1st off worker on break was sitting at the cleanest table in store. Food was cold. No ice at all in any machines. Flies everywhere coming from well more then likely from the buildings roof leaking water from the rain. A couple walked in and walked out because they said it was filthy and manager was surprised by it. Think you may want to come check out your port arthur, tx store on twin city hwy. What I don't understand is no apologies for the building leaking or no ice. Your store reflects who you have running it!

Horrible food! My brew house burger which I paid almost 9 dollars for was black and burnt up! My husbands chicken nuggets were so old you could of busted out the windshield of a car with them! I will never ever go back there! Also, my husbands whopper buns wasn't even put on straight! And fast food wants $15.00 a hour yeah right! Absolutely horrible! I called and talked to Marcus and he said oh well I can remake it! We if it wasn't made right the first time then what makes me think it will be made right the second time?

I went through the drive thru of Burger King in Edgefield, SC on July 9th at noon. First there was a handwritten note on the outside order menu stating speaker was broken and to order at window. It took 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. When finally at the second window, a girl opened the window and just looked at me. There was no greeting, no smile. I ordered my lunch and she put her hand out for my card. I asked about the total since she never provided this information. After paying, she closed the window. She gave me my food with no receipt. She was extremely rude especially after I had waited 30 minutes to place my order. Her name was Constance. I believe when a person works with the public, he/she should provide better customer service. It was very disappointing as I worked at a Burger King in my teens and never treated my customers like this.
Went through the drive thru and ordered The Big Fish combo, substituted the soft drink for a shake. I believe the cashier quoted me a price of $8.67. When I got to the window she said the price again and I handed her my debit card, she passed the bag out to me then she pass my debit card back and the shake. OK everything is cool until I look at the sandwich and it had no lettuce or pickles on it just a little tater sauce and a piece of cold not melted cheese, so I drove back around to the drive thru because I had drove off and when the cashier came to the window I said this sandwich I not fixed right and she said Oh you are the one that didn't pay me and she proceeded to call the manager (Marcus) who was standing near and said this is the lady who didn't pay me! Oh I was kinda warm then, I said don't say I didn't pay you, I gave you my credit card and the she said WELL it didn't go through and I said who's problem is that? Marcus proceeded to tell her to hush and asked me if I want him to re-do the food. Hell No are you kidding me! I will never patronize you EVER AGAIN!
not taking a roll of quarters
Ordered a five piece chicken fry and a two for six whopper and spicy chicken at 9:45 pm got to the window and gave her a roll of quarters with my name and phone number on it - I did not see a sign posted that they did not accept rolled quarters but the cashier grabbed them called her manager he shook his head no at her and told us they could not take them. I asked was quarters not money anymore and she did not answered and i asked if I took them out of the roll could she take them and she said no. Her mannerisms were rude and she offered no explanation and closed the window. Well hardees took them and your business and I will let everyone in my congregation know that burger king in Blytheville Arkansas is only interested in our dollars for they are no longer accepting coins; please let me know if this is all of your locations or just this one so that I may spread the word?

I went through drive thru and ordered crispy chicken and whopper sandwiches after asking for spicy to which he said he didnt have. Within in a minute of paying I got my food and drove 2 minutes down the road to find out both were cold, had pickles on the whopper which I requested not to have and the burger party was in 50 pieces. This was the second time going there and the first time I was in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes before I left as no one answered along with 3 other vehicles and only to see 2 people inside talking and playing grab [censored] and another outside smoking and talking on the phone. This is the final straw for me, I wont ever give burger king my business again. 2850 s. Westport drive is the location and it sucks.
new brewhouse hamburger
Seen the new BrewHouse hamburger on TV my wife said it looked good so we decided to get them for dinner we ordered them and ate in the restaurant they showed up the order was right to what we ordered but the hamburgers did not have the BrewHouse onions on either one of them just bacon and to much sauce it was a up graded whoopers with the bacon very dissatisfied with the experience.

I grew up in the 70s 80s im 53 now,
I lived 46 years in orlando 32804 and now eustis 32726,
I used to hold bk up there as pretty much the best burger joint,
Mcdees is too generic and wendys and others pretty much off my radar.
Years back i watched all the fun bk mc wars and then the odd surreal bk ads with the guy in the king mardi gras mask, i watched many bk close a few remodel and sadly watched bk drop from being a firm competitor of mc to really below places that i never would go to.
My reason for felling this way isnt your food while no fast food joint can be perfect 100% of the time bk was always very good to me, far better that any other fast food joint but that started to change,
In general bks are not up to par, they never really seem on the ball or very clean, food suffers at times,
Employees never are courteous, acting more like the customer is a hugh incontinence to them, my "thank yous" are seldom if ever greeted with "you're welcome".
The Last couple times i gave two different locations near 32726 a chance the first the bag as basically tossed at me with a grunt, today it was fast handed with attitude of arrogance, and told at tge window bk does sell ice coffee, odd since i bought one the day before, my assumption the lack luster worker didnt feel like making it.
And its more sad because the food was good,
I have to assume from the appearances bk is closing down going out of business and the high ups know it so it trickles down and owners managers of locations dont care and in turn employees can act any way they desire, treat the customers poorly etc.
If im mistaken no way is bk doing as well as it once did or im guessing you guys would like for it to do,
Personally i wont be heading back soon, i owned a night club and booked major acts i know how to treat people and your staff drops the ball and has for years, why would i pay for that type ttreatment?

On July 7th at 10:45pm i went to BK to get food. i pulled up to the window and they asked me to wait. wasn't a problem and then 5 minutes later someone came on the intercom and said "um we close in 5 minutes, i'm not taking your order". if she would have said it nicely, i wouldn't have had a problem leaving without getting food but she was beyond rude and they were still open for another 10 minutes, not the 5 that she claimed.

The manager Katrina at Burger King 3466 is a real big [censored] she cusses at her employees and customers all the time calling them [censor], [censored]es, and [censored]es. She talks about everyone and starts tons of drama causing fights and arguments. She doesn't do anything right I confronted her for cussing at employees and she said have a nice day mam and walked away wouldn't even apologize and then proceeded to do it again. She also doesn't clean anything in the kitchen at night and makes everyone in the morning do it all which is totally disgusting I would like to see her be fired immediately. Obviously the owner or district manager does not do anything about any of the problems which is pathetic.

I purchased my order about 3:00pm at the burger king in alameda ca I am complaining about my food because I paid over $35 and the only burger king in alameda ca & when I got home I got my food out and ready to eat & then I noticed mostly burger king in alameda ca. today is 7/7/18 after I received my food I drove home and when I got home I noticed all my food is burt.! I had took pictures of all my food so I can show someone and get my money back because that is just not right. you guys avertised fresh cooked food, but then turn around and sell burt no even able to eat food. like what type of business are you guys running? I really want my money back because I did not back $35 for some burt food! can someone please respond assap because this problem has to be resolved. The soft seats at this location are thorn up for over 5 years now its obviously there is weakand depreciated oversight managment at Burger King and the franchise manager is Shameless. I'm writing this email as a concern guess please see to it that action to remediate this unsightly condition takes place immediately. Burger King has been my favorite restaurant and it is a disgrace to see how Rundown Burger King franchises in some areas has become.

I informed workers that guests were smoking at the door and they decided to ignore my complaint. Burger King in Seattle on Rainier Ave S (2021) [protected]. In Washington smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of entrance. I mentioned it to multiple workers but they decided to take no action. Is this how you treat non smoking customers? Went through Drive thru at 12:17 server Katrina ordered Sourdough King burger and requested without tomato. Katrina said oh it has no tomatoes. So okay. Pay drive away. Worst place to go even after the renovation. Slow service, my food was ready in 5 but the cashier, Jessie, instead did other things and kept my food out. After 15 mins of waiting I finally got my food, but the order was completely wrong. I want a refund or something because this was the worst service, I'm a truck driver so I can't even just come back and get my food corrected. The cashier who took my order didn't even care if the food was ready or not. I will not be coming back to this location again, this should have become something that actually services their customer in a timely and correct manner

Worst place ever. Seriously. Shake machine is NEVER WORKING. Employees are rude and horrible. They never have anything you ask for and ALWAYS give the wrong food orders. I've had to go back for the right thing EVERY TIME. I've lived down the street for a year. They are unclean and the drive thru is always down. They always have an attitude and treat you like the lowest human beings ever. I would rate zero stars if I could. I've lived all over, had many different fast food places...this one is literally the worst. They act entitled and when you say they got the wrong order, they act like they don't know what they are doing. We got a chicken sandwich once that was RAW. We continue to go back in hopes it gets better but it doesn't. This location is 3275 refugee. My husband just went in because the drive thru is "down" and heard another customer ask about the milk shake machine... They said it was down for cleaning (it's 7pm) but I've never actually seen them clean it. Another customer told my husband he had been waiting for half an hour for a couple sandwiches. The worker started to argue with the first customer and then say she was off the clock and going home and wasn't working anymore. He left and we went elsewhere to eat. It's not worth driving another 15 mins to another location. Highly dissatisfied, I never complain!

I ordered a simple order at 2:34 pm on July 6, 2018 at the Burger King at the Tamarack in Beckley, Wva. I did not receive my food for a full half hour. The quality of the food was awful and should have been extra fresh for the wait time. They were not short handed, they didn't fill orders in order, and they were rude. Terrible place and experience!

The Salem, Mo BK is illegally forcing employees to clock out so they don't have overtime and then making them work off the clock. Also, they do not allow employees to have a break or lunch when they are working 8 hours per day. I have complained before, but will now be taking this complaint to the state if I am not contacted. My 17 year old granddaughter works there and routinely doesn't get breaks and now they've started making her click out and still work. The manager from Rolla, MO named Dave is the person making her clock out. She also got hurt the other night while she was working (but clocked out) so this will be a Workmans Comp issue also.

We went to get a whopper combo with regular coke and asked for a 2 zesty sauce to dip the Frye in
the manager told me it would be an extra 25 cents each I have never been charged before

I just went through the drive-through of Burger King on the corner of fourth Street and Keystone I ordered a number one with cheese minus pickle and tomatoes the sandwich was terrible it tasted like they dumped the whole shaker of salt on it I also ordered a chocolate shakeAnd when it came out it was a very chocolatey but it was a shake I guess it took like 15 minutes to get to the drive-through very unorganized staff but you figure with a number one of the menu it's been at least somewhat right it wasn't it was real bad really want to let you know

I don't care if she is working or not, she should not have sat at the clean table. I was so angry at her that I almost beat up an old woman who was using a walker. I told her to get out of the way or I would punch her in the face. I did not care that she was crippled. Then her son told me that he would knock me out of I touched his mother. What a coward, threatening to hit me. Must make him feel like a man to go around threatening women. Then the employees took his side, and not mine.
