Flowers and chocolate never delivered for a birthday
Order number 1723092. Flowers and chocolate to be delivered to a pharmacy address on 2nd july, order made and confirmed early morning 1st july. No response from the customer care team the whole day on 2nd july friday. By the end of the day they reveal that the order can be delivered only by 5th monday. I requested if they can atleast deliver to nearby home address on 3rd july sat. The staff was pretty arrogant and said "no". Since then I am in touch with [protected]@bloomex.com. Au. They seem no different only convincing me with a store credit. I explained I have already taken care of the gift through other sources I just want my refund. They can only refund me half what I paid as their excuse is that they have paid the courier service for the delivery which never happened. I am absolutely shocked with this level of irresponsibility shown by this company. Please help me with my issue.

What I ordered was not delivered
On June 16th, 2021, I ordered "Pink Wink in a Mason Jar" to be delivered to my friend on June 17th as a birthday gift. Bloomex delivered a floral arrangement on June 17th but they looked nothing like "Pink Wink in a Mason Jar". Look at the two photos attached- the arrangements are completely different. The lilies and pink carnations are missing. Not only that, but they used chrysanthemums (a flower for mourning and death) as a "replacement." What an insult to my friend on her birthday to receive chrysanthemums on her birthday! As a florist, they should know better than to send chrysanthemums for a birthday:

The original advertised arrangement features JUST pink but what my friend got was a messy, colour-clashing arrangement of yellow, peach, purple and pink flowers. I emailed them to ask them to resend the original bouquet I paid for on June 17th as well as yesterday (June 18th, 2021). Both times they refused. All I'm asking is for them to deliver the original advertised floral arrangement I paid for-without the chrysanthemums.

My wife placed an order with Bloomex for $100 flower arrangement to be delivered on Tues 16 June. Order number was 1714604. She paid by credit card. Flowers were supposed to be delivered after 5pm on Tuesday. They were not delivered and on inquiry on Wed morning she was told they were in transit. They were not delivered Wednesday and on phoning this morning was told that she cannot have a refund - store credit only, and that they are in transit. This is unacceptable and we request refund.

When I placed the order, I selected next day delivery, for June 7th. I was not informed that there was any problem with that date. On the Order Confirmation sent to my email, it also said June 7th. June 7th came and went and I did not receive any confirmation that the flowers were delivered.
On the morning of June 9th, I received an email saying that they needed to use a special courier service to make the delivery, and the flowers could not be delivered until June 11th. I tried to let customer service know about this problem, and the person I chatted with did not even acknowledge that there was any mistake in the order confirmation, or late communication.

Ordered flowers, for my elderly Grandmother on Mother's Day, and paid extra for delivery on that day. Order Number: 3228572.
She waited all day for the delivery, nothing came. At midnight when she was in bed, someone called her phone and said they will deliver them the next day if it's too late. The next day, nothing came again. I received an email saying it's delivered but it was not. It's fraud to take my money and claim it's delivered when it's not. You can't just tell me it's delivered. It's NOT delivered.
Also, I called your number many times, left messages and used your live chat. All with no action or response. I've emailed [protected]@bloomex.ca several times without any response. I've just emailed [protected]@bloomex.ca and waiting for a response.

Flowers and Delivery
My daughter ordered flowers for me for Delivery May 11th. She received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. But they had not been delivered yet. The delivery came at 10:30 p.m. We were just getting ready for bed.
The flowers were substandard and sparse. I sent an email with a picture and the reply was that the pictures I sent were the correct colour and style? The order number was [protected]. I sent back another email telling them how horrible the flowers were and received the exact canned reply.
Bad customer service and a bad product. My daughter should either be refunded or the correct flowers should be sent.

order a Mother's Day gift basket hoping to have it delivery for sat went online and it said before 1pm will be delivered the next day so went ahead and started to order the basket this was Friday before 11am that I was placing the order but when I got to the delivery date it came up no date so I called to see if they could deliver the basket when calling they said all lines are busy leave your number someone will bet back to you soon so I waited by 1pm I went back online and try to talk to the chat line well not good keep getting cut off was talking to a person (I think) name Jon kept cutting me off or just let me hang there waiting kept saying are you there did I lose you... like a fool I place the order and took the date for Monday which was the 10th a few days late for Mother's Day but went ahead and did it pay the delivery fee kept checking to see if the basket has been delivered but the chat line kept me hanging again Jon came back one to tell me the tracking number from Purolator was surprise as this was a gift from the flower shop but ok last time I talk to the chat line and I never heard from the person from the company he said do I have to repeat my self that the delivery is on the 11 of may and here is the tracking number again... let me tell you I won't be buying anything else from this company very bad customer service and as of now the gift hasn't arrived to the place it was supposed to be I'm waiting to see what it will look like I did go on Purolator line and put in the tracking number says it our for delivery today but looking at it which is strange started in Halifax NS then Moncton NB then to Kentville NS don't know why it went to NB at all

I ordered flowers for my cousin in BC and was not impressed. The flowers were very sparse and didn't look like the picture and they were sent to Purolator and not her address and when she went to pick them up the vase was broken. Will never use this flower place again. Customer service was aweful in dealing with this mess. .64.00 dollars wasted
Flower delivery
I received Mother's Day flowers from my daughter in Vancouver BC, I live in Medicine Hat AB, they were overnighted and arrived half dead in a closed box. The flowers ordered were snapdragons, 8 stems with 2 pieces of greenery and a mason jar. I put all in water with the little package of stuff that came, but 4 stems were beyond help and had to be thrown out. I don't want to upset my daughter by telling her that she wasted her hard earned money on such a pathetic looking bunch of flowers. I was thrilled with the thought but so very disappointed with what arrived. I will tell her at a later date to NEVER order from Bloomex again and will also tell all my friends too. I ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered May 7. I contacted them about the late delivery and they were not sympathetic.
These flowers arrived a day late and were a disgrace! When my mom opened the flowers all of the pedals fell off. She called my crying!
I have left numerous messages for this company. No one answers the phone and I left several messages. I even left several chat messages on their website and have not heard back.
I am so embarrassed to have used this company and would like a full refund.

Late delivery and poor quality flowers, ruined mother's day totally
I have ordered on Mar 6 for flower and delivery on Mother's day Mar 9 (3 days ahead). However I did not receive it until 22:45 PM when everyone went on bed and quit waiting for the flowers. I have tried both live chat and call center but has no answer.
Contacted this morning and was informed since it was delivered there will be no refund, not even an apology. Your delivery policy is " Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99 Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.?
I request a full refund and apology from Bloomex, and I will reserve any further action sin legal and social media.

Received and email May 9 2021 just after 8pm stating the order will be delivered within 24 hours- . Realize Covid restrictions but that should have been stated if couldn't deliver on Mother's Day. . I am requesting full refund and still not able to reach anyone by phone. Did live chat on line with 2 different people today only got the exact same standard answer and that they apologize- I do not live in a COVID hot spot- and live in a detached home . Flowers not delivered
An absolute disgrace of a business, wish I could give 0 stars - please take your money elsewhere. While I know their reputation is not great already, I'm ashamed to say that I have been a customer of theirs for 3 years because they do not care about their customers at all.
I made 2 orders worth $150 total to be delivered on May 9th and one was delivered several days early, which ruined the surprise, and one has been over a day late.
I've been trying to contact their team all day and was told it will be delivered by 9 PM yesterday which was not true. I was constantly ignored by customer service on their chat and phone line, and on the odd chance that they did reply with an exact copy-paste, it was because I had to send multiple messages. Their service is unreliable and they clearly don't even read their messages nor care.
I paid $20 just for shipping and I ordered well in advance to make it happen, not to mention a previous delivery being delivered on the wrong date already. As a business that relies on special occasions so they should have been prepared for this in advance. They should have anticipated the pandemic and holiday rush, to get your production and delivery lines in order. If other businesses can adapt to this, so can you, as "Canada's Official Florist."
That being said, I demand some sort of compensation in the form of a partial refund (full if the order is not delivered within the next 24 hours as you mentioned) because only delays due to "Acts of God" are listed under your delivery policy and this is unacceptable.
If you expect your customers to pay on time and be true to their word, then you must be too. I paid for something that I have not received and therefore I should not have to pay the full price and expect my money back. Your "team" has constantly ignored me and not offered anything to help other than copying and pasting.
Will be calling my bank to report a scam if Bloomex continues to ignore me and the flowers (Order #[protected]) are not delivered by the end of the day, as they promised. I don't want anyone to ever have to get scammed by this ever again, this company must be shut down or held accountable.

Extremely Upset and disappointed
I ordered flowers for my mother and my mother-in-law for mothers day. I ordered the flowers on the 29 April 2021, thinking that they would be extremely busy over Mothers Day weekend, so would get in earlier.
My Mother-in-laws flowers arrived to her Nursing Home that weekend damaged, not in the vase I ordered and definitely not like the picture, order # 1683465. She is frail and at 86 yrs of age deserves better.
My mothers flowers, truffles and teddy bear arrived 7 May 2021. I had received correspondence earlier stating they wouldn't be delivered until 4 May 2021, they eventually arrived on 7 May 2021. The flowers were left on top of her letterbox, no phone call nothing. They were damaged to the point even with care from my mother, she still had to throw them out the next day, the chocolates appeared discoloured due to possible temperature extremes during transit? and the teddy appeared 2nd hand probably again due to bad delivery handling? the package they were in was falling apart and the vase was cracked. The order number was 1683540. As my elderly mother is 84 yrs old was upset and didn't want to say anything, but was concerned as she know that it would have been expensive for me to purchase these, she could not send me a photo.
Interesting enough I travelled 2.5 hrs to see my mother 2 weeks prior to her receiving these flowers, as we had to attend a funeral. I bought some flowers from Woolworths to take to her. Those flowers 2 weeks later are still alive and looking beautiful according to my mum, unlike the expensive flowers I ordered from your company.
I have tried 3 times to contact your customer service and have left a messages requesting a call back. I am requesting a full refund for order number 1683540 as they were dead when arrived, the vase cracked, chocolates questionable and the teddy bear damaged? and did not arrived until a week later. I also require partial refund for order number 1683465 as they were damaged.
Your deliveries arrived via post unlike other florist, this should be clearly outlined on your website, all postal services have been scaled back since Covid and you state same day delivery yet your company has trouble delivering over a week later, again this should be stated clearly on your website, your customer service is atrocious. Consumer Affairs would be very interested in your company as under the Consumer Protection Act it is very clear that your company is displaying unfair business practices.
Please sort this out. I would like a reply to this post urgently.

I ordered from bloomex a week before Mother's Day spending $113 and paid express shipping for my package to arrive between 9am-12pm. It's currently 10:58pm and my order is not here and each employee I've spoken to has said they cannot tell me where my order is. Earlier around 1pm, I was continuously trying to call them (12 times!)to track my order and they were purposely ignoring my calls because my boyfriend called from his phone and they answered immediately. I told them I wanted a full refund and I am awaiting a response from the CEO. I warned them I would take legal action and will still do so.

Very Disappointing Mother's Day Bouquet
Received a Mother's Day Bouquet yesterday which was very disappointing. My son/daughter-in-law in London, England alway send one through another company and they are always absolutely gorgeous. Sent pic to my son and he was shocked and embarassed. Received yesterday and already coffee table has flower petals all over it. It's very small and obviously not fresh. Called, told basket hadn't left Cambridge yet. We were then told, delivery would be on Apr 4th. As the special day was on the 29th, this is totally unacceptable and there should be a refund.
