these and what was sent out. I highly doubt they will send a nice bouquet after this anyway - so please just send my mother back her money.

Flowers for birthday
I received flowersfor my 60th from some dear friends of mine. Flowers arrived squashed up, pedals falling and mostly wilted. They were suppose to arrive on my birthday which arrived days late!😡. Totally disgusted with there service and flowers. I have also received another bunch of flowers from my family from nswwhich we're in the same condition and late.
No apology was given. A full refund should be given back to my friends & family!

Hello, thank you for posting this complaint regarding my 2021 July 10 birthday gift that was to deliver birthday flowers and balloon to Kinburn ON near Ottawa. Bloomex launched a so called investigation, asked me to send the evidence which I did in the attached email and proceeded to totally ignored all the points that I have made and the request for partial refund. Instead they sent me a patronizing platitudes "we are sorry you had a bad experience" etc.

Please find attached a photo of the received goods from the recipient.
The flowers arrived one day too early, not on the birthday of the recipient as it was requested. Instead of the 18 inch Mylar balloon that was ordered a much smaller balloon was substituted (about 6 inch). The flowers were not in the best of condition as they were boxed overnight.
On the 8th (2 days before the requested delivery date) I saw that the Purolator delivery status was In-Progress. Phoned up Bloomex to say that the flowers should not have been sent yet because in 2 days the flowers will wilt. Customer service assured me that it was not actually sent. I repeated the delivery time to them, i.e. 10th of July. In spite of this the flowers were delivered on the 9th.
if you ship a flower product boxed without refrigeration then it must be delivered as quickly as possible to prevent degradation in transit. So it seems to me that not keeping the requested delivery date was intentional as well the substitution of the tiny balloon in order to reduce the Purolator shipping costs.
So indeed we have a little issue with my future trust.
My expectation is the full refund of the shipping cost, not just the extra 4 dollars, and the cost of the balloon.

thank you for trying to rectify the situation, but have to note that Customer Service did not inform me of this delivery policy when i inquired specifically about the Saturday delivery two days before hand out of concern. Also Bloomex is sill silent about why the 18'' balloon was arbitrarily reduced to 6" in size without telling me.
However, I accept the apology basket sent to the original recipient if it contains the 18"" balloon that i have paid for.

10 long stem roses with a vase and card
I brought 10 long stem roses with a vase and card to be sent to my wife in hospital, was delivered a day late and no vase or card, just pink paper and string. Tried calling them for over two hours to see if they had been delivered yet, ended up giving up for a fair while then tried again and got through. Won't ever go through this company again
