Burger King customer services

This is the first complaint I have ever submitted with any company. In this case I feel a complaint is warranted so that service is improved and I can continue to enjoy eating at the restaurant. I went with my children to dine in on Sunday evening at 9:45 pm, but there were no customers inside and the door was locked. The dine-in hours stated closing hours at 12:00 am. We settled for going through the drive -thru. At the speaker I asked for an order of chicken fries, a hamburger w/no pickles, a crispy chicken sandwich and 2 small onion rings. When I arrived to the window I payed using my debit card and checked my order. I had an extra order of chicken fries and reviewed my receipt. I realized I paid for the extra order. However? I was told that I could not be reimbursed because the cash register was in the process of closing. I was offered ab extra fry instead and accepted it because I didn't want a confrontation at the time and there was a long line of cars behind me. I was upset but accepted the fries instead even though the fries cost much less than the chicken fries. I then asked for a zesty sauce and was told it was already in the bag. After arriving home I realized the zesty sauce was not in the bag and furthermore the hamburger had cheese in it. My son can not eat cheese as a result of medical issues. I did not return to make the change because at this point I was quite upset as were my children. I believe this to be awful service. I am not seeking any reimbursement, but I do hope that the lack of adequate service is addressed and remediated. Thank you for your time.

Burger King emergency alarm on door

A person mistakenly tried to get out the emergency door. No one came to turn off the alarm, so I went to the desk and the only person who could turn it off was busy. She would be there as soon as possible. There was no one at the counter, but she was working the driveway. So The 15 people who were suffering, waited. When she didn't come again, I went again to the desk. She apologized, but had to wait on the driveway. This is unacceptable. That was a very Annoying noise, hard on the ears, and it took her 15 seconds

Burger King service

Saturday July 14, 2018 12:30 p.m. my wife and I went to Burger King for lunch. We had to wait for the cashier/manager to finally take our order (we were the only one in line). There was no ice in the pop machine and over half of the beverages were empty. If you wanted a pop you had to get it from the front counter. The lobby was disgusting. We had to clean a table so we could sit down.
After we sat down, my sandwich was not made the way I wanted, I picked off the unwanted items and ate it anyway. Didn't want to chance getting it screwed up again. My wife's sandwich was also wrong.
We watched 2 different people come into the restaurant, stand in line and wait to be served and left without being served or even spoken to.
The Burger King in question is located on Fenton Road, Flint Michigan 48507. There was even a gentleman filling out an application for employment on the lobby . After he finished with the application, he stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before walking out. I feel sorry for him if he gets hired.

Burger King staff

There were only 2 people running this place on a Friday evening at this airport. 1 Cashier that also had to stop taking orders to fix drinks and bag the food. One cook to cook everything and package it. the line was so long even to get just an order of chicken fries and onion rings with 2 drinks took 17 minutes. the manager should make better scheduling choices.

Burger King about the manager alana c 10 14 is a number written by her name on the receipt

Went to Burger King ordered my order through the drive-thru like I always do every time I go through there the manager is rude I am Hispanic I went through there today the address is 2335 South East Burnside Gresham Oregon 97080 I ordered my food today all I did was ask for a knife and some ketchup the other employee gave me catch up that was all stuck together so I politely asked if I could have another catch up because those ones were stuck together and she told us that we were always rude and I have never been rude I just ordered my food and I am at plate person I think she is being racist towards me because I had my ex panic I had another incident where I I had a coupon for two croissant sandwiches two drinks and two hash browns and I told the lady when I went through the drive-thru what I had and she only gave me one drink and one hash brown and two sandwiches so I politely went in and asked her where the rest of my food was and I could pay the difference she had an attitude with me and told me it was my fault when it wasn't and she was very rude I told her I would pay the difference and that I told the employee what kind of coupon I have and she was very rude ever since then she has been rude can you please have some

Burger King bad service and employees out of an ac

I went to the cornelius burger king the main manager looks like she does not care always woth a mean face ando spoke to one of the employees there if they had an ac in the kitchen since i seen most of them working hard and it was soo hot and saw them even sweating and this employee said no the one in the kitchen does not work only the one in counter .

Burger King service

Service was slow, I waited for 15 min. For my food and there was two more people ahead of me who was complaining. The manager was sitting in his office not helping. The guy who was preparing the food disappeared for for 10 minutes someone else had to come and prepare my food my french fries warm and clump together. On weekdays service is great but we can crew is the worst.

Burger King entire store

This was by all means THE worst BK I have ever been in. Bad management is the best I can state ! Water dripping on customers at the counter, cashier going back to help with food preparation with no gloves after handling money, didn't receive my complete order and waited 16 minutes for my order as I watched people after me receive their food. The place was filthy from the door handle to the table. Store is located in Springfield, Fl. Store number 12722 It should be closed immediately! Will never go back !

Burger King re: food order, presentation, freshness

On July 13 I ordered 2 whopper Jr (1 with no mayo and no ketchup and 1 as it comes) with 2 fries. I was rushing to get home from work as this was dinner for my son and I so I just grabbed and left without looking at me order. Once I got home I opened the most unappealing looking burgers. They were both made in such a sloppy way. No only did my burger was missing the onions and had the tiniest slice of tomato but my son's instead of no mayo and no ketchup it had tons of mayo splattered all over and it was missing his onions and tomatoes. The fries were hard and tasted weird as if they were old and recooked. Disappointed, everything went to the trash and we had to step out to buy dinner and had no choice to buy at the closest fast food which we dread which is McDonalds. We are decades long loyal customers of Burger King and with this disappointing service of your employees it is a shame you continue to lose business. The food preparers on July 13 about 4:30pm need more training or they are not taking their job serious.

Burger King ck sand long, ck jr dlx qso, small fries, chicken tenders

I am very disappointed with the quality of the food @ this store # BK 8863. The Chk was so dark and that is because the oil has not been filter or changed for more than 2 wks. The fries were soggy and My cousin had only a five minute ride home. It gets annoying to go back to the store when you are about to eat. Iam including a photo so you can see how this chicken looks. It's a Friday where you take a day off from cooking to enjoy eating out. But not having to get food you can consider delicious is a bad experience . As a customer Iam requesting that you talk to you Managers to do a better JOB . Thank you !

Burger King ice cream machine milkshake machine sundae machine not working or out of order

Im letting you all know that the ice cream machine is not working and I come there At least twice a week because it's hot here in Memphis Tennessee this Burger King is on hickory hill and whenever I come there especially when I want a cool dessert on a summer night I have to go 5 blocks to get iceream somewhere else it's too hot thank you all 🍔💕😘

Burger King your service your restrooms and store is is very dirty

I went through the drive through place my order repeated 3 times and was waiting in line for 35 minutes and finally got to the window the girl ask me what did you order and I had to repeated again and they were writing in in a piece a paper they were people leaving the store because the slow and also short handed not clean at all food is not hot at all then there very rude I paid almost 30.00 to get cold food and waitng 35 minutes that is ridiculous and also I have recorded my husband was so upset he video recorded my name is Velma Diamond [protected] also have receipt

Burger King chicken sandwich

I took a take away at Burger King (243 Yonge St. Toronto ON) and while in transit as i ate the salt in the sandwiches was really too much .I am a kind of person who like having good amount of salt in my food but this was so bad that it kind of made me sick .Unfortunately I was in transit and ate both the 2 sandwiches I bought as I was hungry .

Burger King not receiving a correct order

hello I'm writing to complain about a burger king location on west tyler in Harlingen. I ordered exactly $36.77 and half my order was wrong and we were terribly dissatisfied with the meal. And that's because we were so excited to taste your new burgers you had on the picture advertisements but we didn't get it. i ordered the new brewhouse king and I'm pretty sure it was just a double quarter pounder because it just had mayonnaise, pickles, and a couple slices of onions. No lettuce or tomatoes or those onions rings pieces. Then my daughter ordered a bacon and swiss sourdough and it had no swiss cheese at all. Our fries weren't even fresh either or they were over cooked. And on top of that all the burgers were really flattened. We had gone through the drive thru so once we got our order we just left and came home, we didn't check our bags till we got home. And we live about 10 miles away so we couldn't go all the way back. But i did call the manager at that location and let her know of our wrong order. But she didn't seem to even worried about it . Her name was Tabitha. But after a while she did ask if i wanted to go back in and take the uneaten burgers and she would remake them. but again we live 10 miles away and we were very hungry. I don't know if this location does this a lot or not but we were very dissatisfied and really wanted the burgers we were excited to order.

Burger King I have been to burger king on several occasions and they do not have unsweet tea

7/12/18. At this location and others there is never any unsweet tea. How hard is it? There is instant unsweet tea. What is the big deal? Do not send me a coupon for unsweet tea because they will not have it. Please send me some usable coupons. I had to instead go to the Whataburger next door. I was giving you the opportunity to correct the problem however it is not getting resolved.

Burger King store #156 waukegan il

I love burger king..and everytime i go out too eat doesnt matter where it is. I like to dine in. But this store has no air conditioners working at all. And if they are there barely working. So i have not been eating in lately and im bothered by it because if i do try eating in i might pass out from a heat stroke. I can only imagine how the coworkers feel working when its 90 degrees out but i know because there working around the broiler and have those fryers on it has to be 100+ degrees back there.I know you guys make enough money what are you waiting for fix the a/c before summer is over..and before someone gets heat stroke. I would like to start dining in again. Think about your workers and customers! Please fix the a/c at store #156 waukegan il! Please!

Burger King service

Credit card machine went down i stood there waiting for 10 min they told me couldnt process the card so i walk across the street to an atm come back the cashier stands on the phone with the support team because the manager refuses to call and figure it out so the entire time shes on the phone i stood there waiting to order spent literally a half hour getting my food and then they gave me the sandwiches they made from the original order i made that had sat there the entire time

Burger King the service

I wait for a hour inside the Burger King. While the person who was suppose to be at the register but instead they were talking and playing with other coworkers. While standing there waiting for my food one of the employees were asking another customer about smoking weed with them. This is unaccountable. I finally received my food with no apology at all.

Burger King Service

A Burger King recently opened in Stuttgart, Arkansas (store 24803) and I was excited because I have always enjoyed eating at Burger King restaurants. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed with this BK. My husband and I went to BK on Sunday, July 8th after Church for a quick meal as we were meeting family from out of state later. We walked in and placed a normal order of 1 whopper, 1 whopper jr, 1 large fries, 1 10 piece nuggets and 2 drinks. We placed our order at 12:23pm (according to receipt). We along with other customers waited 30 minutes for our food. We were finally told they were out of meat as they had not cooked enough. The dining room was filling up with unhappy customers, as the meat started being cooked, the lady in charge told the counter person to get the drive in thru first, he said" but #47 and 48 have been waiting a long time ( we were #48 and are hearing this conversation) she said I don't care get the drive thru caught up first). That's exactly what they did. When we finally got our meal, with no apology or thank you for waiting, we had to go back and ask for our nugget sauce that we had ordered. The dining room was dirty, and one employee was apparently on break and had taken up a four seated booth at the front while on break while customers were looking for seats. One customer had to tell her that there was a huge spill in floor and tables were dirty. She finally got up and mopped up most of the spill but not all and half way wiped one table. Sorry for this long post, I usually do not complain about service but this was horrible. When we left people were still waiting on their order. I think management needs more training in people skills.

Burger King service, price, cleanliness, food

My family and I were in Zurich, Switzerland and we stopped at Burger King to eat. First of all we paid 97 euros for our meal ridiculously priced to find out the food wasn't up to par. We had gotten drinks and they wouldn't give us a refill. Each time we asked for ketchup they wanted to charge us. Everything was horrible and I would like some sort of compensation for this.
