I am not happy at all with the package I received from you guys and I want to cancel my subscription immediately I can't pay R7896 for such a device.
They did that to me R449 pm for a fone worth R1000

Blue label connect deactivated my vodacom number from working... I am not their client nor customer or whatsoever. They decided to migrate my number from prepaid to contract without my consent. I was shocked to realise that my sim card was deactivated after I received a call from a family member that day, I thought it was poor network connection that is when I contacted my service provider (vodacom) as to why my sim card is no longer working, and blocked. They gave me contact numbers of the blue label connect company located in sandton. Since saturday the 14th of november 2020 I am unable to utilize my sim card. No one is able to reach me telephonically and a lot is at stake.
I have contacted their call center number I got from vodacom for several times but no satisfactory feedback I have received from their consultants... I want my sim card as prepaid as it has always been.

Cancellation of contract
I have receivedd a cell phone of which I was not happy with it does not swicth on and not the cell phone I wanted, I caaled as same day I got the phone to concell the contract but the agent told me she cnt concel I should wait for a call, of which I never did I keep caaling everyday to concel but im being told the same thing, they will call but never do. This company they did send me r55 airtime. When I check balnce it says monthly salary. I think is vodacom I used that airtime. So I called vodacom n ask them they check on their system they find this company that I have contract with and I never sign any contract with them. Im so surprised why they send me airtime without my permission. I just need help of cancelling me on this.

I have a cell phone with blue label connect since August 2019 and have never missed a payment, but now there's an update of missed payments on my credit profile called them at the beginning of this month and spoke to the lady called Phindile who assured me my query will be escalated, but up until now haven't got any feedback and my profile is still dent
This is really frustrating as I want to buy a car, because of blue label connect that cannot happen
Even sent a dispute to Transunion on the 06 February 2020, yesterday called them and they told me they still waiting for blue label to confirm

on Monday 23-09-2019 at about 09H00 my phone was delivered to me, the courier company phone your office and spoke to one of the ladies working there. I wanted to know what phone they sent me as i have made a few phone calls and never received any feedback. The lady on the phone promised me it was a keyboard nova phone. My reply to her was i have never even heard of such a phone. Her words to me was i must go google it, which i did. My mind was set as ease as i saw it was a Huawei phone. On opening the box iwas shocked and saw it was not the phone she told me it was, but a cubot nova. This is not what i am paying for, so i will send this back on my own costs and i will stop any deductions from my bank. I made many phone calls and never received any back in connection with this phone. The only thing i wanted was honesty and fair customer service, which i did not receive.

My Vodacom prepaid number was somehow changed to contact without me agreeing to it. I called Vodacom several times to have it changed back to prepaid. They instead gave me RMCS number and since it's them who changed it and Vodacom can't assist. I called RMCS Several times but them too still can't assist. I'm therefore plead with who ever changed my number to contract to now switch it back to where it was(prepaid)

I lost my phone and I couldn't do a SIM swap, I asked them to change my phone number back to prepaid because I never gave them permission to change my phone number to contract and I didn't even know them, the consultant just said they'll change it with a very rude attitude Even today it's still not yet changed. vodacom prepaid sim now contract
I needed to do a sim swap on my Vodacom prepaid account but was just informes that they cannot assist because I have a contract with Rmcs. Now firstly I have no idea who these people are nor did I sign any contracts with them, seems they're linked to jet and Edgar's who I do not have any account with either... How can a prepaid number I've had for over 10 years be changed to contract without my knowledge nor consent, no one seems to be able to cancel this contract but they were able to activate, how convenient.. This is a massive massive fraudulent activity, I apparently owe over 700000 rand for something I never signed up for.. These companies need to be taken to task and our issues need to be resolved

I have, unsuccessfully, for the past five months been trying to port my cellular number, which I've had for years, from vodacom to cell c. As far as I knew, it was an easy process. My first attempt in September was unsuccessful, and I was advised that in April 2018, last year, my number had been registered to RMCS. This was dine without my knowledge or permission, and I never even heard of them before. I was told to contact Edgar's, and a lady at the mobile section at Canal walk called them. They advised that I could do my port within 24 hours, but my number was not released, and my port was unsuccessful yet again.
Last week I again went to Edgar's canal walk; same procedure; and still no confirmation that my number has been released.
I am a pensioner, with no accounts, so how this has happened is beyond me.
I would appreciate any help I can get, and feel something must be done about this company inconveniencing and disrupting peoples lives.

nelson mandela r299 package deal
I am Frederick Alfred Petersen ID no [protected]. I recently took a cellphone with you guys, the Nelson Mandela cellphone with R299 package. I have had the cellphone the whole weekend and it is Monday afternoon 15h05 and I have not received a call asking me about my package. The deal is R299 for R115 airtime and 50 SMS and the device can not be part of the deal as the cellphone is absolutely terrible. When we receive a call we really have to listen closely otherwise we will not be able to hear a word from the other side, maybe that is why you include ear pieces. We will sometimes be talking on the phone and then it just cuts the call. I am not sure why the device is called the Nelson Mandela phone as this device is absolutely useless and I don't think our former president would want his name tied to this useless device. For R299 what else do I get aside from R115 airtime and 50 SMS. For R7 176 I could buy a decent Samsung cellphone, Cell C Sim card and airtime of R115 and receive free SMS deals as I load airtime. I am not happy with this deal at all and I would even go as far as to say that I don't want this package.
I expect a correspondence from someone from this agency to contact me ASAP with a solution to my problem as I hate wasting money.

Good day I have been trying to contact your office since last year june with no luck. The consultant informed me that I have been receiving a month airtime from rmcs as I am an edgars customer. I did not agree with this contract thing /service as my sim card is prepaid. Kindly respond and when I visit the store they refer me back to this [protected] and it rings with no luck. Must I take legal action or what?

bad service, stealing my money
I took out a contract with In Blue Lable Connect in April. I received the phone on the 13 April 2018 and they say I must call them to active the simcard. The first premie did go of on 31 April 2018 the amount of 299.00. Since then until now I called them but no luck. The premie still went of on the 1 May and 1 June 2018 and still no service. I called them everyday and still waiting for them to come back to me, the numbers I have is [protected] and [protected] and [protected]. I send them mails but still nothing. They put a block on my account so that I cant reverse the money. So every month am paying for something that I cant used. The only thing I wanna to do is to cancelled the contract and want my money back. I did everything right its them who didn't stay in the rules of the contract. They steal from me every month. How can you sell a product to a client and do that? Its the worse service I ever had. Feel free to contact me for more details my number [protected].
Blue Label also offered me a contact. After receiving the phone I had to send it back because the battery did not even last an hour. The send a courier to come and collect the phone for repairs. I received the phone back still the same problem. Tired of complaining I just left the phone using a borrowed phone. The phone contract that I still paying is R7200-00. I tried again to use the phone but now there was a different problem. Again I complained. No body contact me and eventually when I go hold of them telephonicly as I did not get any feed back on my e-mail I was told that the courier was already on its way where I was not told that there would be any cost. If they did I would not have send my phone in. This is really daylight robbery and I feel that the are exploiting people. This company must be stopped giving people contacts on phone that is not working properly. There is many people our there that is sitting in the same position that me that does not have a big income the people like this exploit you.

Kindly assist me, my cell number has been converted to contract without my permission. I was trying to do sim swap when i realize that my number is now contract. I went to edgars as advised by my service provider, they called rmcs to cancel it but with no luck. My number is still on contract that i didn't give permission to.
