I booked a 10 day stay through this company's website for $1073.79 including taxes and fees. At checkout, the hotel charged me $1274.12. When I asked for an explanation, was told, "oh Booking.com always cheat their customers using lies and false pricing just to get you to book thru them. I contacted Booking.com by email because I was unable to reach by phone after 10 attempts. Booking.com gave me many excuses, intentionally delayed resolving the matter after I sent all requested documents. It is very frustrating because the customer service agents have thick accents and there's also language barriers which induce more frustration and annoyance. To date 6/1/2024, Booking .com has not made the situation right, due to their repeated scams of bait and switch and not resolving the matter at the earliest possible moment. I requested a full and complete refund for the entire stay. Booking.com has ignored that request. I am taking all legal actions against this BOGUS FOREIGN business. I want a full refund in the amount of $1274.12 for my time.
