Burger King service and restaurant cleanness

This second time I go to our new burger King in our neighborhood, which just opened. My experience is bad. I went today (christmas day) to get burgers for my family. I placed my order and waited almost 30 mins. for my order. I used the restroom while I waited which the mens room was very dirty. I waited for my food to come out and still nothing. I noticed the kitchen very dirty with fries and nuggets all on the floor while a bucket next to the fryers on the floor already over full with fries n nuggets and trash. I soon saw my burgers being done. All needed was my fries. The line to order was about 7 people. Customers waiting to pick up their orders were about the same. Ten min. Later still they hadn't call my number but I knew my burgers were ready all I need was my fries which were already ready. I guess she was a manager. A little 4ft tall black girl which was being rude to customers when they would ask for condiments or tops for their soda cups. Which the soda counter was very dirty also. She didn't say anything but kept rolling her eyes. I was hearing other customers smacking the mouth and complaining how slow they were. While all this is going on that little black girl was being slow at other order because the burger finish line was full like about 25 to 30 burgers besides mine that were done. She kept complaining to other employees about one order that something was missing. She looked very frustrated. She kept putting her shoulders on the counter and would put her head in between them and cover her ears as to being frustrated. Also drinking a bottle of water that she had on the front counter. I went up to the counter and said if I could get my order cause my burgers were getting cold and I had seen them get done 10 mins. ago and all that was needed was my fries. She looked at my for about 4 seconds and proceed almost screaming at me telling me that other customers were waiting for their orders too and I wasn't the only one there. I said that I had been observing her how slow she was and all those orders were done and she had been complaining to her employees about one order for the last 10 min. She said screaming at me that she had the right to refuse service which I never saw a sign about refusing service. And that if I didn't want to wait a little longer she would give me my money back and she never wanted to see me there again. She was literally screaming at that point. All the customers were there about 25 to 30 people either waiting for their food or In line wait to place their order. She literally said that if she would come out from behind the counter that it would not be nice for me. Everyone started laughing cause she was little and I'm about 6ft tall, I was thinking to myself did she really just assault me. like what the heel is this little adult going to do to me. While she's still screaming and making a big scene the cashier started with me about Mr being rude. I told her that my burgers were ready 10 min ago and all was needed was my fries and that I didn't want my burgers being cold. The cashier said she didn't want to see me there anymore. I told her I wouldn't go there anymore. I asked the cashier what was that black girls name cause I was going to file a report and she told me for me to ask her. I walked out went to sonic around the corner which I was out of there in 10 min after ordering the same thing 6 burgers and 2 small fries. Your employees need to wear hair nets.

Burger King service in turkey

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been ordering food from Burger King for many years and in different countries. I would like to share my bad experiences that are happening continuously in Turkey.
Nowadays, noone wants to order from Burger King in Istanbul, Turkey. All the restaurants are delivering the orders after 1 hour. Food is getting cold, fries become elastic.. In all the delivery platforms; burger king restaurants have very low rates.
As 1 of the main franchising companies in the world i believe you need to take a deep look in the restaurants in turkey. Whenever we order something from bk, its always late and we have to return it due to bad taste. It really ruins your reputation here..
I hope you will take action.

Burger King food poison

At 3ish my family had order food from washtiong, UT burger King on 12-23-18 now some of my family i might have to take to the ER due to vomiting and nausea i try calling to inform them no one ever picks up the phone i called the other burger King and no talks english this is the most woriest place and unhelth place for food I need some one to get back to me ASAP

Burger King hard substance in my breakfast

I recently purchased a burrito from the Burger King on Yuma and survival in Goodyear 85338. I choked on a hard stick like substance that was in my burrito! I don't not want a refund or a free gift card! I would like to talk to someone about this situation before I proceed with legal actions. I do have videos and pictures of the substance that was lodged in my food! You guys put me in a scary position when I started to choke and panic! You can call me at [protected]!

Burger King service and product

Had to wait 15 min for food and I was the only one in line. Plus I ordered two double sausage king breakft sandwiches and when I get home to eat they're both singles. Why is it you never have these sort of issues at a Arbys or Chic fila but will every single visit to a burger king no matter the location? You've made the stores nicer and increased your pricing but you've got the same pathetic service and employees. 12/22 9:40am

Burger King rude employee and not having food in stock for weeks, main door blocked door blocked with

I frequent this Burger King very often. 3 weeks ago I sued a coupon to get breakfast. I was informed they had no coffee. I said I'll take a juice then. I was told I had to pay the difference. I said you do not have inventory and I have to pay extra? I was told I can come back. I came back no they have no cream for the coffee. I asked who orders you inventory why is there no coffee, now no cream. Now there are a total of 4 coffees I am owed.
I went in today December 20th and was told I have to come back when that supervisor was there. The supervisor that was present I explained to her what happened, I should not have to keep coming back trying to get coffees I already paid for. An employee said something in Spanish to the Manager then she told me I couldn't get it til the original manager was there. I told the employee to mind her business I wasn't speaking to her because she got loud and I shut her down. Jennifer is the Manager they said will be in tomorrow.
Also the front door is blocked with the garbage container, leaving one way in, one way out which is a fire hazard and a law suit waiting to happen. The Hispanic workers and a Manger are rude. When you let them know whats going on they get an attitude, that is not good customer service. I told he how dare raise your voice, all I want is the coffee I paid for and get this store stocked. I asked for a tray to put coffee in, the did not have any, had to put them in a bag, carrying all my work gear and gloves on. ! An employee told me this morning, they have coffee, they are just too lazy to make it which made me furious.
The Managers and employee need training, it is a zoo. Please do an "undercover boss" or someone needs to come from Corporate and chastise this store. They receive several complaints all the time. The gentleman Jerome is awesome! He keeps the lobby clean, he is friendly and he does his job. He said his coworkers are lazy and to report them is what I am doing now.

This employee is very rude every time I visit the store. She doesn't listen when taking my order which includes NO MAYO every visit, every time no matter what. When I inform her the order is wrong, she has an attitude problem and argues with me or my husband that we are wrong. Burger King product and service

I just want to inform you that
Just now I visit bk at vadodra in orbit mall and this my first and wrorst experience with bk, im ex employee of bk and I'm highly disappointed with product and service, burger are serving more then 30 min old, French fries is served soggy, and making when i change drink cashier will making his face bad its really looks poor service

Next time I'll never suggest bk vadodra to any one

Burger King original chicken sandwich

We visited the Burger King in Ontario Or. on December 14. We ordered two of the Original Chicken Sandwiches. We frequent the store often however this visit was a very poor experience. The chicken was so hard and dry it was not edible. We had to throw it out. The store needs to monitor their preparation and not serve food of this quality.

Burger King burger king saluda. sc

I have been a BK fan all my life, but tonight, 12/13/18, is the last time I will ever set foot in a BK store. Tonight, after not having eaten all day, I stopped at the BK in Saluda, SC. I placed my order for a whopper meal with heavy ketchup and onions at 5:26 pm. There was one customer waiting to get his meal. After I ordered three more people placed orders. My order was #52, the first meal out was #55, the next meat out was #53 and #54. After waiting for twenty minutes, my order was handed to me. I sat down at a table to open the most pathetic burger I have ever laid my eyes on. Not only did it not have extra ketchup or onions, it did not have any onions at all. I took the meal back and asked the young lady why I had waited for twenty minutes to get what I was showing her. After I asked, she turned away from me without saying anything and started doing something else. I asked her if I could speak with the manager, who was standing right there. I told the manager the above including the young lady turning without saying anything. I showed her my receipt and asked her if she saw any onions on the burger I had. Her reply to me was, the guy fixing the burgers is new and I will talk with the young lady.

I am not a complainer, and I know BK will not miss my business. In fact I know that I will be the loser again, because I love the whopper sandwich. However, I wanted you to know, that I teach classes all over the state of SC, One of the classes that I teach is a customer service class. This experience will now be the example that I use as my worst customer service experience. I do not know what has happened to BK. I know when I talked with my sister about this incident, she relayed to me several things that she has heard from her friends about BK in the last couple of weeks. It is a shame that your company has fallen to this.

Burger King employee totally order something different from what we wanted

Store#4mebkg11, Order #329, #394049, was the cashier, Dec 9, 18, my husband and I were returning home after a quick trip and decided to stop for a quick bite. The sales girl was pleasant, there were no other customers in the restaurant. We ordered a number (2) #12's as I have an intolerance to wheat and when she gave us our order they were #11 Spicy chicken sandwiches. Clearly this was not going to settle very well as I don't easy spicy foods either. She just said ooops I must have hit the wrong key. The gentleman cook offered to make the correct order but at this time 20 mins had already passed and we wanted to get back on the road. I had a couple bites of the sandwich and French fries, to have something in my stomach and didn't want to be in discomfort for the rest of my trip. This probably was just an error on her part, but she should be paying a little more attention to what she was doing. This meal cost $22.66 and I wasn't able to enjoy my meal! A refund would be nice!

Burger King bbq burger

I went to Burger King Zhubei, Taiwan, branch, today for lunch. They had no beef meals. I could only order fish or chicken products. I was soooo disappointed. The reason I go to Burger King is to eat a beef burger. How can they have no beef on a weekend?

I ordered the chicken burger then, which wasn't bad, but I think if they know its weekend and beef will sell out, they should prepare better.

Burger King food

We ordered our food and immediately started eating and our nuggets were cold, the fries were very undercooked and also had an awful flavor. It wasn't just one nugget that was cold, it was all of them and we even got two different orders. When we took them back we were treated disrespectfully and they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. I don't appreciate this at all

Burger King service

First let me say I LOVE Burger King but unfortunately the only one in my city, Danville Kentucky, is TERRIBLE. I literally have a problem every single time I go there. I decided today I would not go back. Others there were also disappointed in this store. Honestly, I don't see how the store stays open. The service is terrible. I was there over 30 minutes a couple weeks ago just to get a burger and fries. Usually, the order is incorrect. I can't remember one time in the past six months that the order has been correct. This morning, at around 9:30 AM, I decided I would give it one more try because I love the food. However, once again I am disappointed. I went to get breakfast through the drive-through. All I wanted was biscuits and gravy. The girl at the drive-through tells me they only have one biscuit! Really! I'm thinking to myself this is Saturday morning and lots of people are out Christmas shopping and probably hungry and going to stop and get a little breakfast and Burger King has one biscuit! Wow !The location of our Burger King is right in a shopping mall! I would think on a prime shopping day right before Christmas that Burger King would have lots of biscuits for all the people that are shopping and are wanting breakfast! However I'm not seeing a whole lot of people at Burger King and I think I know why. I hate it that this store is run so poorly because I really do love Burger King. I would hate to see this Burger King close because it's not managed properly so basically that's why am writing this! I'm trying to save our Burger King in Danville Kentucky! LOL Please help!
PS I ended up going to Dairy Queen for breakfast that is virtually within walking distance of Burger King. There were also two other people that were at the Burger King that followed me. So because of the poor management you are losing business.

I've been to the one in Bonney Lake Washington and many times my burger looked like it was ran over or squashed I've ordered a chicken sandwich and got a three dollar cheese burger instead. There excuse for inattentive mistakes is that they are understaffed. That has nothing to do with screwing up an order. (DUH!)
