Rented a car in Louisville for a 2 day rental. The business plan changed and I had to return the car in less than the 2 day time period. I had the car for less than 24 hrs. I was told by the agent when I returned the car that I would only be charged for the One day rental. Well the sent me the e-reciept and was charged the full amount as if I kept the car for the two day period. After calling customer service I was told that there is nothing they can or will do. After much frustration on the phone I tried to call customer service at the Louisville airport but was sent back to the same national customer "careless" number. I have been using Budget for years but after this service it would be the last place I would rent from again.
